🪼日本赤水母刺身🪼非常爽口,水務嘅味道非常淸,加咗柚子酸汁令味道更豐富。🐟日本合桃小女子🐟,呢度菜色其實係用合桃,魚干,昆布醉,芝麻醃製而成的。魚乾非常香口,再加上昆布說和芝麻醃製令味道更惹味。🍣梳子魚壽司🍣,大廚係梭子魚嘅表面上𠝹出十字,我喺魚肉表面用火炙處理,令佢表面呈現微熟嘅狀態,微微嘅焦香亦令梭子魚肉更香。🍣日本赤海膽壽司🍣,赤海膽鮮甜又濃滑,入口充滿海膽甜味。🦐北海道牡丹蝦🦐道菜非常擺盤靚💖蝦肉爽脆又鮮甜,再配上用蝦頭和蝦膏調味而成的醬汁,滿滿蝦鮮味,大滿足!

呢間既omakase有24品,仲要可以無限追加壽司,好癲,仲要有8折,真係抵到爆!我覺得比較特別係北海道帆立貝,勁大粒,勁肥美,簡單用火槍燒一燒,表面脆佐,但內芯仲好軟綿,用紫菜包住就咁食,加佐啲燒汁,勁好食,又鮮味又爽嫩😍另一個特別啲既係天婦羅海膽拿破崙,最上面放佐一排日本赤海膽,下一層係炸脆既紫菜,再下一層係一大pat大拖羅蓉,最底係脆紫菜again,成個口感又脆又軟,雙重口感,加埋面頭既淡雪鹽,味道就更濃烈,口感味道都好豐富🥰壽司方面我就比較中意深海池魚同埋中拖羅,深海池魚好肥美,魚油充足,魚肉比較有質感,而中拖羅就已經夠肥啦,魚脂既魚香滲晒出黎,魚肉鮮嫩,口感一流😘

壽司方面我就比較中意深海池魚同埋中拖羅,深海池魚好肥美,魚油充足,魚肉比較有質感,而中拖羅就已經夠肥啦,魚脂既魚香滲晒出黎,魚肉鮮嫩,口感一流😘

今日老細請食飯,我地更系要食D好野慶祝下啦!💟❤️🔥我要推介,中拖羅壽司,絕對系日式居酒屋風味!醬汁鹹甜適中,配合一齊食都是絕配,令人非常回味! 網池魚壽司都系一個好高質既壽司,肉質新鮮通透,軟硬適中,日本米酸甜解膩,系夏日首選!再來就系一番水雲,加咗有子酸汁,爽口。💟❤️🔥💟❤️🔥北海道牡丹蝦都好正,蝦頭的蝦膏同埋蝦殼都用來熬製醬汁,因為我平時都怕腥,所以好少食海鮮,但系呢個蝦一D都唔腥,好野味,肉質彈牙,反而幾開胃。,💟❤️🔥多謝老細請我地食到甘高質既壽司店,今日既omakasa 有驚喜,而且10款壽司都好精美,有機會再來幫襯!
