以前在上環返工間吾中會爬上山搵食,行遠啲就會發現吾少穩世美食,「榮華南洋冰室」是其中一間吾錯嘅餐廳。餐廳外是湖水綠外牆,內裡也沒有太多裝修,枱與枱之間都頗密集下。大家聽個名都知道係食南洋野,當中我最推薦「海南雞脾配油飯」$68 包一杯飲品海南雞髀飯絕不花巧,像是泰式碟頭海南雞飯。雞髀份量十足,肉色略深,肉質嫩滑但味道略淡,三色醬絕對有提味之用,醬油並非濃稠的甜豉油,應該是自家調製,非市面上得個咸字嘅豉油味、蒜蓉亦夠多夠香,至於油飯偏向乾身。南洋特色雙拼飯$72自選幾款肉中,友人選了「豬扒、雞扒」兩款肉也燒得相當焦香,滿滿的 BBQ 風味,愛吃肉的友人挺喜歡。凍啡少冰凍央少冰兩杯凍飲的味道和港式茶餐廳出品不一樣,花奶不太多,相對口感冇咁順滑,茶味是突出。

肉質嫩滑但味道略淡,三色醬絕對有提味之用,醬油並非濃稠的甜豉油,應該是自家調製,非市面上得個咸字嘅豉油味、蒜蓉亦夠多夠香,至於油飯偏向乾身。

今朝要返公司,既然出咗嚟,下晝就去上環逛下,我俾呢間藍色嘅大廈吸引咗,就食個南洋午餐啦。店員推介海南雞髀飯,或者蒜炒牛柳粒飯,我特別想食一啲香口啲嘅嘢,所以揀咗蒜炒牛柳粒飯。平時食開嘅牛柳粒飯都會配薯仔,但係呢一度係配豆泡,感覺健康啲。本身牛柳粒都煮得好入味,而且仲加咗好多洋蔥、紅椒同青椒去吊味,辣辣地味道更突出。我追加咗個小食,係鳳尾蝦越式春卷,都係幾有特色㗎,外面係幾層脆皮,包住入面嘅蝦肉,再配以甜醬食,唔錯嘅選擇。咁多樣濃味,而且煎炸嘅食物,最好飲番啲凍嘢,中和一下。見佢有泰式咖啡,就叫一杯嚟試吓,點知一嚟就嚟三隻杯。原因係咖啡同埋花奶煉奶分開上,咖啡喺咖啡壺入面焗5分鐘之後(如果想濃啲咖啡味可以焗耐啲),再倒入煉奶同花奶,攪勻佢,如果想甜啲就可以攪勻得耐少少,將沈喺底嘅花奶同煉奶都融入咖啡入面。因為我係叫凍飲,所以最後嘅步驟就係將攪勻嘅咖啡,倒入放咗冰嘅杯入面令佢成為凍飲。泰式咖啡非常之好味,最好嘅係我可以自己調節自己鍾意嘅濃度同埋甜度,過程好有趣新鮮。

尋日同成班同事周圍搵嘢食 行過見到呢間好似幾好就入去 入到去啲員工態度超好#曲 反正入到去就坐低食 我同另外兩個同事叫咗個常餐 另一位同事食海南雞飯 同事話海南雞好重麻油味似麻油雞多啲 另一個同事加$5要個咖央多 嚟到以為佢唔記得搽啲咖央落去 我叫咗個黃姜雞扒金邊粉 加$15轉冬陰功湯 碗粉嚟到見唔到件雞扒 原來喺個底度得幾舊雞 食唔到黃姜味不在話下 加上個湯底偏酸完全冇辣味 唔值得加錢轉 常餐跟嘅火腿腸仔蛋 啲油多到成個碟底都係 我地仲叫咗個拼盤同魚蛋 魚蛋辣味唔錯夠熱 可惜跟嗰幾塊多士係淋嘅 拼盤嘅鳳爪個味幾正 夠凍夠酸 啲嘢都未食完 員工好似趕客咁 收走晒啲嘢 然後放低張單 單都未睇清楚 已經係咁摧埋單 仲以為好多人等位 排到落大馬路 但其實門口冇人等位 PS: 依家疫情關係戴口罩是常識吧 但我哋食食吓先留意到 原來廚房三位員工個口罩帶喺下巴度 真係 嘟嘟嘟嘟 嘟 嘟嘟嘟

這是一間懷舊的南洋餐廳,裝修很特別,有到東南亞一帶的感覺。牆上有很多明星到訪的簽名。我點了鳳爪、燒豬頸肉冬陰功金邊粉、春卷等。最欣賞的是他的冬陰功金邊粉配豬頸肉。冬陰功金邊粉酸酸的,不太辣,但湯很美味,忍不住喝了幾口。另外泰茶也是我的喜愛,它的奶用的事黑白奶及煉奶兩種,配上了泰國的茶葉,滿滿是到了泰國的感覺,也可以療癒一下不能外出旅遊的悲傷。鳳爪和春卷也很美味。泰式咖喱魚蛋配多士也很特別,值得來一試哦。

同個五、六年冇見面既朋友响上環撞番,咁有緣點都要食個飯,好啦,佢話介紹我去一間餐廳食飯,有少少期待既。一去到,確實係我冇食過既餐廳,仲鬼死咁多人,十二點半都要等一陣先有位,心諗正啦,應該冇死錯人既。坐低左,睇相嗌左個炭燒豬頸肉飯,重申menu張相係好靚仔下㗎。個飯一黎到,有一個字由心而發!乜野黎㗎?!澳門遊客區買既豬肉乾?!黑到咁樣既?!好懷疑自己食緊乜嘢肉。朋友都顯得唔好意思,俾左舊雞扒我。最深深不憤既係佢收71蚊(凍飲價)。上環食飯貴就預左,其實好食唔怕貴,喂大佬,燒鵝價錢,蔗渣味度,個心點都有啲唔舒服,唯有安慰自己,算啦,至在同朋友聚下食下飯見下面姐,岩既!

今次又試新野, 而且見評價都幾好一於試下, 不過價錢就比出面嘅貴少少叫左個海南雞髀飯如要油飯要再加$5, 即$68加$5, 仲加左兩隻蒜香牛油雞翼$16, 先講講個飯唔係太油同食得出黃姜粉嘅味道, 但我本人第一次食海南雞飯係落黃姜粉, 我唔知係咪新加坡同馬來西亞嘅分別呢, 不過就唔係我杯茶而個雞就唔知係咪特登唔斬斷嘅, 我哋兩盒嘅雞都係咁, 食落肉質比較實唔太滑味道淡, 感覺成個飯比啲黃姜味搶左, 而值得一讚係個甜豉油先可以冚過黃姜味, 最後仲有蒜香牛油雞翼, 返到屋企都仲少少脆同幾入味, 而且個啲蒜粒撈飯都幾好食, 哩個可以再食不過係貴左啲姐
