最後點都要嗌個甜品先完整😌逸東軒嘅甜品我一年內黎左三次都唔同,每次都有新意思😛 之前食過甜薄撐、芒果卷、小丸子,全部都好食😂😂 不過⚠️楊枝甘露真係好細碗,同埋呢碗比較稀. 當然,我相信每間餐廳嘅整法都各有特色,好味就夠 👍🏻

逸東軒講到明只有90分鐘用餐時間,點心都差唔多25分鐘先到,所以如果想慢慢嘆好似普通酒樓咁就唔建議呢間,每次食咗一兩碟就俾人問我有冇last order 😊 以前同長輩黎飲餐佢哋會覺得樓底矮同埋環境好黑😂 但相對上比較安靜同有格調~

完全係食快餐咁 係鯨吞都食唔切嗰種
擺到張枱係完全擺唔落 佢地就求其攝入嚟
要我地自己各自夾晒落隻自己個碟度
比番啲碟佢清番啲位 但佢地係覺得冇問題
假假地都係酒店餐廳 應該要再培訓一下
價錢合理 好多人都知呢度做緊唔少優惠
如果有優惠係食得過 甚至可以話抵食
但如果用正價 出面仲有好多選擇

每次來逸東軒都會覺得他的點心比別家用心,但不會花巧,仍有實用的一面。至少不會鬆散或火候不均,品質是夠保證的。比較讚的是他的下午茶的確比其他時段價錢吸引,比一般酒樓偏貴但卻有明顯較好的環境和服務,食品也較美味,選擇亦算多,值得一試。至少,我真的不想再去一般的酒樓,這裡上菜快、通風好,燈光柔和舒適,一家大小去聚餐會是很滿意的一餐。不過炒飯就比較普通,吃不出想要的感覺。片皮烤鴨是我們最不滿的地方,味道是不錯的,但份量比較少,奇怪的吃不飽。

一路都聽燒腩仔🐷係呢度既鎮店之寶,黎到當然要試下la。燒腩仔就已經知道一定好好食🥰。斬到一口size既燒腩仔肥瘦比例均勻,脂肪同瘦肉5層層層相間,望到已經覺得好靚好吸引💯。最頂個層外皮脆卜卜💥,咬落好似食薯片咁脆,而且咬落唔滲油,一d都唔覺得油膩🤩。豬肉咬落好juicy,豬肉味濃厚之餘一d都唔騷。 肉質口感豐富,鬆化得黎肥瘦肉又好有咬口🦷。呢個絕對係小編食過最好食既燒腩仔🥇。

📍 逸東小籠包(8/10)
小籠包新鮮出爐熱辣辣幾吸引🤩,用匙羹載住方便進食。小籠包個皮好薄,而且肉汁鮮美好juicy,調味岩岩好😆。只係餡料比較少,食得唔夠滋味。

📍 筍尖鮮蝦餃(9/10)
蝦餃新鮮熱辣出爐🔥,晶瑩剔透大大粒,蝦餃皮好薄,而蝦肉🦐粒粒飽滿,味道好新鮮,口感彈牙爽口。

📍 陳皮牛肉球(8/10)
牛肉球係最經典既點心之一,呢度既牛肉球🐂 好新鮮,肉味濃厚,肉質幾結實,口感彈牙☺️。

📍 脆皮流沙酥(9/10)
酒樓點心基本上都大同小異,所以如果創新既點心一定要試下😎。蒸流沙包就食得多,好似炸饅頭既流沙包真係第一次食。流沙包外層炸到金黃色脆卜卜🌟,裏面好鬆軟,唔會炸到好乾或者好油😍。裏面流沙餡味道香濃,流心效果一流,食得好過癮👅。

除左點心同燒味之外,食套餐就岩曬心大心細、唔知食咩好既朋友🤷🏻‍♀️。套餐有老火湯🥣、燒味🍖、小菜🍲、粉麵飯🍛同甜品🍮。
老火湯🥣日日都唔同,當日既南北杏鮮陳腎西洋菜西施骨湯清甜滋潤,飲落好潤喉🫁。
蜜汁叉燒🍖就有d失望,望到已經覺得乾,食就梗係覺得鞋🙈。成日聽人介紹呢度既燒味好好食,可能最靚d部分分左比單點掛🧐。
小菜🍲就幾好食,鮑汁花菇扒時蔬食到蔬菜既鮮甜,尤其係冬菇🍄炆得好淋好入味😆。七味鹽燒生蠔🦪超好食,d蠔🦪好大隻,炸熟左依然keep到個size脹卜卜。而且味道超新鮮無腥味🥰,加埋椒鹽好惹味🤩。
瑤柱松子蛋白炒飯有鑊氣🔥 ,炒到飯粒粒粒分明,唔會痴埋一舊舊。配料都好足料,有蛋白🥚、瑤柱、松子、菜心粒🥬等等。炒飯好香好好食😍,材料簡簡單單更加顯得出師傅功架👨🏻‍🍳。
最後甜品係棗皇糕,一層層紅白相間。雖然紅棗味有d淡,但係椰汁味幾香🥥,而且口感好煙韌☺️。
