喜歡和牛的人會有好多選擇,又牛頭到牛尾肥D或瘦D都有的揀。沙拉好出色,但係人多記住叫多點,因為一碟好細。最出色嘅我認為服務。明顯侍應數目比較多,一舉手馬上有人來。服務態度好友善,誠懇,香港地十分少見。服務真係非常之周到,一定會推薦。但係因為餐廳無兒童座椅提供,細過兩歲嘅小朋友可能會食得比較吃力。廁所非常乾淨,又係在香港地少見。

周五的晚上10点来吃的,整栋楼看起来都是挺不错的餐厅,都挺满的。这家是很棒的烤肉店,菜单推荐项惊人地好吃,价格也挺良心的。和两个朋友吃得饱饱的花了人均600多。服务员好像有日本人,交流是用日文。如果坐在吧台,服务员就会站在吧台后面在你面前烤肉。看着规整的牛肉在面前滋滋的煎烤,幸福感真的很高了。口味:5星环境:4星性价比:3星适合肉瘾爆发。环境高级适合与不熟的朋友见面,绝佳口味也适合单纯和好朋友解嘴馋,很棒了!

Thanks to my friend taking me to this nice restaurant last Friday evening. I’ve tried the set of Omasaka Ultimate Special Rare 7 Cuts, of which the roast Chateau Briand tasted excellent with the uni and rice. With the upstanding services, I had a lovely dinner and would definitely come back again. Here come some photos of the beef and the Great salad.

I’ve tried the set of Omasaka Ultimate Special Rare 7 Cuts, of which the roast Chateau Briand tasted excellent with the uni and rice. With the upstanding services, I had a lovely dinner and would definitely come back again.

今日同男朋友慶祝生日,初嘗燒肉OMAKASE店舖有多種燒肉散叫,亦有三款價格的OMAKASE選擇,今次我們選擇了店員推介最貴的OMAKASE。他的特點多了一款稀有的牛肉以及新鮮海膽,而其他肉類亦較為高質素。前菜是生牛肉,第一次嘗試吃生的牛肉,想不到配上醬汁,感覺非常清新。接着開始燒各種牛肉,每一款牛都有指引,燒多少時間才是最美味。每一款肉質都非常嫩滑,肉味很重,果然與一般燒肉不同。最後便是海膽配上稀有牛肉飯,海膽非常鮮甜,超級好味。而且店內的店員態度非常親切,一進店就熱烈歡迎,上菜時亦詳細介紹每一款肉的特色。生日預早預訂亦有雪糕附送,店員還會大聲高唱生日歌。整體來說,這頓晚餐十分高質,性價比不錯。但唯一美中不足的是燒肉都很薄,沒有什麼飽腹感。單吃OMAKASE不夠,需要再另外散叫食物。

因為我同朋友都好鍾意食牛,所以揀咗呢間中環嘅高級日式燒肉omakase食一啲都唔失望,仲好驚喜添去到我哋坐吧枱,可以睇到師傅幫我地燒牛肉仲可以邊食邊問算係第一次食又貴又高級嘅烤肉我哋揀咗中間嗰set ‘Omakase Kiwami’因為佢一日只係serve 10setS, 因為我哋早到所以好好彩每食一到牛,都會問師父係咩部位首先係appetizer - 用紫菜包生牛肉配飯生牛肉入口即溶,配紫菜又香又脆第一味已經好好食更期待下面7cuts第一係牛既膊頭位-Shakushi,見到師傅真係烤左兩下,反一反就已經可以食啦配上蛋白加醬油,溶落去牛入面,拼埋來食好香嫩多汁可以咬出牛味第二係牛背脊-Fillet, 肉身比較厚,肉質咬起來比較乾,唔算juicy, 同膊頭位有得比較唔同口感同味道第三係牛既膊頭三角位-Daisankaku,好多汁食落去好甜,牛味好重肉質都算厚第四係牛既88肉位-Misuji, 肉質比三角位薄身,入口即溶,有牛油香味,但牛味較輕第五係牛既下手臂-Misuji Briand,肉質厚身,半成熟有咬口又有啲根位但個人比較中意食薄身既牛入口即溶既88肉最岩我第六係牛既前手肘-Tou
