今日同朋友入左元朗食宵夜,見到呢間串燒店有推廣,只要一次過點晒想要既食物即享9折,好抵食。我哋叫左兩杯飲品,勁大杯,每杯有50CL:水果梳打:梳打有唔同口味選擇,我揀左青蘋果,酸酸甜甜,味道一流。珍寶凍檸茶:食串燒唔少得,朋友話夠晒解渴。金釀肉丸串:每粒肉丸之間,夾左一塊豬皮,特別爽口。家鄉手工肉丸串:細細粒,口感彈牙。台式香腸:有嚼勁,滋味多汁。燒五花腩:燒到金黃香脆,五花腩肥瘦適中。秘製醬牛柳粒:牛味濃郁,粒狀食起嚟都好腍。跳脫黃立倉:煎到金黃色,灑滿蔥花,賣相吸引,魚肉肥美厚白,魚皮位脆卜卜,仲有檸檬同豉油伴碟。燒芝士年糕:外脆內軟,煙煙韌韌,芝士有少許流心。鮮甜菠蘿:灑上芝麻,香氣四溢。總結,全部串燒都灑上孜然粉和蔥花,好惹味,而每張枱都擺左一個爐,暖住D串燒,好貼心。

最鍾意就係元朗周圍搵好嘢食,今日朋友帶咗我去一間新開嘅港式串燒店,估唔到真係有驚喜,啲嘢好好食,所以好值得喺度推介一下。囍串 地址喺安興街59號安泰樓地下8號舖,餐廳地方雖然唔大,但係充滿港式風情,而且裝修得光猛整潔。門口餐牌,有各類港式食物。牛腩麵,肉燥飯,炸髀飯,串燒。仲有happy hour飲酒時間,各種咖啡。真係諗得出嘅都有。厚切牛舌 ,依個牛舌真係好正,每一口咬落去都有肉汁流出,油脂從牛舌中滲出來,肉質嫩腍爽口,有濃郁嘅牛肉味,越食越香。加上少少鹽嘅調味,味道更有層次。燒五花腩 五花腩燒嗰啲油份出嚟,加上邊位有少少焦香,入口香口惹味。跳脫黃立䱽 ,䱽魚賣相真係好吸引,燒到啲變位都有啲焦香,食落去卜卜脆,面頭加啲蔥花,檸檬汁增添味道層次。魚嘅肉質仲係好嫩滑,好鮮味。呢個係必試嘅推介。清酒焗花甲 加粉絲,粉絲同啲湯汁完全吸收咗花甲嘅鮮味,食落去花甲味道鮮甜,肉質爽口。燒年糕,年糕燒到外脆肉熱,入口煙煙韌韌配,埋啲燒汁味道真係一流。炸餃子 餃子炸到金黃色,入口熱辣辣,外皮好香脆,配少少甜酸醬,增添味道層次。食串燒叫返支藍妹飲下先,消暑解渴真係一流。

最鍾意就係元朗周圍搵好嘢食,今日朋友帶咗我去一間新開嘅港式串燒店,估唔到真係有驚喜,啲嘢好好食,所以好值得喺度推介一下。
囍串 地址喺安興街59號安泰樓地下8號舖,餐廳地方雖然唔大,但係充滿港式風情,而且裝修得光猛整潔。
門口餐牌,有各類港式食物。牛腩麵,肉燥飯,炸髀飯,串燒。仲有happy hour飲酒時間,各種咖啡。真係諗得出嘅都有。
厚切牛舌 ,依個牛舌真係好正,每一口咬落去都有肉汁流出,油脂從牛舌中滲出來,肉質嫩腍爽口,有濃郁嘅牛肉味,越食越香。加上少少鹽嘅調味,味道更有層次。
燒五花腩 五花腩燒嗰啲油份出嚟,加上邊位有少少焦香,入口香口惹味。
跳脫黃立䱽 ,䱽魚賣相真係好吸引,燒到啲變位都有啲焦香,食落去卜卜脆,面頭加啲蔥花,檸檬汁增添味道層次。魚嘅肉質仲係好嫩滑,好鮮味。呢個係必試嘅推介。
清酒焗花甲 加粉絲,粉絲同啲湯汁完全吸收咗花甲嘅鮮味,食落去花甲味道鮮甜,肉質爽口。
燒年糕,年糕燒到外脆肉熱,入口煙煙韌韌配,埋啲燒汁味道真係一流。
炸餃子 餃子炸到金黃色,入口熱辣辣,外皮好香脆,配少少甜酸醬,增添味道層次。
食串燒叫返支藍妹飲下先,消暑解渴真係一流。

雖然好似好普通嘅腸仔,但係燒過外脆內流心芝士,值得一試!

以前放假最中意同朋友返大陸食串燒,而家想返去chill下都好麻煩,搞到有時想聚下腳都唔知去邊好今日路過元朗見到有間串燒店好吸引,即刻叫埋朋友過黎試下!呢到可以邊飲啤酒邊食串燒,完完全全就係以前個種feel,勁開心!手機落單,一目了然,夠晒方便食物燒完之後仲會放上呢個爐到保溫,咁就唔怕掛住吹水啲野食會凍晒啲串燒全部都好靚,調味料落得好重手,勁入味好香濃,淨係睇見都流晒口水,而且每一串份量都唔會偷工減料,啲豬腩肉勁大片勁厚身,入口唔會好油,反而好香口,燒得岩岩好外皮少少脆,超正!另外要一讚係呢個豬頸肉,性價比高,唔係好貴但夠晒大份。外皮卜卜脆,肉質又唔會燒到好硬身,軟淋淋入口好易咬,本身已經有調味,再配上泰式辣醬食,風味勁豐富,一流!

啲串燒全部都好靚,調味料落得好重手,勁入味好香濃,淨係睇見都流晒口水,而且每一串份量都唔會偷工減料,啲豬腩肉勁大片勁厚身,入口唔會好油,反而好香口,燒得岩岩好外皮少少脆,超正!
