行完山就嚟遠近馳名嘅裕記食燒鵝,原來一連有幾間呢啲飯店,咁呢間名氣最大就當然要試先。時間大概係6點,唔使等位,坐樓上,冷氣好夠,樓底有啲矮,似閣樓,上到去檯已有一包飯店logo 紙巾,梅子醬同一碟花生,好舊式嘅感覺,紙巾我地唔要了,花生我都食得幾多,因為好脆囗嘅👍點咗燒鵝例下庄,185蚊,碟都印咗logo😅 , 嚟到感覺似一隻大脾,所以隻鵝應該唔太大隻,有啲肥,肉唔多,皮微脆,無我預期咁香,脾底下仲有半隻鵝頭嘅。另點咗雜菜粉絲煲,好清,無乜味,再加瀨粉同粥,total 3xx埋單。走時勁多人等位啊,原來香港人咁鍾意食燒鵝😲。

朋友突然之間話想食深井燒鵝,組團入去食個晚飯。店內最少有兩層,我們選了坐地下的一層,在一間房內,一入去感覺近門位置好似有陣廁所臭味... 坐耐了便習慣了🙊🙊一同分享燒鵝半隻,燒鵝的確比起坊間的好吃,燒鵝皮份外酥脆,帶有一層油脂,肉質厚都算多肉。近肚的位置肉味過鹹,其他位置鹹味適中。梅醬似是自家製,味道跟平常包裝的不同,酸味比較突出,不會太甜。服務比較一般,店員對客人帶點命令的態度,可能生意太好了😶。

約十年前吃過這間,與今天的裝修擺設基本上沒有分別,地板的小格階磚顯得特別有風味。點了燒鵝例牌、油泡蝦醬鮮魷。鵝有炭燒的香味,肥瘦適中,胸肉位置有適當口感肉汁,大致符合預期,但醬汁太鹹。魷魚質素勝預期,爽口不會太鹹太油,蝦醬味可以再加強一點。本來想點冰花燉燕窩,因為掛住一個大牌推廣,但是侍應說未準備好。值得一提,酒樓的冷氣和抽風系統懷疑失靈,環境十分侷促,加上天氣熱,不是坐得很舒服,疫情期間亦很危險。

深井裕記已經開咗好多年,今次才第一次去試試,店舖正門雖然不在大街, 但都有很多指示,所以都容易找到。揸車的食客可以有免費泊車。平日中午時段都不太多人,可以慢慢享受午餐。而且職員很有禮貌服務很好。裝修似舊式茶樓Order咗半隻燒鵝,上台時味道都有d香,食慾大增,肉質不太韌,皮香,但食落鵝味就唔夠,x哥的還比佢好。最主要係個燒鵝汁唔夠香濃,而且鵝肉又不是熱的,不似剛剛出爐。另外,可能佢哋醃製用的香料和出面的不同,因為出面食d燒鵝、燒鴨連啲骨都好正……好好味……,骨都要咬埋西洋菜陳腎湯味道比較淡,有點失望。浸勝瓜好味,勝瓜很嫩,蒜味不太濃剛好。鹵水拼盤只有海蜇比較好味,主要鹵水汁唔夠香,鵝腸完全是零分,嘥咗。蜆蚧鯪魚球, 可能這個菜色沒有什麼技巧食鵝當然配瀨粉啦……鵝瀨完美配搭其他的小菜鑊氣就唔知夠唔夠啦……因為就無叫即炒小菜隻燒鵝應該可以改善一下再做好一些,深井燒鵝十分出名,不要影響個品牌。

