1: 墨魚丸貢丸蘿蔔麻辣米線(小辣)

對於平時食開小辣嘅我嚟講,這裏的小辣會再辣少少,佢嗰種辣係會停留喺舌頭同埋嘴唇上,有一種痹痹地嘅感覺。

墨魚丸相對普通。反而貢丸有驚喜,有一種烤過既味道,好味😋而蘿蔔十分甜,而且沒有渣,十分推薦👍🏻

米線份量較少,女孩子可能剛剛好。米線質地偏淋,岩哂我口味🤤



2: 魚蛋流心蛋豆卜幼麵 (中辣)

中辣的後勁十分強勁,平時真係食開辣的人先好試🤣

魚蛋是普通陳皮魚蛋,約6粒。教學不錯,吸收了湯底一流。反而流心蛋有點失望,煮得有點過熟,沒有流心。


整體來說兩碗麵質素不錯,價錢不算是平,但在尖沙咀可以一試!

香港車仔麵好難搵到原汁原味既店,我開始要豆卜 流心蛋 魚蛋 幼麵 麻辣中辣。大約等待5分鐘後,就可以有得食。環境尚算闊落,不過要自己我搵位,類似典型快餐店。首先俾我驚喜係魚蛋,佢用陳皮魚蛋,充滿驚喜。不過流心蛋就令到等有少少失望。因為佢個身熟過頭,一啲都唔流心。麻辣汁都係典型醬汁 只係你需要醬多定少,而決定多少。不過不得不提佢嘅麻辣係偏強,幼麵我個人覺得比較硬身,希望下次可以淋返少少。佢地衛生情況唔錯,地板都比較乾淨,唔會黐立立。店員會見到你食完就收走餐具,但係又唔會趕你走,咁坐喺度都會舒服啲。

以前成日食元朗間分店,佢開咗尖沙咀之後第一次嚟食覺得冇咁好味,但係可能因為太耐冇入元朗,今次食又覺得幾好食!今次有一碗叫咗麻辣,另外一碗先係叫咖喱辣。咁樣直接有得比較,就覺得咖喱辣好食好多!豬皮同半熟蛋一定係必點魷魚我就覺得麻麻地。而家做緊買任何面再加$15就可以加個小食,我叫咗豬紅抵食!

永年士多呢個名聽左好耐,但一直未有機會試,今日一支公就去試下啦,麵底叫左粗麵,餸就叫左:魷魚、牛筋、蘿蔔同豬皮。另外叫左支樽仔奶茶。 題外話,冬天整碗車仔麵真係幾正。 基本上,蘿蔔同豬皮真心必叫,豬皮無毛,軟滑爽口,入味又無異味!蘿蔔同樣大大舊,入味又無渣,清甜好味。 反而牛筋同魷魚有啲失色,水魷魚其實ok, 都爽口彈牙,因為都預左無咩味,但就唔係好啱個人口味。反而牛筋真心失望,佢都夠軟滑腍身,但問題都係唔夠入味,甚至係無味。如果可以有番啲腩汁味就更好。 而粗麵底可以,唔會煮得過淋,湯底都好飲。七十幾蚊可以接受,下次會返轉頭食。

因為近年搬咗,所以少食咗好多車仔麵。碗麵我由元朗嗰間開始食,一路都好鍾意,特別係佢嘅豬紅。今次同朋友嚟食車仔麵每人都分別叫咗唔同嘅餸,例如生腸,牛肚,魷魚等等每種食物我都覺得好好味😋
