琴日喺YouTube睇咗一個網台嘅介紹,今日就嚟咗依度試吓,當時訪問老闆,老闆推介食呢個冬陰功河粉啦,同埋炸雞髀。我幾鍾意冬陰功湯河嘅湯底嘅,因為冇泰國人做嗰啲咁辣。所以我都可以飲咗一半嘅冬陰功湯,而且啲粉都幾滑,不過我覺得河粉嘅份量唔係好夠,再加多D就好啦。😉😉食返個炸髀先,果然好似老細咁話裏面都係熟晒,而外面嗰皮都仲係脆,今日呢炸髀好似黑咗啲喎,有啲燶邊?我就麻麻哋鍾意食呢個燶邊😅😅其他嘢要等下次先試!I saw this restaurant from a YouTube channel, they interview the owner of the restaurant, and the owner introduce us 2 signature dishes, one is Tom Yum Goong Rice noddle and the other one is deep fried chicken thighs. I saw this restaurant from a YouTube channel, they interview the owner of the restaurant, and the owner introduce us 2 signature dishes, one is Tom Yum Goong Rice noddle and the other one is deep fried chicken thighs. The Tom Yum Goong is not spicy, so it’s very easy for me to drink it all. The size of the rice noodle is not very big it would be better if they add more.
The other signature dish is deep fried chicken thigh. The chicken thigh is crispy skins and tender meat. Well done! The boss told people that they deep fried 2 times to ensure the quality of the chicken is satisfied. The inside meat are cooked and still maintained the skin are not burned. It’s a good result based on this experience 😄😄
