美國牛小排—🥩擁有牛排嘅質地,而脂肪比例多咗,越燒越香。 牛小扒相對封門柳就會顯得更加柔嫩。🥩入口即融🙌🤗🙌

日本和牛脊峰— 🥩開始輪到日本和牛嘅環節,呢一個牛隻部位平時反而少接觸,🥩大約就係牛嘅背脊嗰一部份,係咁多款牛裏面一數二最鮮嫩嘅部位,而油脂當然就係源源不絕咁樣散開,直頭融化左我個心❤️❤️❤️

鰻魚愛好者必點~未燒已見到材料新鮮,靚嘅鳗鱼首選厚身兼肉貿够白,
店員邊燒邊滲出香氣,火喉控制得剛好,燒至金黃色,味道鮮甜,肉質彈牙🉐

又大隻又鮮甜,師傅燒到剛剛熟、口感多汁兼彈牙🤗

炭火雞
由於師傅使用醬油將其進行醃製,所以外型色澤灰黑,把雞肉用炭火網燒製作,肉質口感煙韌鮮美,雞味濃郁,味道帶股炭香味,搭配山葵一齊食,非常之夾👍

鮮味甲羅燒,質素可以媲美日
本,蟹膏非常鮮甜回味,推介以甲羅燒濃濃嘅蟹膏配上脆口餅乾,非常好食而且有口感💯
