我幾鍾意冬陰功湯河嘅湯底嘅,因為冇泰國人做嗰啲咁辣。所以我都可以飲咗一半嘅冬陰功湯,而且啲粉都幾滑,不過我覺得河粉嘅份量唔係好夠,再加多D就好啦。😉😉

I saw this restaurant from a YouTube channel, they interview the owner of the restaurant, and the owner introduce us 2 signature dishes, one is Tom Yum Goong Rice noddle and the other one is deep fried chicken thighs. The Tom Yum Goong is not spicy, so it’s very easy for me to drink it all. The size of the rice noodle is not very big it would be better if they add more.
The other signature dish is deep fried chicken thigh. The chicken thigh is crispy skins and tender meat. Well done! The boss told people that they deep fried 2 times to ensure the quality of the chicken is satisfied. The inside meat are cooked and still maintained the skin are not burned. It’s a good result based on this experience 😄😄

而個香茅蔥油豬扒飯,香茅同蔥油嘅比例唔錯,唔會話是但一樣搶晒啲味,佢配有一個豉油汁,我略略覺得佢嘅豉油唔係咩調過味嘅豉油,所以味道唔算突出,同埋比你自己加豉油,當然自己有得揀係好,但係如果佢哋直頭調好一個最理想嘅比例就會更加好,自己加,一加多咗就太鹹,隻蛋係普通煎太陽蛋,蛋汁撈飯一定OK,但如果係燶邊蛋會更加正。

至於個泰式奶茶,係做到有泰式嘅味道,但略嫌比較淡,覺得港式奶茶又唔係,泰式奶茶又未去到,可能其他嘢飲會好飲啲。

最後就係坐嘅地方,因為舖頭比較細,座位亦都比較窄,坐得唔係太舒服,但係純嘢食嚟講,絕對唔差。

總結黎講,呢間餐廳就算係開得隱閉少少,但見到收工時間都爆哂場,
就知呢間餐廳一定係有水準既

We received several comments about this restaurant to try their pork chop rice. It is indeed different from those other restaurants’. The pork chop is so flavourful, the marination sauce seeps deep into the meat and you could definitely taste the herbs.

The pork chop is tender and a bit crispy on the outside, meat is not dry at all. It comes with a fried egg and the spring onion oil. They have a special homemade soy sauce to be drizzled on top of the rice.

The tom yum noodle is amazing. The soup is just like how a tom yum should be; spicy with a hint of sourness. You can choose your noodle type. For us it was vermicelli. It comes with a huge crispy chicken leg. Skin is crispy but the meat stays succulent and tender.

The satay is a must have appetizer. It taste just like how a satay should be. Peanut sauce is not too sweet.

Thai milk tea and soda lime are good. They are not too sweet either.

這間店,在一條內街中,中午每次經過都是長長的人龍,究竟有什麼美食,吸引人們排隊都要來吃呢?終於有位同事假日專程來試吃這間“味道”,回公司後推薦大家要去吃炸雞腿。我們也終於排隊第一次吃這“味道”!今次吃了咖喱雞腿飯,大大的雞腿,真的不錯,雞腿熱呼呼,外皮脆卜卜,而且加上惹味的咖喱汁,好味!由於雞腿太太太大隻,我們都是用最原始的方法,成隻拎起黎食。這間店就是太少位,也有點迫,飲品細杯左d,但如店名一樣,憑“味道”取勝!

這間店,在一條內街中,中午每次經過都是長長的人龍,究竟有什麼美食,吸引人們排隊都要來吃呢?終於有位同事假日專程來試吃這間“味道”,回公司後推薦大家要去吃炸雞腿。
我們也終於排隊第一次吃這“味道”!

今次吃了咖喱雞腿飯,大大的雞腿,真的不錯,雞腿熱呼呼,外皮脆卜卜,而且加上惹味的咖喱汁,好味!
由於雞腿太太太大隻,我們都是用最原始的方法,成隻拎起黎食。

這間店就是太少位,也有點迫,飲品細杯左d,但如店名一樣,憑“味道”取勝!

前幾日咁啱經過上環竟然搵到呢間出奇地好食嘅小店見到咁多人排隊就特登去試吓糾結咗好耐因為我見個個都嗌炸雞髀但係炸雞髀就一定要配冬陰功河粉而我想食飯多啲所以最後叫咗蔥油豬扒飯加串燒但佢個葱油豬扒飯好香口我覺得好食過珍姐D飯一粒粒唔會好似黐埋晒咁加埋隻半熟太陽蛋一篤穿流晒d蛋汁係個飯上面唔會太漏個豬扒炸得岩岩好唔會太油份量都幾多啲豬扒連埋蛋汁飯食口感好豐富再加埋個熱辣辣既串燒同佢個醬好夾下次想試佢個炸雞脾冬陰功河粉

唔會太漏

啲豬扒連埋蛋汁飯食口感好豐富
再加埋個熱辣辣既串燒
同佢個醬好夾
下次想試佢個炸雞脾冬陰功河粉

琴日喺上環返工經過條巷仔見到有間舖頭出面排曬長龍,見到咁多人所以都想排嚟試吓。入到去鋪面唔算太大,有7、8枱度,跟住嗌咗個招牌生炸雞髀飯配蔥油🍗,因為午飯時間人流都幾多,嗰飯都等咗廿分鐘到,但係試完個飯之後覺得好正。雞髀皮脆肉嫩,一咬就知係生炸出嚟,之後再配埋獨家調製嘅蔥油,撈埋落個飯食簡直一流😋加四蚊可以要多杯凍飲,埋單74蚊,喺中上環地段嚟講價錢都可以接受,不錯👍但係午餐時間勁多人排,差唔多要排半個鐘先入到去,建議下午茶或晚上時間嚟最好
