新界人難得出來九龍工作,晚餐來個順便都正常吧!不過真的因疫情緊張?晚上的尖沙咀感覺都不太多人,太恐怖了吧。見到這間是買飛坐下等吃的快捷扒房,一個人食西餐實在太方便了吧!由於我在門口看了餐牌很久仍然未能決定(因為看不懂牛扒的種類實在太多),所以職員都主動走出來給我介紹,我想吃牛肉味重的牛扒,所以職員推介我吃牛肋間隔膜(名字好像很複雜,但事實超好吃,又軟又重牛味)。坐著等時看見牆上有介紹如何吃法,反正就是不要急,來到後有張大紙巾遮住塊牛扒,等20~30秒,應該是避免油彈到身,之後就吃一口切一口,感覺挺新鮮,都沒有問我要幾成熟,原來是要自己調較,不過本人喜歡吃熟一點,所以真的不用著急。加點自磨岩鹽加胡椒已經帶出肉味,熱燙的岩石上煎著美味的牛扒,真的非常美味啊!我叫了300g另加套餐,有超好吃薯蓉(加碼吃了多2次)。

日日宅在家,悶得發慌。收到朋友電話~尖沙咀下午6時下班,不如吃一餐吧!尖沙咀厚福街最多食肆可以選擇,我們2人來回走了一轉,決定要試試這家日式扒房。門口有自動販賣機,吃什麼款式,什麼重量,都在此機先選擇再付款,之後拿著單再入座,可能時間尚早,加上疫情關係,真的少了人出外用餐。我們2人坐了一張4人枱,之後等吃。旁邊調味料任意使用,我眼睛看見蒜蓉已發光,還有岩鹽、胡椒、燒肉汁等等。我叫了翼板(買的時候,職員走出來介紹我吃),肉厚而且夠林,肉汁被熱熱的石頭慢慢燒熟而鎖住,真的非常美味啊!而我和朋友都叫了套餐,有麵豉湯,麻醬椰菜和薯蓉,加一罐汽水。認真的~女士來說200g的肉肉,這樣吃已經夠飽了。

呢間餐廳舊年嚟過一次,不過無食,因人太多…疫市下好多中價餐廳都唔使等位,今日lunch望入去,原來餐廳只有4張枱,有位,入去前喺門囗自助點餐先,雖說自助但其實有職員喺旁邊協助,點牛柳,面價128蚊100g, 不過click入去係78蚊,仲包飲品,湯同沙律,另可選飯,薯菜or意粉,都幾豐富,payment 可用Visa, alipay 同八達通,幾方便。雖然係即叫即整,但好快有得食,可能係因為牛關係,唔太熟放喺熱石上幾分鐘都變九成熟,上咗枱其實都仍然係煮緊,用紙巾鋪住煮緊嘅牛以免整污糟客人嘅衫,幾細心,牛無乜調味,不過都幾好食,而且熱辣辣感覺良好,沙律係椰菜加少少麻醬。雖然舖位細,坐得麻麻舒服,出面又係後巷景觀麻麻,但食物質素嚟講性價比算高

嚟到尖沙咀嘅一條巷仔發現咗一間可以食石版燒嘅烤肉店 佢係比較自助形式嘅 喺門外有放到一部自助點餐機 但只係收八達通信用卡等等 所以如果食嘅話就要預備 係唔收現金呀 入到去間鋪頭好細所以都坐得比較迫 而我就叫咗200 g嘅肉眼扒 加多$30轉套餐 有埋沙律飯同埋湯仲有汽水可以任添嘅🥳佢張枱旁邊有教到你點樣去食呢一個餐 佢教嘅係食一口燒一口嘅方法 但係我哋發現呢係唔work嘅因為你一路切一路燒嘅時候 其實剩低未切嘅嗰部份呢都一路被煮熟緊 所以你根本就係冇可能可以做到你想要嘅效果😐所以下次要食之前我就會拎個碗將個塊生嘅扒放咗落個碗先 然後要食先切黎燒 咁就可以避免全熟啦 另外佢仲有三款唔同嘅醬汁俾你選擇但係我覺得最好食嘅都係就係加黑胡椒就夠啦 整體來講呢間舖都算抵食嘅 尤其是午市 不過下次我諗應該就唔會轉套餐啦因為我就唔太鍾意佢啲沙律啦 (純粹係椰菜絲加芝麻醬)🙈

點了兩份,分別是肩胛肉眼,牛肋隔膜。+$30 無限白飯,沙拉,湯,一罐汽水厚厚的肉扒,味道很好,不過刀不夠鋒利,有筋的部分比較難切開。沙拉也很好吃,而且一來就很大碗。醬汁不算很多,座位比較小,環境比較狹窄。不過價錢跟味道來說很值得~有驚喜的感覺~

