Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2/5Curry sauce was the best I had in this meal. Fish ball was alright, at least not puffy soft texture one. Pork was at the edge of dry, not feeling what menu say is char grill, is a little sweet but doesn’t taste south east Asia at all. Tom yum soup was quite light to the flavour.

前幾日同朋友去中環還完神🙏🏻

感覺好有香港懷舊嘅味道🥰

已經很久沒有去泰國,記得朋友早前介紹這間位於上環的榮華南洋冰室,今晚和太太就來試一試水準。餐廳裝潢十分醒目,用上復古南洋風格作為主題,座位亦寬敞舒適。餐廳主打泰式湯粉飯類,有多種不同的配撘,亦有提供小食及特色飲品等。海南雞脾油飯雞脾完全去骨,雞肉嫩滑而味道豐厚濃郁,澆上的醬汁味道溫和,為雞肉增添一道鮮味,而顆顆如珠的油飯還帶點雞香鮮韻,包著一層雞油,發出光彩,潤而不油,方能稱上美味。配上自家秘製的辣醬,惹味非常,令味道更上一層樓。冬蔭功湯海鮮金邊粉原個鐵鍋熱辣辣上枱,香氣十足,先呷一口湯底,味道酸辣刺激但不嗆喉,檸檬葉、香茅、青檸、紅辣椒味道層次分明,只是比泰國地道的少了一分辣度,海鮮份量亦不少,有青口、魷魚、蝦等。龍眼冰亦點了一客龍眼冰,原支梳打水送上,一吸入口,頓然遍體生涼,暑氣全消,龍眼味道清甜可喜,同時腴而不膩,是夏日佳饌。

Tom yum goong noodle with seafood - It was served in a huge noodle pot, with generous serving of the ingredients. Rice noodles was smooth and chewy, absorbing the essence of the soup broth. Tom yum goong was flavourful and slightly spicy, with strong sour taste. There were mussels, prawns, squid and beancurd etc in it, which were fresh and chewy.

星期五晚,本來想去蘇豪區食西餐,但係見到條街咁多人,唔想咁嘈,於是行行吓行到太平山街附近,見到一間南洋餐廳,即刻想試下。喺中上環想搵間平平哋又好坐嘅餐廳,真係唔容易。其實响門口見到啲嘢食都幾吸引,老闆仲親自出來招攬,係冇hard feeling嗰隻,所以就入去幫襯下啦。一入門口,要先行落幾級樓梯,已經覺得好有特色。望下個餐牌,d嘢食又唔貴,可能晚上附近嘅食客都去晒鋸扒,嚟呢間餐廳嘅人並唔多,所以坐得好舒適。我哋兩個人嗌咗一個冬陰功豬扒貴刁,同埋薑黃雞扒飯,一杯鹹檸七,仲有泰式奶茶。個貴刁真係好惹味,仲要成個煲上,睇見已經流口水,冬陰功湯底做得唔錯,貴刁真係爽口好味,喺個豬扒少少dry,但可以接受。至於個薑黃雞飯,我叫咗個薑蓉做醬,由於我鍾意食薑,所以覺得好好味。碟頭飯嘅配菜並唔係普通椰菜絲或者生菜兩條,而係醃過嘅青瓜,令到食客好醒胃,係少見嘅做法,我好鍾意。老闆仲請我食多一小碟醃青瓜添,真識do😁!最後要讚一讚個泰式奶茶,首先係成壺上,老闆話要焗5分鐘,另外隻杯已落咗煉奶,茶焗好自己冲,冲出黎有一陣椰香味,而且個茶底好好飲。我仲想添食,見到個餐牌下午茶有菠蘿油,如果配埋呢杯泰式奶茶,一

同好友去上環拜完神,正值下午時間好肚餓,於是行落下幾條街搵嘢食,見到尼間裝修得好有香港懷舊格調,就入去試試打開餐牌,很多不同種類的南洋食品,樣樣都想試最後決定點了冬陰公牛柳粒金邊粉,喝一口冬陰功湯,微酸但不太辣,很開胃,金邊粉軟硬適中,掛上冬陰公的湯就更加惹味,牛柳粒跟切片紅羅白,豆角,洋蔥,紅椒和豆卜一起炒、食落更豐富再加牛油雞翼,雞翼外層炸得酥脆,面頭灑上炸過的蒜頭,十分香口,只可惜加追了二隻,實在唔夠喉,下次再食過很喜歡吃咖吔,咖吔多士經常吃,今次試吓咖吔西多,西多煎得外層金黃微脆,入口先感受到蛋香,繼而是牛油的香味、最後是清幽的咖吔味,整個配搭非常夾店員放下南洋奶茶跟我們說要等十分鐘,那麼茶味就更濃郁,茶香加上煉奶的香滑,美味

佢個豬頸肉真係幾特別,
燒汁偏甜,有少少似瑞士汁,
又唔會太漏,幾好送飯,
但佢豬頸肉質偏乾身,
我個人就喜歡肉質肥美有油香嘅肉多啲喇⋯
而個咖哩我都覺得普通,
一樣係味道偏甜,都係嘅,
南洋菜本身就係偏甜,
咁講佢其實幾正宗。

豬扒Juicy有油香,份量好足!
雖然味道相對普通,

今日要去上環取電話續約禮品,之後有朋友約我食午餐,去了差館上街榮華南洋冰室,原來這條街有好多餐廳,這間餐廳外觀裝修懷舊,令人印象深刻。特色午餐海南雞髀油飯$68,雞肉嫩滑,份量又多,配上酸瓜食更好味。再加一個常餐,五點半前$58,香茅豬扒米粉,配火腿、腸仔、炒蛋,加$5由牛油多士轉咖吔多士,豬扒夠大塊又入味,米粉煮得剛剛好,炒蛋夠滑,多士就當飯後甜品😋配熱飲不用加錢。另外配多一個泰式鳳爪,非常爽口入味,酸酸辣辣令人非常開胃。
