After placing your order, you take your receipt and go pick up your meal from the counter. It takes longer than you may expect, so try to grab a seat first. Also, this place is relatively small, so the staff may have you share your table with other customers.


I ordered the 四寶麵. It comes with 4 ingredients — pig intestine, pig skin, pig blood, and radish. You can pick the noodle type, adjust the spicy level, and add other toppings, just like many other noodle places. If you don’t know what to get, I think this is a good choice.

For $56, I think it’s really worth it. The size is good, and the toppings sufficient. I ordered 小辣, but honestly, I thought it was already quite spicy, so be warned.