隻燒鵝應該可以改善一下再做好一些,深井燒鵝十分出名,不要影響個品牌。

裕記,已經很久沒有幫襯了。因為上次的用餐經驗太糟糕,所以一直提不起勁再去,早前終於再試一次,看看現在的情況如何。晚上接近六點到埗,被安排上二樓,待應頗殷勤的推介套餐、海鮮等等,沒有依從也不會變成黑臉琵鷺,OK喎。點了一客酒釀鵝肝、燒鵝例牌、酥炸生蠔四隻、蒜蓉蒸蟶子二隻、一碗瀬粉、一支喜力,埋單六百許,價格都算唔錯啦。重點的燒鵝感覺一般,味道可以但比較嚡,皮也不說得脆,鵝肉不算嫩所以有點韌,可能下次要試試下樁,肥一點該會滑些吧。酒釀鵝肝則十分精彩,處理過的鵝肝因挑走了血管而變得嫩滑無比,入口即化,超級美味,很讚。酥炸生蠔水準之下,粉漿厚而欠味,蠔也不覺鮮美,配喼汁上桌亦未能為此加分,始終要吃炸蠔該到流浮山而非深井。蒜蓉蒸蟶子火路剛剛好,蟶子面鋪上蒜蓉,沒有添加豉油但味道足夠,鮮口甜美,回味無窮。瀨粉只十多元一碗,湯頭絕不馬虎,淨食已覺不俗,配上鵝背更顯相得益彰,吃鵝的絕配。最值得一記是坐下便是坐下便奉上的普洱茶,本來對這些例茶不存寄望,可是試上一口,居然比一般的都要好,陳香而滑,好喝。總括而言,今次晚膳沒有伏,但個別尚有改善空間,價錢也可以接受的。

晚上接近六點到埗,被安排上二樓,待應頗殷勤的推介套餐、海鮮等等,沒有依從也不會變成黑臉琵鷺,OK喎。點了一客酒釀鵝肝、燒鵝例牌、酥炸生蠔四隻、蒜蓉蒸蟶子二隻、一碗瀬粉、一支喜力,埋單六百許,價格都算唔錯啦。

重點的燒鵝感覺一般,味道可以但比較嚡,皮也不說得脆,鵝肉不算嫩所以有點韌,可能下次要試試下樁,肥一點該會滑些吧。

一入去坐低唔夠一分鐘,嗰個厭世的侍應(即係大門口直入,直上一樓嗰位侍應阿姐)就催我落單又話燒鵝好快冇,又話要早D上菜,仲以為去食佐敦牛奶公司 。點菜1.半隻燒鵝食得出係即燒的,但味道略嫌不足炭火香味不, 而家有好多好食的燒鵝嘅鋪頭,唔值得特登去深井吃,浪費了車費及時間。2.椒鹽鮮魷-應該用錯了粉漿, 外面還是濕濕的,一點都不脆口, 完全不是正常椒鹽鮮魷口感, 比起一般大排檔還要差。3. 帶子炒西蘭花-原本想叫豆腐蒸帶子彈,因為冇豆腐,所以改了這個,味道正常, 大鑊氣不足。4. 炸蝦球-味道是比較好的一碟。5. 金銀蛋菜- 味道很鹹,只有鹹蛋很小皮蛋6. 生炒排骨- 味道正常,沒有驚喜,比大排檔還差一點另外所有小菜分為例牌及大碟,例牌價錢不便宜每碟也是要大約一百元,大碟要近二百元,例牌的份量約4人。由坐低到食完,只用了45分鐘。嗰位厭世做的侍應,仲要同我講,有人訂咗枱,催我早D埋單。我真係想同佢講, 你要我一小時內食完沒有問題,但訂枱嘅時候應該要講得一清二楚囉。最後6個人吃了$1,200。我話過以後唔會再幫襯呢間垃圾裕記。 等佢升上神枱喇。

前幾天去了這間多年沒光顧的燒鵝店,當天我們一行數人除点了一隻燒鵝外,還叫了幾個小菜包括咕嚕肉,砵酒焗蠔,乾燒大虾,炸蟹肉丸。燒鵝味道一般,並沒有記憶中好吃,咕嚕肉比一般酒樓差,砵酒焗蠔缺少了外皮香脆內軟多汁的味道,乾燒大虾和炸蟹肉丸較為不錯。價格方面不算太貴可接受,但當天的主角菜式和其他一兩味菜就有点失望。
