我食左碗豬手麵,一碗麵有兩大舊豬手,不過麵彈便好少,麵條粗身爽口彈牙,麵條較硬身;湯底則用上了大地魚和蝦殼煲成,你會想飲哂d湯,非常惹味。

豬手方面: 夠(林),沒有肉,只有膠質&皮,食落吾會肥淋淋。

碗麵好細碗,多數吾夠飽。

雲吞麵有五粒雲吞,大小適中,蝦和肉混和一起,很鮮味,不像有些食店的雲吞強調原隻大蝦,缺少了肉味; 🍜麵的份量比其他同類食肆的多,吃完沒有不夠飽的感覺。坊間很多紅豆沙都比較稠,像加了粉一起煑,很多時是豆比較多但未必有起沙的感覺,永華的紅豆沙是既㷛至起沙又有陳皮清香的 👍

很久以前還是一個老人家(相信是老闆),這間麵家還可以,特別是他們的酸醋蘿白,十分美味,但再次幫襯,沒想到老人家不見了,反見了一班相對後生的後人,招呼態度不好不在話下,拿東西給客人,碰到還講是客人不對,桌沒有蘿白,再拿還說客人食晒又再要,好不甘心才比,之後想要他們都不給,好不明白這些小食是免費給客戶品嚐,盛載蘿白的都已經不多,只有十數粒,根本不夠一台4人食,既然是免費,再拿我覺得是沒有問題,為何要給面色客人看,食物已經比以前差,態度更差,不明為何會這麼多人來食,我已沒有興趣再來食了,價錢貴已經不再話下,我還要比錢受氣,何必。

Went here at 5pm on a Sunday and happy to find there was no queue. Ordered noodle with wonton and felt the first taste of the soup was quite salty and the noodle was too 'crispy'. Strangely though, I started to enjoy the dish more and more as the combination just works together. The wonton by itself was great too. Be aware though that the bowl is very small. If you are hungry then one bowl would not be enough.

湾仔の駅から数分、便利な所に有るローカルフードの店。店内はいつも混んでいます。独特の食感がある細い卵麺は病みつきになる事間違い無いです。私は定番の海老ワンタンヌードルをいただきましたが、海老たっぷりのワンタンがいっぱいで、小さそうな器ですがボリュームも有ります。オイスターソースのかかった野菜も美味しい。肉や野菜は分量が多いので数人で行って分けて食べたいですね。香港の本物のローカルフードを楽しめます。

我啲係看了jessica後慕名而去的,吃了一碗雲吞麺、一碗牛腩麺、一碗南乳豬手麵、一盤蝦子芥藍和一碗紅豆沙。店裹的手打竹昇麵應該說還是不錯的,但是雲吞麵雲吞皮爛糟糟,雲吞餡裹的蝦一是不夠鮮、二是不夠大,比我吃過的很多店的雲吞麵都差很多;牛腩麺裹的牛腩咬不動吞不落,差火候好像沒熟一般,比許多街邊小店都要差上许多,另外牛腩的塊也太小了;唯有南乳豬手麺的豬手還過得去;紅豆沙清水一般,是我吃過的最差的的紅豆沙了。吃後頸渴得很,不知是否放了不少的味精。環境也極差,阿姐不時地端着臟盆臟碗穿行於顧客之間,讓顧客只好左躲右閃。不知道jessica為什麼會推薦這家店?還特別推薦雲吞麵?真係砸香港雲吞麵的牌子!

今午3個人入去吃,雲吞麵來到試吃一口感覺麵條似未熟透咁,問伙記她們話是爽口的不是未熟透,但我們覺得不是囉!伙記話祗可以換一碗較淋的麵,其餘2碗不能換,伙記又冇禮貌,於是我們就不換了,伙記提出用一碗熱湯浸下D麵條等它淋身,不過冇用的,麵條本身未熟透,終於我們祇是吃些小算了,不會有下次,真失敗。
