We came here about once a year, we thought the food was fine, we liked the crispy skin chicken. So we order this every time. So, if you are not local, be extra careful, don’t be ripped off.

這家餐廳就在家旁邊,所以一般每年都會去一次。上次光顧的時候,我們點了出名的脆皮雞,也是每次都點的。那個服務生就說,脆皮雞,很新鮮,很好。我以為他誇我點菜的菜好。到買單的時候,發現不對,三個菜花了近500,才發現菜單上我以為自己點的那個110港幣的脆皮雞變成了250港幣。我本來以為他們搞錯了,以為我買了整只雞,其實是半隻雞,但也不對,整只雞是200港幣。後來那個點菜的服務生就在我後面說,這是新鮮的雞,所以價格不同。
我很莫名,活生生被宰了,就因為和我一起吃飯的是白人。 🙄🙄🙄

呢間打冷小菜館環境望落雖然有啲殘舊,但啲餸全部都好正😊👍🏼韭菜豬紅 ($50)蜆仔肉($50)鹵水大拼盤好大碟 甚麼都有,包括 豬耳、鹵水鵝、鵝腸、紅腸、墨魚、大腸、小腸、豆腐羊腩煲($298)大概係我食過最好食既羊腩煲🥺,啲羊好靚,煲到好腍好入味,又唔羶唔韌,羊肉又唔痴骨,再加埋配料生菜同枝竹,真係不得了,其實食呢個都已經好飽好夠好滿足🥺。馳名醉雞煲 全隻($300)老闆會教埋煲醉雞煲既step😂,開火幾耐,幾時放雞,幾時熄火,要將啲雞焗幾耐,最後仲親自幫我地分2次落雞😂幾好服侍👍🏼。隻雞唔止脾位滑,連雞胸位都唔鞋😳!!勁正,又煲到入哂味,食到Lam Lam 脷😋。墨魚餅($78/6件)炸粉好薄,外面又脆又香口。椒鹽白飯魚($88)其實仲叫左好多野食,不過掛住食唔記得影相😂。

老闆會教埋煲醉雞煲既step😂,開火幾耐,幾時放雞,幾時熄火,要將啲雞焗幾耐,最後仲親自幫我地分2次落雞😂幾好服侍👍🏼。隻雞唔止脾位滑,連雞胸位都唔鞋😳!!勁正,又煲到入哂味,食到Lam Lam 脷😋。

自從旺記銅鑼灣舊店結束後,吃不到滿意打冷風味小菜。 今天知道旺記打冷小菜館在灣仔重開,一於趕快去回味一下。 去到旺記大概7點左右,內裏竟然已經全滿座。 不過等了一陣也好快也有位了。 菜式有很多選擇,也有很多傳統風味小菜,看到他們的招牌小菜也好吸引。韮菜豬紅,豬紅大大粒,質感彈牙,汁底香濃。鹵水鵝肉片,肉質入味又嫩滑,吃出傳統鹵水風味。椒鹽鮮魷及白飯魚大大碟,鮮魷和白飯魚材料新鮮,外層沾上薄薄粉漿炸到十分香脆,真材實料好味道。

香港地D佬十個有九個都鍾意打冷小菜,幾個兄弟聚埋一齊飲吓酒吹吓水,今日就介紹一間好野比咁多位麻甩,等大家第二時晚飯宵夜又有多個選擇。我地做司機經常收工好夜,有時候收工已係零晨十二點後,一個星期總有幾日會同啲同事宵夜,位於灣仔三角街嘅旺記打冷就一定係必然之選,皆因佢哋之前在銅鑼灣登龍街好出名的,而家原班人馬係灣仔三角街重開再次見大家,當然出品沒有令到我地失望,比預期中一樣好好食兼且廚房師父出品穩定鑊氣足睇得出功夫到家,加上地點又就腳。揸車的朋友也唔怕冇位泊車。對於我地司機黎講實在太方便。旺記大大話話之前喺銅鑼灣扎根咗廿幾年,搬過幾次舖,今次就選擇灣仔開新鋪比舊鋪闊落,一來特別有本地風味,老闆好好非常親切有禮又熱情招待。旺記打冷必食推介滷水鵝片 / 拼盤每次必叫,豉油王炒麵非食不可,炸大腸香脆入味送啤酒一流,沙拉骨也是一絕,炸墨魚餅食完會念念不忘,等等等等樣樣都好好味.......
