Ordered the signiture grilled chicken steak with rice.

The chicken was juicy and tender, freshly skilletted chicken thigh off its bone, and marinated with various of sauces, vegetables were also included to make it look healthy, but not significant enough to be a portion. The courgettes and cabbages were drenched in oil.

There were bits of picked white carrot with chilli that spiced it up, but I wish there was more, as there was more spring onions instead.

The food was great, but it took me ages to finish it off, I was battling with the weak chopsticks and floppy spoon, in the end I had to use another pair of those disposable chopsticks as knives and forks to tear up the chicken.
It is also much more peaceful to have a takeout with out those waitors sounding like loud speakers across your head!

我倆同時都吃了豬軟骨拼雞扒飯加凍奶茶

雞扒是即叫即製,用烤板煎的,非常惹味
雞扒肉質嫩滑,薄薄的雞皮,少肥膏,不覺熱氣,雖然明知是雪藏雞肉,但都騙自己說新鮮,因為雞肉的確能保持原有的雞味
簡單的食材只要肯加心思,有創意,都能做出"佳餚",在云云食肆中突圍而出


牡丹實在出色,自動成為綠葉的豬軟骨亦不欺場,肉質鮮嫩不韌,豬軟骨很脆,很有嚼勁,配上香濃的鹵水汁,與雞扒簡直是最佳拍擋

至於飯則配上甜鼓油和薑蔥,很惹味,份量足夠填肚

至於同事吃的雞扒併鹵水雞翼飯,雞翼是中等size的,很入味,而且雞肉仍能保持相當的嫩滑,而且有四大隻,用料十足,老公仔說下次一定要試!!!


凍奶茶,很濃的奶味,不過略甜,若想試清楚茶味,建議大家叫少甜

除此以外,這裡的餐牌還有港式爛gag:什麼雞藕天成,什麼雞同鴨講,火併阿粟,極富香港的特色

沒有新鮮雞入口,令喜愛吃雞的香港人叫苦連天,也許榮式雞扒是個安慰罷
台灣的燒雞扒名震中外,是台灣的特色小食之一
現在,香港人都終於有自己既雞扒喇!!!

行經呢度同記得呢間野幾出名﹐所以就來試試。老婆叫左雞扒拼藕餅飯﹐本人就叫雞扒拼豬軟骨飯。如以下食評所講﹐飯既份量唔係好多﹐如果肚餓來本人未必夠飽。雞扒煎得幾香﹐唔係超級油果隻﹐味道亦唔錯﹐唔會太鹹。老婆跟據塊雞扒既炕紋話佢地應該係用果d曉發熱既夾來煮wor﹐所以d油會溜走灑。本人覺得藕餅係最好﹐因為味道係最青。豬軟骨就唔係咁得啦﹐因為肉質比較硬﹐有d似硬左同凍左既梅菜扣肉咁。以呢個價錢得呢個份量唔平。

剛吃完雞藕天成(外賣)作午餐,小小的店外有很多人輪候,但外買則三分鐘不到便送上,唔.... 感覺有點不妙。雞藕天成比普通燒雞扒飯少了一塊雞扒,飯的份量亦不太夠。藕餅很有口感,好有充實的感覺,但有少少豬肉部份是嚼不爛的。 外買太快送上果然不是好事,藕餅、雞扒、飯都不太熱,有點失色。

我先試意粉,配的是鼓汁油,最初,我還想像應該會是奇怪的味道,但出來的效果很好呢!很match!再試試主角榮式雞扒,非常的野味呢!雖然雞扒本身不厚,但富有鮮嫰的肉汁,我本身不太好雞肉的都覺得非常好味呢!!!

老公仔當然非常喜歡吃雞扒,還大讚榮式雞扒....hehe,今次沒有介紹錯呢!而那個豬軟骨亦有水準呢!...又林又香鹵水味!!....汁加上白飯是一流的配搭!

Anyway the rice was good too, with sauce and chopped spring onions, and bits of picked white carrot with chilli that spiced it up, distinguishing it from other restaurants.

星期6黎開灣仔就拉埋男朋友去試下呢間野,,係問郵差路既情況下搵到呢度..一行到門口...oh!!!未免太多人啦卦....正當同男朋友睇緊佢貼係門口既報紙同meun,,睇下值唔值得等既時候,,咁o岩有個阿姐出黎問"有無2位..有無2位呀?!"..男朋友諗都唔諗即刻叫"呢度"哈哈..咁就入左去啦..入到去都幾迫..而且一定係搭"木台"搭"木台"再搭"木台",,不過唔緊要最緊要d野好食..一坐底meun都未睇就有人走黎問我地要咩..不過你唔會覺得佢無禮貌..你話睇睇先,,佢即刻行開唔會煩你..我諗佢係因為做慣d客係食慣食熟一坐低就可以order個d先會咁..好,,睇好要咩啦..一個雞排藕餅飯($36)..一個雞排豬頸肉飯($37)..餐飲2個凍檸茶(凍飲唔使加$2 wor)d野好快黎,,一叫完即上..可能佢地預左星期6人多..所以整定..不過唔使怕..唔會凍晒既,,先試杯茶..無特別..唔會差,,之後食飯啦,,雞排上有坑紋,,似乎真係燒過呢..食落好入味..雞皮脆脆地,,你唔會捨得唔食佢..肉亦滑,,唔錯..藕餅肉多..無左咬到蓮藕個種脆脆既口感..但肉汁都多..ok,,到d豬頸肉..我覺得

知道哩間野人多,加上哩排睇啊蘇節目既人都知道左哩間野,人氣一定急升,所以決定買外賣返去吃,點知人算不如天算,買外賣D人都唔少,排成成條街,因為巨系即燒的,所以等左好耐,終於到我了,ORDER左個招牌榮式燒雞扒飯,擰返去吃,果然無令我失望,一打開餐盒,就聞到好香雞味,吃落外脆內嫩,皮唔會有好多脂肪,好入味,老細仲好貼心,送左D開胃小吃。。好送飯。。
