已經沒有來大埔一段很長日子。近十幾年大埔多了不少食店。但華立茶餐廳食物同奶茶的味道,一直都是又平又抵食又好味。食物味道永遠是一種記憶,華立令我記起在大埔還未結婚時做女的日子,以前只覺得是一間平平無奇的茶餐廳。但現在重回舊地。華立的菠蘿包是我食過最好味的一間。

之前睇報道介紹全港10大蛋撻,咁啱去大埔揾朋友,就問地胆呢間蛋撻係咪咁出名,佢答係,於是一齊去食啦。當日叫了叉燒意,太陽蛋,利賓納同蛋撻;朋友的不介紹了。本身都中意食蛋撻,奈何近年食唔到有水準的。今次慕名而來,好開心冇失望,蛋撻熱熱的,甜度同蛋漿都係同以前香港的味道,想買多2個帶走,但凍咗係冇咁好食同當日落雨,免舟車勞頓完令外賣折騰。叉燒意的叉燒有D凍,好在湯夠熱可以浸暖,意粉當然有茶記嘅特色,少少發脹同「林」。近年少見的利賓納都可以喺度 order, surprise 值得一讚,伙記叔叔精明地幫我呢個餐包改蛋撻,既省錢了,又唔洗食多個包

港式茶餐廳經過都會比門口嘅蛋撻同麵包吸引,因為唔想太迫,刻意揀咗下午茶時間去食。今次叫咗🍜五香肉丁返蛋麵唔知係咪過咗lunch時間﹐隻煎蛋好似預先煎好咗,加上五香肉丁本身係凍凍地,可能我又食得唔夠快,成碗麵好快就凍哂了。🧈菠蘿油邪惡嘅菠蘿油,味道就真係正正常常,但唔好期望個包係熱辣辣或者係暖。🥧蛋撻我揀咗酥皮蛋撻,可能唔係出爐時間啦,都唔係熱的。整體感覺好似以前好味D,希望下次可以食到辣辣嘅菠蘿油同蛋撻。

呢次去咗間算得上係老字號嘅茶餐廳,嘗試咗佢哋嘅招牌多士同埋絲襪奶茶,真係得其嘅料到!多士烤到金黃酥脆,啖啖奶油嘅香濃,真係一啖咬落去,係個"死"字都要飛出嚟咁滋味😋。至於嗰杯奶茶呢,嘩,飲一口已經夠晒滑溜,香甜得嚟唔膩口,仲有微微嘅茶香撲鼻,真心話,我打算翻身做茶餐廳常客🍵!店內氣氛悠閒,就算係獨自一個去,都唔會覺得尷尬,四周滿滿嘅都係街坊面孔,吓吓都見到啲食客彼此打個招呼,嘈吵聲中帶有幾分親切。而且佢哋啲餐具,咁樣傳統嘅格局,都令人覺得好有家鄉味。下次我一定要試下佢哋嘅即叫即做嘅炒麵,睇落去啲叔叔阿嬸好似好入味咁🍜。如果你鍾意親民又美味嘅食物,記得唔好錯過呢家茶餐廳,真係正宗港式,咩都好食到停唔到口!

華立係大埔開業幾廿年,24小時營業,全年無休,咁你大致都諗到入面的員工都係啲刻苦耐勞同一定會有啲性格,但一間有性格嘅員工作主打,佢又憑乜野本事可以係當區開業幾廿年呢?有食開就知佢嘅茶餐包點出品係出色又唔貴嘅,就好似我今日下午茶時段叫咗件蛋撻,每件都只不過$5.5抵到呢。酥皮蛋撻 ($5.5) - 酥皮底厚多層,焗得酥脆,無過火,咬落有層次,加上皮底係加豬油,食落好香口得嚟又完會唔會搶走蛋香。 佢嘅蛋味唔係太甜果隻,主要食其蛋香,同好皮底好夾,兩者平衡做得幾好,食落唔覺油膩。 作為一間老店,佢係賣食物質數同一啲老派情懷。
