已經係第五波疫情之前食既一餐,而家好好地回味一下。有提前訂位,去到等下一輪就可以入去,都好多人飲茶。$38 點心優惠都幾抵,我地兩個人叫左四個點心一個XO醬炒蘿蔔糕同一碟叉燒筍尖鮮蝦餃大大粒蝦肉而且皮夠薄加埋筍尖好perfect酥皮叉燒焗餐包剛剛焗起,好好食,叉燒粒唔肥春風得意脆皮腸粉入面係一條蝦肉春卷,略油帶子蒸燒賣除左塊帶子外,都同一般既燒賣差不多XO醬炒蘿蔔糕XO醬係幾香,蘿蔔糕無乜料明爐蜜汁叉燒呢個係最好食,蜜汁甜,叉燒夠鬆化而且又唔會過肥太瘦

趁復課前與家人試試特價中既逸東軒。好多點心都做緊$38,個人覺得好過食點心放題,可以簡自己鐘意食既食。最抵食係呢個和牛鮑魚撻,味道一流。不過,稍嫌大部分點心都係煎炸食物。蘿蔔糕都值得一試不過早些訂座,我因為太遲得番下午茶時段。另外,最正係枱與枱距離夠晒,食得安心。

原隻鮑魚京葱和牛酥鮑魚入味,口感彈牙,餡料和牛粒幾香味道唔會過濃,酥底香脆鬆化帶淡淡牛油香。酥皮叉燒焗餐包酥皮太薄存在感不足,冇嗰種酥香嘅感覺,包偏厚餡略少,味道正常但冇驚喜。筍尖鮮蝦餃皮薄煙韌,內餡蝦膠爽彈,筍尖冇乜存在感,調味適中。沙爹金錢肚金錢肚口感爽彈好有咬口,夠入味醬汁味道適中,份量都幾多,另有幾嚿芋頭墊底。味道唔錯,環境唔錯,服務可以。今次服務比上次好了點,但以餐廳定位有進步空間。價錢合理,以有優惠黎講幾抵食。

金錢肚口感爽彈好有咬口,夠入味醬汁味道適中,份量都幾多,另有幾嚿芋頭墊底。


味道唔錯,環境唔錯,服務可以。今次服務比上次好了點,但以餐廳定位有進步空間。價錢合理,以有優惠黎講幾抵食。

四月的最後一天,就來測試一間米芝蓮餐廳,對上一次住Eaton Hotel,逸東軒也是非常難book位,今次book了早輪午市,全部也是正價,一至五的下午茶優惠真是十分超值。筍尖鮮蝦餃-安全之選,蝦量充足,皮薄也不會黐埋一齊叉燒蒸腸粉-條條分明皮薄,連腸粉的頭尾變變也有叉燒碎海鮮蜂巢芋角-芋泥包裹着什錦海鮮碎,但口感食落似肉碎,將鹹水角芋豆酥版脆皮流沙包-沒什麼特別,包皮比較煙靭,也不是全部留心帶子蒸燒賣-入面不象平時的全部肥豬肉,豬肉適中有蝦和實體冬菇碎焗叉燒餐包-表面的是墨西哥皮,不是太特別,但包皮比較薄,還是添好運的更香脆原隻鮑魚和牛酥-這個是全餐最好食的,和牛碎元在酥皮之中,配合上面的鮑魚,口感豐富香濃,混合了鮑魚的鮮甜加和牛的油香

慕名黎逸東軒食生日飯,雖然食唔到午市既點心,食下小菜都唔錯。服務好好,侍應好有禮貌,是日晚市好多日,上菜要等下,但都唔算好耐。最好食係玻璃蝦球、炸豆腐同埋蝦醬炒唐生菜膽!是日中湯幾好飲,加左炒葛同燒肉煲,好濃味。荷葉飯就好大兜,但味道一般,飯太冧,又冇咩配料,唔建議食。芒果糯米卷好普通,長州糯米糍可能仲好食。蛋白杏仁茶就ok la, 試過張公館既仲好食。但基於晚市重開有7折,整體性價比高,4人食,每人400左右,值得一試。
