To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果消化不是特別好的你我不建議你在此店吃麵,麵呈上的時候是生骨的只是剛把麵浸在熱水的狀態比小時在長洲渡輪上吃的更糟糕。告知店員後眼見店員放在微波爐處理後再呈上。奶茶味道是合格的,雞扒味道帶點微酸仍可接受。再為一個餐店出售一份$50的雞扒麵,同區確實有很多好的選擇。

我order咗個南洋特色常餐,5:30前仲可以平$10,我叫咗黃薑雞扒湯金邊粉,仲有配埋炒蛋,香腸,火腿,兩片牛油多士,仲有杯凍檸茶,勁多嘢食,好滿足!

好欣賞佢嘅黃薑雞扒,醃得好入味,上面仲有啲炸蒜片,再加埋啲芽菜生菜,係好味嘅!

这是一家好吃且有特色的南洋茶记,湖水蓝色的外墙很难不让人注意,离地铁站比较远,但生意很好,基本都是本地人光顾·地段所致,比一般茶记贵一些,但外带过几次觉得不管是质素还是份量都很不错,店家态度也很好,等餐的时候环顾了一下店面,算是环境很不错的茶餐厅,风格有几分怀旧,细节很是用心有趣·海南鸡饭 个人喜欢这家多于生意火爆的勇记海南鸡,鸡肉瘦而不柴,嫩滑多汁,不仅肉厚还去了骨,完全可以大口吃肉的爽,鸡油饭将鸡肉清鲜的香气尽数吸收,刚刚好的油润,嚼劲也很满意·茄紅牛柳粒飯 牛柳肉质不错,和土豆一起翻炒入味,黑椒味的咸香酱汁,土豆也是事先煎过,外层微脆,点这款是好奇想试试茄红饭,是些许浸润了番茄汁的酸甜清香,也推荐·泰式奶茶 柠檬茶 饮品都比一般茶餐厅更细心,香滑浓甜的泰奶不输某连锁泰式奶茶店,柠檬茶能感受到明显的香茅香气,也跟港式柠茶拉开了差距,喝到瞬间眼前一亮
