櫻花蝦高野豆腐、雞皮餃子、螢光魷魚鹽漬、生椰菜配味噌
櫻花蝦高野豆腐好有驚喜,以為豆腐類嘅小食會比較淡口,但係用櫻花蝦同昆布整嘅湯汁好香濃,配合埋充滿豆香嘅硬豆腐,真係幾特別 👍🏻
至於雞皮餃子,我一直以為用雞皮做嘅餃子會好油膩,但係其實炸完之後嘅油份已經迫咗出嚟,令到個餃子香得來夠爽口 😍
由於螢光魷魚係用鹽漬,所以口味比較重,但食得出魷魚好鮮甜 😋
只要去居酒屋我都好鍾意叫個生椰菜食,貪佢清清地可以解下膩,呢度嘅生椰菜配合埋味噌一齊上,估唔到鹹鹹香香嘅味噌反而能夠帶出新鮮生椰菜果種清甜味 🤩


飲品類
完熟水蜜桃梳打、蘋果梳打
由於仲未忙完,所以暫時未可以飲酒住,所以叫咗兩杯果汁類嘅梳打,味道都好清新,好適合用嚟一齊食味道比較濃嘅串揚,而且唔會好甜 👍🏻


呢度嘅裝修完完全全就係一間日式嘅居酒屋!店員都好友善,氣氛又好好,以後 happy hour 又多一個好地方 😆

星期日同老公食日式串揚,香港比較少有,我搵到呢間岳川串揚,當日去食晚飯。首先叫左三款冷盤。日式辣酒煮東風螺螺肉幾彈牙,味道辣辣地,好惹味。日式磯煮鮑魚伴蘿蔔鮑魚同蘿蔔一齊食都係第一次,蘿蔔夠腍同埋好入味,鮑魚都好彈牙。酒盜芝士即係將cream cheese切成細細粒,送酒一流。串揚叫左三款。紐西蘭牛柳牛柳好腍,即使炸左都有牛味,靚牛。鹿兒島黑豚肉五花黑豚肉唔會鞋唔韌,都好好食。秘製年糕食落煙煙韌韌,唔會黏牙。再叫左四款燒物。豚肉車厘茄車厘茄爆汁,正。燒白鰻幾肥美,調味唔錯。鹽燒紐西蘭頂級羊架無羊羶味,而且肉質軟腍。燒日本蠔蠔好大隻,鮮甜多汁。主食叫左兩款。和風冷烏冬(冷)烏冬唔會一夾就斷,用上日本烏冬。櫻花蝦湯蕎麥麵(熱)天氣開始凍,食返碗熱既蕎麥麵,好舒服。最後仲有甜品: 蜜桃雪葩。蜜桃雪葩質感無冰粒,好幼細,口感似軟滑既雪糕,好好食。當然唔少得叫支細清酒(300ml)黎飲啦,好易入口。
