晚餐從來沒有失望的日式燒肉我説晚餐,是因為午餐來有失望過(笑)但是好像已經沒有提供午餐了,先説説今次來的晚餐經驗。我們點了 Omakase Kiwami ,宮崎生蠔,Chuck roll 跟 spicy kalbi soup with rice .Omakase Kiwami 前三塊肉是肉味濃的Tougarashi , fillet 跟 Maru shin 接著三塊是油脂比較重的最後是chateau Briand 。七塊肉的品質也非常好,非常新鮮。個人比較喜歡不那麼油的,所以比較喜歡前三塊。最喜歡的是chateau Briand , 肉味跟油脂分配很好,入口溶化。Omakase Kiwami 跟另外的Omakase 不同,chateau Briand 是跟海膽配飯吃,這個配搭超好吃。海膽很鮮甜,跟牛肉一起吃,非常有層次。另外很推薦宮崎生蠔,生蠔很鮮甜,味道很濃。加了kimchi 也沒有蓋過它的味道,每次也會點。期待下一次再來。

已忘記了從何時開始總愛在下雨天吃燒肉,這陣子要不熱得要死,要不就下著傾盆大雨,湊巧遇上一個下雨天,兩頭食肉獸鎖定去吃燒肉是也。前菜已經有和牛壽司,和牛有厚度有肉汁,誠意十足。伴菜都是芽菜、菠菜之類;此外味噌湯也是很清,小人認為配合濃郁的燒肉是絕配。燒肉盤有豬肉、雞肉和虎蝦,店方特別提供一塊牛脂膏供燒烤時用,妙就妙在燒完的肉不會很重油份,卻又能做到香上加香的效果!肉片多汁,是上佳質素,而蘸點的醬汁帶有微微的酸,致使肉質更甜!又吃了一次大滿貫!

燒肉盤有豬肉、雞肉和虎蝦,店方特別提供一塊牛脂膏供燒烤時用,妙就妙在燒完的肉不會很重油份,卻又能做到香上加香的效果!肉片多汁,是上佳質素,而蘸點的醬汁帶有微微的酸,致使肉質更甜!

而且服務非常好👍

疫情期間,選用openrice自取外賣。到店時因為未做好,店員告訴我可以坐住等。我覺得非常好👍 天氣炎熱,可以比客人留在室內非常好!讚!

而且,每個客人入內都要探熱,好好!

我很欣賞的是套餐的湯是我最愛的鰹魚海帶清湯,十分好喝

在香港來説,我覺得算是十分好吃,配菜醬汁都很用心,但唯獨甜品的雲呢嗱雪糕太對不起這份omakase了,偏甜又普通

之前在某些飲食雜誌看到推介,直至這次才有機會一試。以為食壽司才會有omakase這個term,原來在這裡也可以選omakase set dinner。餐廳有三個set,分別是1. 竹$4202️. 松$6203️. 極$820點了松的set dinner,因為價錢比較相宜又可以散叫一下其他的食物。開爐後店員好細心附上牛脂肪供你先塗一下爐面,以防之後不幸把食材燒燶。店員會仔細介紹每種食材的名字及燒的時間與配搭的醬料。如果真的不放心會燒燶食物,其實也可以要求店員代勞。Set dinner一共有七種不同的牛部位,因為店員的講解實在太快,而且每個牛部位的名字也很陌生,所以沒有全掌握名字,但每件牛都肉味濃厚,肉質柔軟細膩,油花平均,薄切的肉更加是入口即溶。散叫了牛舌,加些鹽及檸檬汁吊吊味更佳,牛舌配飯也不錯。最後的月見燒要點蛋汁,因為有店員主理所以火喉剛好,另外必需一定要order白飯,才可以為這頓飯畫上句號。

I have been wanting to try this restaurant but their dinner menu is quite expensice. Its great news that they serve lunch now. There are four or five lunch sets at different price range in the lunch menu. The portion size is perfect for lunch. The quality of meat was quite good and the service was great. It was an enjoyable lunch experience.

上環高水準日式燒肉


想吃肉的時候都會來這裡,這個質素,在香港來說價格實在優惠。


我們點了 宮崎生蠔,Premium Omakase 跟 chuck roll .

Premium Omakase 裡面有七片不同部位的肉。店員會介紹燒的時間跟配搭的醬料。



我最喜歡 chateau briand 跟 misuji briand , 有一點厚度的赤身肉,肉味油香


Shakushi 跟飛魚高湯一起吃,高湯鮮甜


最後的Kimura Yaki 跟生蛋醬油一起吃,肉的油脂很重,還加上雞蛋,每次吃到這個都會因為太飽覺得吃不下,建議前面不要吃太飽。



最後單點的Chuck roll ,肉軟熟、新鮮,而且便宜,每次都會點。

帶朋友去慶祝生日,服務唔錯,收碟快,每次落枱server都會介紹一下啲牛有幾矜貴,不過我成日唔記得左每塊要燒幾耐😂 溫馨提示:而家bar counter只可入兩枱二人座,因為疫情要隔位坐Overall係好食,最中意misuji 因為薄切所以有入口溶個feel。另外我係為左海膽飯而黎,所以叫左最貴個set先有呢個飯,都好滿足,食多碗都Ok😂😂不過量唔多,成個set大概只有八九塊肉+一啖飯,我自己只係剛剛好,所以男仔係好大機會唔夠飽。生日的話可order雪糕,會有個生日牌,如果你想,佢地仲會唱埋生日歌。

