Today I went to eat dinner in San Po Kong, and I felt that this restaurant was very comfortable and cozy, giving a homely feeling.

Slow-cooked Pulled Pork Waffle Sandwich
The slow-cooked pork was tender and cooked perfectly, paired with crispy waffles. The waffles were made flawlessly, not hard at all. The sauce of the pork was rich in flavor, which complemented the waffles very well.

Italian Baked Eggs with Tiger Prawns
The texture of the Italian baked eggs was smooth, paired with fresh tiger prawns, making the dish full of seafood freshness. The aroma of the baked eggs harmonized beautifully with the sweetness of the prawns.

French Mille-Feuille (Matcha Strawberry with Strawberry Ice Cream)
This dessert was exceptionally well-made. At first, I didn’t know what mille-feuille was and mistakenly thought it was a layer cake. When I tasted it, the mille-feuille had matcha cream inside, complemented by strawberries that were not sweet at all. I think people in Hong Kong would really like this type of dessert now, as it’s not too sweet and has a crispy texture.
