Sweet Corn Tempura🌽 (甜粟米天婦羅) ok夠清甜,炸到一個波波球咁幾特別,唔知係咪叫左liver mousse所以平左
· Yakitori 🐓 (燒雞串) 拿講真,係好食既,不過我真係分唔到邊part打邊part,Inner Thigh 🍗 (雞內髀)同Bicep (雞二頭肌)係滑啲既,二頭肌聽落好似好pro,但我無搞錯既話其實只係平日食開雞全翼既上半部,只不過餐廳將每一part肌肉都分到好細咁比你揀
· Oyster (雞生蠔)值得注意既係,呢個唔係生蠔🦪黎😂,只係雞背部靠近大腿既肉,呢個位有啲驚喜,真係軟嫩多汁啲,一定要試😋!
· Meatball🥚(雞肉丸) 本身個肉丸好普通,少少偏咸,不過佢個醬油+蛋黃🥚醬好好味,而家係屋企燒親野食都整呢個醬,加少少麻辣仲正!
· Achilles (雞腱)同Rib (雞肋)就無咩特別喇,就係燒雞串味


【環境】
餐廳入面好多空間好大,侍應好friendly,放工黎呢度最岩
佢食既野其實同中環間birdie好似,個人覺得birdie好食同多款少少,同埋啲碟日式啲,不過birdie就圍住個廚師食,睇你中意乜
openrice話呢間($400-800)價錢貴過birdie($200-400)其實唔係幾岩,實情應該差唔多

If you are missing Yardbird’s yakitori, Yardbird has now introduced their solution to dinner ban with a chargrilled whole yellow chicken.

Man, it really doesn’t disappoint. It is probably the silkiest chicken that I have ever had. It’s better than Louise at a much cheaper price! As it’s a yellow chicken, it is quite fatty but it’s worth it. The best part is that the skin is grilled till crispy and all fat has been rendered so it’s not fatty to eat the skin at all.

Their accompanying onion gravy is to die for. Pairs so well with the chicken by adding some sweetness to it. The two sauces are good too if you like to add some kick to your chicken!

Love the mushroom rice. It’s with intense mushroom flavor. It pairs well with their brussel sprouts as I find their brussel sprouts too salty. The rice could neutralize it a bit.

A bit disappointed with their tater tots as they are over fried. But the seaweed seasoning is good.

It’s so good that I want it again now!

Price: HK$200-300 pp

调味相对清淡却并不无聊的开场,饱满的肉块与在灯光下的润泽透亮仿佛在欣赏一道精细打磨的艺术品。细嫩紧致的口感与鲜美的肉汁在舌尖上跳弹,引起极度愉悦。

Ume Thigh 梅子鸡腿肉 — 紫苏
紫苏味给浓郁逼人的肉香加持上一股清新灵动的香气,梅子味不及紫苏味那样突出,鸡腿肉这个部位在弹嫩多汁的同时还迸发出几分脆韧。

Meatball 鸡肉丸 — 酱油/蛋黄
拌入了鸡软骨和洋葱于其中的免治鸡肉串,肉质均匀,层次丰富,弹韧的口感混合着软骨的脆和洋葱的鲜在口中爆开。

浓烈的焦香和咸鲜味在一入口便能猛然攫住味蕾,反倒觉得搭配蘸食的酱油和蛋黄有点多余,本身咸度足够,碗开口的设计也不容易蘸到酱汁。

份量按盆算的什锦菌菇色拉,温润水灵的菌菇、水菜搭配酥而不腻的炸藕片,调味刚刚好,每一缕食材都能沾上酱汁,吃到过瘾吃到撑。

烧鸟店的鸡汤可谓是隐藏菜单一样的存在,一碗可见真功力。色泽清亮,表面漂浮着小葱和牛蒡,在触及味蕾瞬间迸发出气势如虹的鲜,真是要鲜掉眉毛!

老實講,呢兩樣都加左d日本調味料,我都幾有期待,一來小妹都鍾意食味增同埋梅,二來我以為食物嘅口感會隨之更豐富,因此而抱有小小期待去食嘅~點知食落去都唔係嗰回事,無嗰兩種調味料嘅獨特味道,好平平無奇,對比起其他串燒,唉,真係遜色好多lor。

不過總括而言,呢間店嘅食物質素都算高嘅,無論係食材、調味定係燒各方面,都唔錯嘅~至於價錢,就係人頭400蚊到,但係就唔會食得超級飽。

世界級天婦羅粟米,個個都讚? 點解? 佢咪就係粟米囉,粒粒粟米好甜? 不過呢樣嘢一定係必叫既, 因為60 蚊2 大粒黎講,以呢間米芝蓮一星餐廳物價黎講,個價錢同埋份量應該算超值🙃但係如果話依個好好食嘅人🤡應該食到啲粟米以外我食唔到嘅野,算啦唔講粟米。

另外仲有呢個日本蕃茄配腐竹, 老實講腐竹其實好有豆味,不過佢都係腐竹,番茄有蕃茄味,比平時甜咗幾度, 佢枝黑醋平時我都用開, 差唔多味, 我40 蚊一枝。成碗野,低調到食左兩啖先記得影, 冇錯, 食左2兩啖就得返鏡頭果d野,可能我好大啖,但160 蚊港幣黎講真係過分左? 我無知,食唔出好野。


總括嚟講,其實舖頭,對雞嘅處理,我可以用滿分黎形用, 隻雞每一部分都處理到咁認真,確實係對食材既尊重。


但雞就係雞, 其實買隻嘉美雞返黎食,咪食得曬咁多個位囉。我唔會話佢唔好食, 但佢係正常既串燒,未試過可以試, 但係價錢, 同食物質素黎講絕對唔係等號,嗰啲咩富足咩粟米🌽, 其實如果講粟米好食, 其實(fukuro)我諗最起碼對粟米嘅處理多少少 ,調味會多啲,雖然都係唔抵食🤡


食評講到依度,我食過,唔差嘅,抵食就唔抵食嫁啦,味道咪食材個味, 平時買靚少少既食材自己都整到,係可能炭烤味屋企整唔到,整個用餐體驗都算好緊張,係咁比人收野, 食完最尾果串好快比人收埋個簽桶。


不過都可以話員工好盡責,手腳好快嘅👍🏻下次見

I feel the place is a little hyped up - always fully booked with lots of people. Price is fine, around $450-600 per head. Good vibes, good atmosphere, but the food is super mediocre - half of the food I ate were burnt and the burnt after taste just stays!!
