想吃蟹黃,又想吃麵:蟹粉煨麵,正是首選。「蟹粉煨麵」,季節限定。除了蟹粉和大白菜,湯底應該是雞湯…用一整煲雞骨熬過,濃濃的雞湯。當然有最壞打算給的蟹粉是「碎濕濕」得很的雜碎,但蟹油泛黃,多得在面頭結衣,已是誘人。嚼了一口,可幸蟹粉尚算新拆,蟹肉仍有實感,滿意。煨麵,即用高湯、慢火煮麵條。雖然這樣做會令麵條偏腍,但這樣做,不單令食材的精華毫不保留的散發出來,且麵條又把高湯的精華盡收於底…爽透了。

好鐘意同老公唻呢度,先叫一碟炒鱔糊,老公去廚房同廚師傾過計,佢地話每日都會新鮮運鱔到餐廳,仲要係超肥美既~~食落啖啖用,正!加個小籠包:皮算好薄,又多汁,一定要趁熱食。酸辣湯:唔會太酸或辣,味道剛剛好,材料又夠足。其他的都好好味架,假日要預早唻囉:p

小籠包一籠有六隻, 味道都ok, 不過皮就厚左d喇, 可能佢唔想入面d湯咁易穿啦, 所以就整厚d, 所以我覺得翡翠好味好多喇; 咕嚕肉都唔記得左係傳統醬定係失傳醬喇, 淨係知道係嚕肉, 冇咩特別, 不過幾開胃同幾惹味, 但係d肉就比較乾身, 可以啦; 鮮肉生煎一客有四個, 其實即係生煎包, 不過呢個就真係唔錯喇, 個包裡面有湯, 唔會乾身, 仲有個包底部煎得非常香脆, 一d都唔硬, 好味; 擔擔麵就要左唔辣, 麵質唔錯, 另加辣油都好香好味; 牛肉煎餅一客兩件, 都煎得幾香, 個牛肉餡又有d湯入面, 所以都係唔乾身, 但唯一就係比較多洋蔥, 我唔係咁鍾意囉!

總括黎講都可以, 我諗有機會都會再試, 不過亦都好想試下鼎泰豐, 唔知邊間好味d呢? 食到飽飽, 埋單$195, 可以接受啦!

今晩ot完後約九時多到這裡吃晚飯,點了如下美食:1)招牌蟹粉小籠包:超好食連d湯包內的汁都一滴不留,正死,必定再去!2)醉嘉美雞:勁滑唔肥,但嫌那些紹興酒味道不太好,但整體上是絶對一級!因為實在太滑呢!3)四川担担麵(小辣):基本上原全不辣咯! 但幸好不太咸,飲了很多四川担担湯呢!4)豆漿:不會太甜,幾好飲,但原本香片茶的味道也好好呢!但論環境實在太嘈了!因為晚巿勁旺呢!

已是上個月的晚飯,第二次吃,感覺上沒有第一次特別了....晚飯吃過的都忘了,但仍對那甜品念念不忘!名字好像是什麼什麼"青豆蓉湯丸"..原來不是圓圓的,型狀像壽包!好大粒,有平常湯丸的兩倍.外皮好軟,好煙韌~~ 裡面是熱辣辣的青豆蓉(不是綠豆哦!)沒綠豆蓉般甜,好清!可惜只用了清水上..應該用薑糖水會更加好味lor.笑臉給湯丸的,會為這個再去..

已是上個月的晚飯,

晚飯吃過的都忘了,但仍對那甜品念念不忘!
名字好像是什麼什麼"青豆蓉湯丸"..
原來不是圓圓的,型狀像壽包!好大粒,有平常湯丸的兩倍.外皮好軟,好煙韌~~ 裡面是熱辣辣的青豆蓉(不是綠豆哦!)沒綠豆蓉般甜,好清!

可惜只用了清水上..應該用薑糖水會更加好味lor.

以前食開太古城分店,因朋友相約關係,走到這間紅磡分店,卻對這間店的印象大打折扣。先說裝璜,算是一般,不過不失。再說食物,一個字--差,實在想像不到,同一間公司,兩間分店的分別可以有這麼大:蟹粉小籠包太乾身,無湯,簡直似係食緊蟹粉小籠包鍋貼版;三鮮炒年糕,咸不特止,仲要年糕既煙韌特性都無埋,簡直係劣品;仲有抄菜竟然發現有一條約1cm長的鐵線,投訴後回應一句:幫你換過佢,然後了事,真係驚險!總結一句:食物質素實在太差了!
