#### 招牌乾隆鹽水鵝

這道鹽水鵝是餐廳的招牌,肉質鮮嫩多汁,配上特製的新鮮沙薑醬料,咸香適中,令人回味無窮。

#### 竹炭炸豆腐

這道竹炭炸豆腐外脆內嫩,色澤誘人,吃起來香氣四溢。竹炭的獨特風味讓豆腐更加特別。

#### 秘製咖喱蟹配蒜蓉法包

咖喱蟹的味道醇厚,蟹肉鮮甜,加上氣味獨特的咖喱汁,令人垂涎欲滴。蒜蓉法包吸收了蟹汁的精華,完美的搭配。

#### 花椒生煎爐魚

生煎爐魚的外皮煎得恰到好處,酥脆可口,而且沒有淡水魚獨有的泥味,內裡的魚肉鮮嫩,花椒的香氣讓整道菜更加提味,帶來微微的麻感,十分開胃。

#### 酸菜魚

這道酸菜魚湯底酸酸的,帶有一點微辣,魚片滑嫩,搭配的酸菜增添了爽口感,讓人吃得非常過癮。還有一點我覺得很細心,就是配菜白芝麻,食落去會感受到芝麻炒過嘅香氣,這一點細節令我非常欣賞👏🏻👏🏻

#### 剁椒焗蜆

剁椒焗蜆的辣味適中,蜆肉鮮甜,焗至入味,每一口都能感受到蜆的鮮美,辣椒的香氣更是提升了整道菜的風味。

#### 雙冬羊腩煲

羊腩煲的湯底濃郁,羊肉軟嫩,又不油膩,是一款非常適合寒冷天氣的美食,令人感到暖心。

#### 甜品:姜汁燉奶

最後的甜品姜汁燉奶清新脫俗,奶香濃郁,姜汁的微辣使整個甜品更加平衡,完美地結束了這頓豐盛的晚餐。

總括來說,已經幾年沒有回來,這次的美食之旅讓我重新認識了香港用心經營的菜館,無論是傳統還是創新,每一道菜品都充滿了巧思和用心,值得一試!