Overall係好食,最中意misuji 因為薄切所以有入口溶個feel。另外我係為左海膽飯而黎,所以叫左最貴個set先有呢個飯,都好滿足,食多碗都Ok😂😂

不過量唔多,成個set大概只有八九塊肉+一啖飯,我自己只係剛剛好,所以男仔係好大機會唔夠飽。

生日的話可order雪糕,會有個生日牌,如果你想,佢地仲會唱埋生日歌。

基本上,這頓飯沒有什麽可以挑剔的,性價比高不怪得疫情下仍然滿座, 只可留位15分鐘。如果第一次來可以選擇要Omakase, 唔洗自己唸,有以下3種選擇:1. TAKE竹($420): 7 special rare cuts of premium Japanese wagyu (7種特切和牛)2. 基本上,這頓飯沒有什麽可以挑剔的,性價比高
不怪得疫情下仍然滿座, 只可留位15分鐘。
如果第一次來可以選擇要Omakase, 唔洗自己唸,有以下3種選擇:

1. Yaki Sashi
第一道的Yaki Sashi以”Yakiniku or Sashimi”? 起名。由於係第一道菜式,由店員為我地示範燒烤,每次烤肉前要先在鐵板上搽一層牛脂肪才開始烤。薄切嘅霜降肉入口即溶


2. Fillet/ Chateau Briand
fillet係牛腹中間,每隻牛只有~4-5kg, 係屬稀少部位。雖然係我地第一次自己操刀,跟住指示烤肉,但有少少不知所措..哈哈,建議不要烤太久,寧願覺得太生嘅時候先再烤,慢慢來。厚切嘅牛柳肉味濃厚、肉質柔軟細膩,係小編嘅最愛


3. Maru Shin
牛腿芯肉,近Kuri,從大三角的部位厚切取出,油花平均,肉質軟嫩

4. Misuji with Tare
三筋係A5和牛,霜降部分的代表,屬牛肩內則嘅超級稀有部位,每隻500kg嘅牛就只有3-5 kg。好多日本人都好鍾意❤️~

烤3秒就行,可能好短時間就要反塊肉,我地烤得特別緊張....😅係Uwa Misuji旁邊取出嘅牛肩帶點筋, 肉質比daisankaku薄身,油花分佈亦比較平均。鍾意佢濕潤多汁,而且柔潤,入口融化嘅感覺好
好滿足


5. Dai Sankaku with Tare
大三角係牛肩三角位,有人稱之為牛肩內則嘅拜拜肉,亦係稀少部位,屬赤身肉中最有人氣嘅部位~之所以將Misuji三筋同Dai Sankaku大三角一同上菜,應該係因為兩者很相近,但大三角肉味會較濃郁,油花分布細緻綿密,並帶有脂香,而且有嚼口。其實兩者小編都很愛

6. Kuri sankaku
Shakushi 杓子 係牛肩附近嘅肉,油香較少,牛香卻濃。燒完後放落木魚湯汁內浸。食完牛後,飲埋剩餘嘅魚湯,魚味清香大葱也香,有去除燒肉嘅油膩感。(唔知有無食家同小編一樣,其實較喜歡乾脆分開食烤牛同喝木魚湯呢)

7. Uni Chateau Briand Don
和牛海膽飯簡直係Yakiniku Great嘅鎮店之寶~
加$200要KIWAMI極就係為咗哩道菜。和牛海膽飯以最頂級,肉質香滑軟腍嘅chateau briand製成。由店員操刀(好彩~廢事我地煮到燒焦
)- 首先烤好牛柳,放在白飯中央
,然後以牛油、蒜頭同醬油調較好嘅醬汁淋係牛柳上,再加埋來自北海道嘅海膽,再次淋上醬汁,並灑上蔥...一路睇已經留晒口水

服務一直都好貼心,好有耐性。坐低後就立馬介紹餐牌上各種牛嘅部位嘅選擇。仲推介咗適合我地嘅梅酒~ 甜甜地易入口,適合我地女仔飲

店員端上每一碟牛嘅同時亦會耐心提點要怎麽燒/燒多久等信息。另外,每一碟牛都附有提示卡,以防客人中途忘記燒肉所需時間等信息。很貼心
~

店員亦不時留意我地進食進度,餐桌上有空碟時就立刻收起,不用火爐時就把它關掉/調低溫度。種種的表現,不能不誇獎他們的服務態度!

抽油煙系統也挺好,走的時候不覺得有濃濃氣味留在身上~

這頓飯好似無咩可以挑剔嘅地方,唯一可以評論嘅係坐吧枱壓迫感較大,因爲前面跟旁邊企咗好多店員,而且跟旁邊嘅食客的距離有點近~ 但在香港嘛,還是怪樓價貴,難以找到同樣價錢但更大空間嘅地方吧


最後,店員更有生日驚喜,捧著雪糕大大聲唱生日歌~ 原來友人一早就預訂時告知店員慶祝生日嘅事,店員則友善為我地準備
