我同老公又係大埔搵食,見到呢間泰國餐廳都好多人排隊,於是就過去跟大隊可能因為我地係兩個人食,容易等位,我地等左大約半小時就入到去。我老公左一杯香矛特飲,都幾特別,有重重既香矛味。佢覺得好好飲。之後,叫左個黃咖哩雞,加配酥餅。呢款咖喱唔算辣,同埋好香,配上熱辣辣嘅酥餅,真係好好食。之後,叫左我最鍾意食既泰式金邊粉,呢個金邊粉有一層蛋絲網包住金邊粉,淨係個賣相都好已經好靚,味道又好。總結,呢間餐廳價錢相宜,而且食物味道不錯,會選擇下次再食。

主食方面,珍寶木船湯河好足料,果然係招牌👍🏻 有牛丸豬肉丸好爽口彈牙,仲有牛腩,魚旦,扎肉,雞絲,湯頭唔會太咸,食完唔口渴,可以再encore! 👍🏻👍🏻

今晚相約到朋友去太和一帶搵好野食,行到太和路近翠怡花園一帶時,見到有間食泰國菜的餐廳,它的門面有别於一般的泰國菜餐廳,看似沒什麼特别,但一開門進去便見到餐廳內裝飾得像在船艙內一樣,天花掛著一束大麻繩及設計特別的小燈,旁邊有很多面鏡,就像船艙內的窗口一樣,而餐廳的中間打單位置伸延出有張大枱像船頭一樣,內裡還可存放食具,真的打做得非常别具心思。 我們坐低後商議點了青木瓜沙律、Combo小食拼盤、溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯,還有兩杯飲品,我點了杯用新鮮草莓打製成的沙冰,他們叫泰公主,泰文叫帕差拉吉蒂雅帕,朋友就點了杯脆爆芒果園,睇著menu上的圖片已非常吸引,menu上第一、二頁還寫滿簡單的泰文,可給客人參考學習。 和朋友一邊聊天,很快我的飲品便出場了 泰公主沙冰,色澤紅紅的,當店員放抵它時已聞到很香的草莓味,飲落,嘩,草莓味濃郁,有別於出面飲到的沙冰。接著青木瓜沙律都來了,青木瓜非常有咬口,配埋酸酸味味的泰式醬汁加埋小紅提的清甜味道,整體非常之夾。到Combo小食拼盤及溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯都出場了,溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯用了個大椰青裝著,滿滿

到Combo小食拼盤及溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯都出場了,溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯用了個大椰青裝著,滿滿的飯和海鮮,面頭淋上椰漿汁製作成流出來的溶岩漿,飯旁邊放著一杯水,我正奇怪為何會放著一杯水在那裡時,朋友便諗到那杯應該是原先那個在椰青內的椰青水,於是朋友飲了一口去確認了,Bingo
, 海鮮飯中有蝦,巳預先剝好殼,方便食用,帶子慢煮成八成熟的狀態,食落口感嫩滑,墨魚圈爽口彈牙,而青口食落還有海水及鮮甜的味道係當中,有別於平時出面食的雪藏無味道,至於下面個炒飯,當中加有蛋、紅蘿蔔和菜絲混合埋濃濃的椰漿汁和芝士一起去焗,筆起的時候還可與內裡的鮮椰肉一起配合食,非常滋味獨特

而小食拼盆,當中有庶蝦、肉丸,魚餅和米紙春卷4款不同油炸小食,庶蝦彈牙鮮甜,肉丸吃得出是用新鮮的豬肉打成的,咬落還有些肉汁流出,魚餅吃落鮮甜,至於米紙春卷就非常香脆可口

在我們一直享受緊美味的食物時,朋友的飲品突然登場了,脆爆芒果園,
非常巨大,面頭滿滿的忌廉上充滿新鮮的芒果汁及爆谷粒, 而杯中就是用了新鮮的芒果和乳酪打製成的沙冰,朋友話飲落酸酸尾尾,非常之清新,她一邊發掘及飲用時還飲到有新鮮的芒果粒係裡頭,突然她吃到一粒軟棉棉的物體,原來是粒麻曙,她說還飲到些似啫喱狀的物體,估計是menu 上寫的芒果布甸吧,朋友說口感十足,非常之過癮

全部的食物都非常新鮮美味,我們吃到非常之飽和滿足。
