翻看照片距上次去夜上海都快一年了,大概現在太少去海港城的緣故了餐廳算是貴價相比多數上海菜館, 冷盤價格除外,很美好,其中的脆鱔,簡直是業界良心,哈哈滿滿一碟只要六十幾塊,糖醋口味,夠脆,好評!熏魚也非常推薦,味道貌似撞了,但是上海菜最吸引人的不就是這糖醋口嘛^-^龍鬚桂魚絲,見功夫,也不是普通上海菜館可以吃到的,必點。 真的對得起這條桂魚,不知道師傅要花多久才可以做好,竊笑,覺得吃到了功夫菜。紅燒元蹄,本人上海菜館必點菜式,享受入口即化,甜而不膩,肥而不膩的感覺!夜上海的紅燒元蹄,很棒,肉食者必點哦。小籠包,我認為較之前面菜式不出彩,但都好過許多拉麵小籠包專門店。較之其他上海菜館,價錢稍貴,但味道環境,讓我覺得貴的很合理,我很願意給哈哈。 另外,路難找了一點^-^

挾著米芝蓮的夜上海,我期待的是食物的質素說它好的地方是每一樣都很精緻。味道來說也是好。反而甜品的種類有種fusion 感覺,花雕雪糕,柚子花旗參sorbet 比主菜更有驚喜。主菜的燒牛肋條很嫩很美味!其他的相比之下比較普通了。叫了一籠小籠包。。皮包得不好而且厚,一夾之下爆了。。這個真的要改善!個人覺得上海菜的口味來說,灣仔的老上海更好吃而且價錢比較便宜。不過環境服務當然是夜上海更好。

過年前公私兩忙,搞到完全冇預備開年飯。年廿九先上OP search 尖沙咀飲茶逐間打去問,啱心水時間又有位嘅情況下揀咗“夜上海”。7個大人1個細路,叫咗15樣點心小吃加1飯1年糕,啲嘢嚟得好快,加上冇乜特別,有幾款冇影相。大家一致認為炸春卷熱辣辣又香脆最好味;煙鴨有好香嘅燻味、黃橋燒餅外皮鬆化內裡肉鬆軟熟、牛肉餡餅外皮脆裡面牛肉多汁帶微辣都係水準以上。其餘美極炒腸粉(2歲嘅姪女自己另外食咗一碟)、燻魚、蝦餃、燒賣、蟹粉餃、牛肉球、叉燒包、福建炒飯、上海炒年糕都唔錯。花彫醉雞冇酒味、海蜇蘿白非常普通、高力豆沙唔夠熱蛋白唔夠鬆就爭啲啲。部分服務員有啲游魂咁。不過冇折嘅情況下都係$220一個人(姪女當半個計)幾抵食。

因為聖誕前剛在另一新私房菜食店吃過一道蟹蓋菜色,蟹蓋內釀滿滿滿蟹肉的模樣令我記憶猶新,滿以為這裡整隻蟹蓋都會釀滿蟹粉,可惜最後發現蟹粉下層原來只是蛋白。雖然蛋白又滑又溜,但珠玉在前,令這道菜未能在這此次晚飯拿下滿分。