沙拉也很好吃,而且一來就很大碗。
醬汁不算很多,座位比較小,環境比較狹窄。
不過價錢跟味道來說很值得~

聽過呢間野郎Stone長期排隊,一於閒日晏就去試下。2點左右到已經要排10個,門口有售票機,可以比支付寶,無都可以入餐廳比現金,好方便。點左個肩胛肉200G,上枱已經半生熟,同埋湯同飯要令外加錢,有啲唔抵食。抽風系統唔太好,食完出店有好大陣油煙味,試一次就好了。

A highly recommended restaurant at Tsim Sha Tsui! I would encore for sure! It has all the surprises you could find in beef! Very well picked beef in generous portion! When you try it on the pan, it is not hard to get the succulent texture! If you are a steak lover, you have got to try this restaurant at Tsim Sha Tsui! It has brought steak to a whole new level!Few seats were provided to eat in, and as usual, this shop was full house! It came in very generous portion! Given its value, the value for money was really high! Really impressed about the quality delivered!Would definitely come back for more!

因聖誕節要交換禮物,同朋友出尖沙嘴挑選,最後自己都買咗好多禮物獎勵自己,行到肚仔餓,當然去覓食厚福街食肆林立,見到橫街在一間叫野郎stone很特別,專門吃日式板燒牛,價錢親民,不如試試玻璃門內里大約有四張枱,剛好有人走了,不用等位,太好了。侍應哥哥給了一張點餐紙,有牛柳,牛翼板,骨付牛小排,肩胛肉眼等等,分200g,300g,400g可選,由88元起,豐儉由人,另可叫套餐只需加30元我單點了一個200克的翼板和可樂,朋友叫了牛柳很快手上枱,用高溫石板盛上,很貼心用隔油紙遮著,侍應哥哥提點小心高溫切開肉質鮮嫩,內里還是粉紅色,吃起來鮮鮮嫩無比.原來高溫石可鎖住裏面的肉汁。我加了少少岩鹽己經好好味,原來200克已足夠我這名小女子吃。這里地方不大但感覺溫馨,如果單獨一人用餐也可以,而且性價比高,牛的質素也非常高,好像去了日本的感覺,而且油烟味不大,值得再來

侍應哥哥給了一張點餐紙,

切開肉質鮮嫩,內里還是粉紅色,吃起來鮮鮮嫩無比.原來高溫石可鎖住裏面的肉汁。
我加了少少岩鹽己經好好味,原來200克已足夠我這名小女子吃。
這里地方不大但感覺溫馨,如果單獨一人用餐也可以,而且性價比高,牛的質素也非常高,好像去了日本的感覺,而且油烟味不大,值得再來

不知道隨著天氣逐漸變涼,大家的食慾有否跟著增加呢?今天筆者帶大家去吃早前大熱的熱石牛扒,暖暖身!野郎Stone在香港共有3家分店,均是由客人DIY動手在燒熱的石板上親自煎肉,自行控制食物的生熟程度,絕對可以增加用餐樂趣!店鋪推用自助點餐機,這種快捷方便的點餐方式其實一早在日本盛行,不但提高了客人的用餐體驗,節省餐廳人力成本,更大大減少面對店員的尷尬,即使是一個人吃飯也不會感到不自在。要留心的是,點餐機只支援以八達通、信用卡及支付寶付款,但整個點餐系統都蠻順暢,不消兩分鐘已完成整個點餐程序。店面並不大,只夠容納3張4人檯及1張2人檯,但實木的設計帶點溫馨感。店內設有調味架,供客人為食物自行調味。五分鐘後,店員已送上食物。店員教我們先等20-30秒,而令食物變好吃的關鍵是每吃一塊肉才切一塊燒,這樣會比較美味。筆者這次點的是肩胛肉眼(200g),配薯蓉、味噌湯、沙律及可樂。驟眼看,份量感十足,名乎其實「啖啖肉」。由於肉厚,有點兒難切,但肉色紅潤,感覺新鮮。食下去肉味濃郁,很有質感,配上岩鹽,味道層次更昇華,這個價位來說算是不錯。至於薯蓉、味噌湯及沙律的味道乃是正常水準,但不得不讚嘆店員的觀察

驟眼看,份量感十足,名乎其實「啖啖肉」。由於肉厚,有點兒難切,但肉色紅潤,感覺新鮮。食下去肉味濃郁,很有質感,配上岩鹽,味道層次更昇華,這個價位來說算是不錯。
