夏麵館的出品,勉強可以,只是勝在位置方便,在太子始創中心內,鄰近地鐵站。因為有一位朋友晚來,所以先點了一份生煎飽和小籠包,邊吃邊等。我們是以Eatigo訂座,享有10%折扣,但服務員說只限正價餐牌,套餐沒有優惠。在我們結帳的時候,卻說因為點了套餐,所以全單不能打折,這樣有欠公允。他們的套餐,確實便宜,我們三人點了四人套餐,可能因為晚上8:00多才用餐,大家肚子餓,所以全部光盤行動。整體菜式只是一般,不會太差,但也不是突出,只能說飽肚而矣。題外話,始創中心有做推廣,晚市惠顧$500或以上,送贈$100優惠券,只可到指定餐廳消費時使用。

捱過一星期後終於放假了,今晚又帶左媽咪黎到旺角始創中心「夏麵館」食佢最愛嘅上海菜~晚上七點幾已經座無虛席,好受歡迎呢菜單上嘅選擇好豐富,價錢經濟實惠涼拌小木耳木耳口感爽脆,加咗辣椒仔同酸醋吊味,酸酸微辣頗開胃呢鮮肉鍋貼有三大隻,鍋貼表面不太油膩,底部則金黃香脆,外皮略厚,充滿麵粉香。裏面係新鮮豬肉,肉餡頗肥美香軟,充滿肉汁鮮肉小籠包小籠包外皮厚薄適中,滿載湯汁同juicy豬肉餡,味鮮且鹹香,好出色賽螃蟹蛋白好滑溜,蝦仁新鮮爽彈,兩者比例剛好,味道好夾,仲有少量毛豆同紅椒,送白飯食就啱晒啦高力貓山王榴槤最後又點少得甜品呢,高力豆沙或者香蕉就食得多,呢度竟然有貓山王榴槤!金黃色的外表非常吸引,大小適中,裡面係濃郁香甜的貓山王榴槤蓉,真材實料擂沙湯丸芝麻湯圓好軟糯,口感QQ,有糯米香,內裏係粒粒起沙的黑芝麻餡,甜度適中,好好味啊

今晚同少爺響太子食飯,去左始創中心既夏麵館食野,我地已經接近十年無食過夏麵館。仲記得十幾二十年前? 在element食第一間的夏麵館,果陣真係覺得好好食,果間的夏麵館感覺好elegant, 裝修幾清雅。。之後夏麵館忽然開左好幾間分店,水準亦差左好多,同element店完全吾同! 我地亦沒再幫襯了。始創呢間夏麵館都幾迫,d 枱非常貼勁嘈吓! 叫左鮮肉小籠包($38), 個小籠包係多汁的,但係個皮同我面皮一樣太厚!!鎮江水晶肉 ($55) 呢個水間肉真係好吾掂!!!我本身好鐘意食水晶肉,每次去奧海城金滿庭都會叫,呢度的水晶肉太硬,完全做不到水晶肉應有的林和軟,食完呢度我忍吾住同少爺講:金滿庭做的真係好好食!火腿津白 ($70), 呢個津白做得好林,只係個汁少少咸。排骨擔擔麵($65), 個擔擔麵醬汁做得香濃的,只係麵有d過林,我自己喜歡食有咬口的麵。豬排ok good , 吾鞋如果肥多少少更好!XO醬炒年糕($68)個XO醬幾香口,但年糕片切太厚而且煮得太硬埋單326蚊,餐廳服務係好的,非常多人而且有d迫,但侍應嬸嬸非常殷勤。但係,今日既夏麵館味道真係差左好多,我好懷念element的夏麵

去始創中心取東西,一行出來見到 夏麵館,原來1:45 已開始下午茶時段,看下menu 有好多選擇。叫了一個唐芹水餃麵,加$5 轉了淮山麵,送飲品一杯 選了夏伯伯酸梅湯,另外加了半份豆沙鍋餅。唐芹水餃麵 比較清淡,小小的水餃好袖珍,餡料較淡味,淮山麵幼身,質感唔錯,爽口。豆沙鍋餅就唔得,餅皮硬硬的脆身,不是有蛋香較軟身的皮,失望。