底層芝麻布甸可以吃到濃郁的芝麻味,反而花生雪糕的味道不知是否被芝麻布甸搶過,味道不太明顯。

撇除驚人的價錢升幅,食物水準穩拿一星算是當之無愧,不過聖誕夜要應付這樣多的客人便顯得有點力有不逮,還有那牛與豬的迷思,可真要盡快盡快撥亂反正。

As usual, fellow gluttons thought alike and over-ordered (apologies to the starving Ethiopian children 🙏). We started on the appetizers - the stir fry greens ("malantau") were tender and not too greasy. We started on the appetizers - the stir fry greens ("malantau") were tender and not too greasy. The smoked fish was slightly too heavy in flavour and would go well with rice/pasta, it was also too bony and the care to avoid swallowing a fishbone took the fun out of eating. The smoked preserved egg was sinfully high in cholesterol but quite tasty in a rustic sense. The razor clams were very fresh and almost sweet. The sliced marinated pork in mashed garlic was rich and the consistency was pleasingly clean to the bite. The pear soup was more like a herbal drink, while the whelk chicken long boiled soup was very good - all the essence of the materials was in the soup while the whelk and chicken was still edible. Fried pork vegetable rice was a bit salty but very appetizing. The sesame sauce "dan dan" noodles came with very sweet service and the fragrance of the sesame lingered on the palate. The siao lung bao were so-so. The desserts were heavenly; the custard caramel pudding went very well with homemade jasmine tea ice cream and crunchy rice crackers, outshining the Chinese millefeuille  (made of dried crispy beancurd sheets and fresh mango) which was quite good in its own right. 
Courtesy to my luncheon companion I was treated to this fabulous meal, which amounted to about $425 per head.

突然想食片皮鴨,雖然不是上海菜的項目,但想食就叫吧,隨心一點有時也是好事。單是鴨皮的色澤,以及片得薄薄的淨皮,已教人興奮。以軟熟可口的外皮,包裹著極脆的鴨皮,連同京蔥和醬汁同食,是好吃得停不了口的。要清碟,確實完全沒有難度,我甚至想再追加一隻。

片皮鴨的第二食,是鴨肉炒銀芽。火侯控制得宜,鴨肉唔會韌,加上濃而不過咸的醬汁,夾埋爽口的銀芽同吃,大定都顯出滿意的面容。

再來這裡的招聘菜色,稻草扎肉。掀開粽葉,滿是荷香,五花腩炆得夠時間,鬆化入味,即使瘦的位置都唔會韌,比早幾次來吃的,更出色。有人更醒目地來一個白飯,以濃郁的醬汁伴之。呢碗飯,既邪惡又美味。

最後也來一道菜。原來很想吃干煸鮮筍四季豆,但在座有人怕筍毒,就只要干煸四季豆便是。四季豆上桌,我已斷定必然會好吃。的確,煸得夠乾身,又不會像條柴,咬落爽口,有水準。

大家都吃得滿足,就是平時不愛甜的,今晚都主動說要點甜品吃。酒釀丸子棗泥鍋餅天天的吃,真有點怕。見這裡有西式的甜品,就來客豆腐口味的Panna Cotta。其實,現在很多中菜館子亦有西式甜品供應,而且水準並不遜色,美心集團是好例子,這裡的也一樣,Panna Cotta夠香夠滑,對辦。

今日我同家人一起為男朋友慶祝生日, 因為幾年前公司ANNUAL DINNER食過呢間, 所以今次特意選了這間俾daddy, mummy 試下, 一行5人, 早3個星期已經book左7點, 當日都十分之full, 環境偏吵, 有不少外國同日本遊客.為了唔想煩同可以食曬佢出名的食物, 所以叫左$495一位的套餐.拼盤內的蛋同肴肉好食, 其他的冇咩特別, 只係一般水準, 食完都唔記得咩味.雲吞雞湯不錯, 冇味精, 料好足蟹蓋好味, 加上佢地的醋, 真係好食到唔停得, 不過..個蟹蓋得3隻手指咁細....呢個龍井蝦仁係全餐最差的一d都唔好食, 冇蝦味, d蝦又細粒呢個扎肉係我的最愛, 肥瘦平均, 又唔會有太肥膩的感覺, 難得難得!窩巴牛肉, 不過不失, 老人家一定唔鐘意....糖醋魚塊不錯...不過出面都唔難食到小籠包都好好味, 皮好薄....汁好味道 個餐仲有個金華火腿+菜.....太淋太咸....反而個甜品好正, 係jasmine ice-cream +布丁整體來說是不錯的一餐,家人和男朋友对呢度的食物也很滿意,不過下次來可以散叫,唔洗叫套餐,因為唔係樣樣都好食。
