今日又來到大圍搵老朋友,行過見到有間門面好似幾靚嘅日本餐廳,決定入去試吓,原來食燒肉嘅。既然主打燒肉,當然要叫個最好嘅餐,今次就揀咗櫻和牛饗宴,當中包括黑毛和牛同澳洲和牛。前者肉質比較肥美,後者肉味較重,店員建議澳洲和牛之後先燒,不過各人口味唔同,我同朋友都覺得瘦嘅要先食。每款肉都各有特色,全餐最有驚喜莫過於牛肋條同西冷,兩種都有適當嘅脂肪,分佈平均,燒完之後外脆,咬開肉汁流晒出嚟,點少少醬汁再撈白飯真係一流。雖然平時怕肥膩,但私心都係鍾意食黑毛多啲,不過亦絕對唔代表澳洲牛肉遜色。不論係牛腹肉定橫膈膜,兩者肉質同樣緊致,牛味撲鼻而來,係別一番風味。呢間燒肉地理位置方便,坐得舒服,店員介紹用心,下次有機會都會再嚟食😋

既然主打燒肉,當然要叫個最好嘅餐,今次就揀咗櫻和牛饗宴,當中包括黑毛和牛同澳洲和牛。前者肉質比較肥美,後者肉味較重,店員建議澳洲和牛之後先燒,不過各人口味唔同,我同朋友都覺得瘦嘅要先食。

每款肉都各有特色,全餐最有驚喜莫過於牛肋條同西冷,兩種都有適當嘅脂肪,分佈平均,燒完之後外脆,咬開肉汁流晒出嚟,點少少醬汁再撈白飯真係一流。

雖然平時怕肥膩,但私心都係鍾意食黑毛多啲,不過亦絕對唔代表澳洲牛肉遜色。不論係牛腹肉定橫膈膜,兩者肉質同樣緊致,牛味撲鼻而來,係別一番風味。

平時去616多數都係打邊爐,今次去咗佢哋嘅燒肉店!燒肉店細細間,位置唔算多,記得要訂位。餐牌選擇都算多,食拼盤更加抵,試到多啲唔同嘅部份😋今晚order咗 🥩 楓。和牛盛宴 🥩 ,$788一大盤高質嘅牛肉,非常好。店員會介紹食肉嘅次序,大概就係由淡味食到濃味,所以一開始食嘅牛肉油脂比較豐富、肉味比較淡少少,但係肉質入口即溶;最後食嘅熟成牛肉瘦啲,肉味重啲!黑毛和牛特選牛小排真係好正,輕輕燒熟,點少少鹽就已經好好食!牛舌芯亦都好正,口感爽脆有咬口最後食個青檸雪葩解肥膩,好飽好滿足☺️

616已經久仰大名好一段時間,除打邊爐外其實燒肉都好出色。以往鍾意任食食量,依家決定對自己好啲,食質素。今次就叫咗個櫻和牛饗宴,肉類多元,仲配搭數款野菜。黑毛和牛肉眼上蓋店員推薦先食黑毛再食澳洲,肉味由淡至濃享受。第一款先整塊肉眼,燒完都幾厚身,肉汁不少,牛味相對淡啲,沾上玫瑰岩鹽幾夾,好原始嘅味道。黑毛和牛極上牛小排牛小排向來都係燒肉必食,油花十分豐富,入口即化,口感細膩,配搭點飯牛味更突出。黑毛和牛牛肋條整體好有驚喜,牛肋條上伴隨嘅筋同脂肪令整個味道昇華。食用時先原條燒,可以保留肉汁,兩邊金黃就可以再按個人喜好剪成條或粒裝。每口肥美交雜,配搭唔同醬料食,一絕。黑毛和牛西冷180g分量十足,估唔到脂肪分布咁多同埋平均,咬落肉質軟嫩細緻。一大片放上爐,油脂好快就令表面燒得焦香,剪成條狀或細塊裝享用,十分juicy。澳洲和橫膈膜口感係咁多款肉中比較韌,雖然偏瘦但會越嚼越香,燒完都唔會變硬,牛味出眾,沾燒汁好配搭。澳和牛腹肉入口即刻感受到一陣牛味,肉質相對無咁肥但味道十分濃郁。個人喜歡用店家獨特調配嘅蘋果汁加呢款肉,微甜下襯托風味更上一層。
