今次已經係第三次光顧位於上環嘅呢一間隱世小店,店內大約10張枱,每張枱四人坐。所以除非假日來,如果唔係辦公繁忙時間,都要等一陣先至有位。每次嚟都會叫佢哋嘅人氣雞髀蔥油飯同炸豬扒飯。雞髀外脆內軟,有肉味,蔥油汁加枱上嘅豉油落飯非常好胃口。佢嘅炸豬扒我覺得做得幾出色,外面脆脆裏面嘅肉暖暖軟軟的。另外比較少人叫,但我覺得都幾好食嘅冬陰功湯米粉配佢哋嘅人氣炸豬扒。呢一個幾適合唔想食太多飯嘅OL。個人感覺唔係太辣,酸味剛剛好嘅湯底。

The young manager constantly harassed us to force us to move to another shared table when there were vacant tables available throughout our visit, giving us pathetic reasons why … he did this for other customers who arrived too, until a westerner arrived, for which he allowed the westerner to sit on a 4 person table by himself !!! This is precisely the sort of poor service which gives Hong Kong local businesses a bad reputation … out of principle I will never visit this restaurant again !!!

這間小店有一個怪現象,就是每台客人都會貪婪地撕咬著炸雞腿,吸啜著手指上殘留的味道。因此我想這道基本上是這裏的招牌,也是每枱必點的品項。果然炸雞腿有如小編的手掌般大(甚至更大),外表呈啡色。外皮非常之脆,而且沒有多餘的油脂,單吃雞皮也不會覺得油膩和罪惡。內裏的雞肉嫩滑多汁,調味較重,能讓人吃到明顯的香茅味。

至於冬陰功河粉也讓人感到驚喜,除了因為面頭放上大量芫荽,深得小編喜愛。也是因為他的湯底非常濃郁,雖然他沒有餐館冬蔭功湯那種濃郁的蝦膏香味,但它也不會像一般粉麵湯底般淡口。他的濃郁在於用了不同香料,酸酸辣辣非常開胃,加上椰奶讓它有一定厚度,作為粉麵的湯底,絕對是心機之作。

一開始小編還小覷它,覺得不過是一碟蔥油豬扒飯。他確實也是蔥油豬扒飯,但味道貫徹水準,非常濃味。蔥油加上蛋汁和店家的甜豉油,乳化成一個鹹鹹甜甜,帶有濃郁蔥油香的醬汁,非常好下飯。豬扒亦有微微煎香,帶極重香茅味道,肉質軟腍。

味道:8/10

飲品不算突出,是經典的味道。唯獨泰奶對小編而言,奶味稍重了一點,個人喜歡重茶味的奶茶。但只是+$12,也算很不錯了。

整體而言,小編認為這間越南餐館製作用心食物有特色之餘,味道也相當不錯。唯調味偏重,會讓人想小酌兩杯。😂

星期六去上環食飯, 之後去灣仔睇無人機演出。餐廳主打泰越菜, 位於上環小巷, 坐位唔多, 但經常大排長龍。我哋叫左炸雞脾泰式冬蔭公湯河粉, 雞脾好大隻, 炸得香脆嫩滑, 咬落去好多汁, 配合冬蔭公酸辣湯底, 十分開胃好食。越式豬扒煎蛋飯, 豬扒香茅味突出, 加上自家製葱油十分好食。泰式炭燒豬肉串, 燒得好嫩滑, 配上花生沙嗲醬十分惹味。另外, 餐廳提供套餐配以飲品選擇, 而且份量十足, 十分抵食, 如果下次去開中上環下次可以再試。
