行開寶琳,就約o係附近好耐無見o既好朋友出黎食個快lunch。本身諗住o係樓下間日本野食,但食飯時間好多學生哥排緊隊,2個人都要等5,6張枱,於是我地轉移陣地上左去食都係日本野o既甘味啦!我地對魚生飯都極度熱愛,所以就一齊叫左魚生飯,有沙律有熱飲有飯。碗飯顏色繽紛,咩都有d,都好開胃。我地仲帶左外來食物入黎食,都無比人staff話。地方寬落,坐得舒服。不過計埋加一食個lunch咁o既價都唔會經常食。

第一次光顧,點了三款餐蕃茄肥牛手打烏冬,湯有濃蕃茄味,略嫌酸豬軟骨十谷飯,好味,仔細數數有六七樣的谷物,感覺很健康,豬軟骨好淋好入味,超贊蟹籽牛肉鍋燒炒飯,order了很久才來,沒什麼特別,只是夠熱及有少少蟹籽增加咬口的吉x家的牛肉飯三個商場都是連鎖食iyr, 這間算是少數及有驚喜的日式食店,味道令我支持它及會再光顧

第一次光顧,點了三款餐

蕃茄肥牛手打烏冬,湯有濃蕃茄味,略嫌酸

豬軟骨十谷飯,好味,仔細數數有六七樣的谷物,感覺很健康,豬軟骨好淋好入味,超贊

蟹籽牛肉鍋燒炒飯,order了很久才來,沒什麼特別,只是夠熱及有少少蟹籽增加咬口的吉x家的牛肉飯

三個商場都是連鎖食iyr, 這間算是少數及有驚喜的日式食店,味道令我支持它及會再光顧

平時經過都無乜人,都知伏伏哋。有晚同男朋友經過見到堂食有9折,咁諗唔到食乜之下就入咗去。我揀咗牛扒蕃茄讚歧烏冬。啲牛扒有本事係凍住咁上台!又乾又難𡁻!烏冬只係普通茶餐廳貨色,個蕃茄湯亦無赤丸咁濃郁。好差👎🏻男朋友個海鮮烏冬都係無乜餸。咁都每人食咗幾十蚊,不如食譚仔好過!唔怪得成日拍烏蠅啦!

店面裝修企理,食物賣相可觀,只是食物質素比海報失色。說是讚岐手打烏東,入口完全的失望,湯底又不夠濃,青豆又煮得不透。牛肋骨尚可,有點韌,如果加點麻油才可釣起牛肋骨的牛味,它的味道像急凍那種,比肥牛還沒味。而且伴碟的小蕃茄是壞的。這樣的一道菜最多值$40。日本人不是對品質有一定的要求嗎?一間小店過多待應游手好閒。何不花多一點選好廚師和食材,提升食物質素,才有更多客人光顧。

這家分店在新都城開業不久這是第一次來這家分店光顧以前在荃灣上學的時候,,都有光顧過甘味的荃灣分店那時有學生價,,雖便宜一點,,但從來也不覺得好吃很偶爾才會光顧一次因此這家分店初開業的時候,,也沒有太大光顧的意慾不過在新都城的食店幾乎都有去過於是給甘味多一次機會與老公一起在這裡lunch老公點了牛肉烏冬我則點了雜錦烏冬雜錦烏冬很有多蔬菜,,有西蘭花﹑荷蘭豆﹑小棠菜&紅蘿蔔絲整體感覺很清很清很清淡~~~~~就算有天婦羅蝦&溫泉蛋,,也未能挽回分數唯獨是另外點的紅柚菠蘿梳打是好喝的!!其實整體不是難吃的可能喜歡吃清淡食物的人會喜歡吧?但以五十多六十元的價錢來這吃午餐,,不如去吃家餐廳吃會更好~~這裡就以環境寬敞取勝~~

這是第一次來這家分店光顧

再來是滑蛋雞絲撈烏冬 ($55),這個鳥冬較番茄烏冬好一點點,烏冬還算是滑溜頗好吃,但滑蛋根本不滑而且過火得有一點老。雞絲吃起來還好,但他們這個煮法像是開水煮的,味道非常清,也就是其實沒有甚麼味道。另外筆者認為撈烏冬應該要是很乾身,但大家從相片可見是有一點濕,大概是煮烏冬時水沒有弄乾就上碟,又或是雞本身出水所致。

燒牛肉釜飯 ($55),這個賣相比較討好,意想不到這間烏冬店的飯會比較好吃,這個飯來得合理,份量不算多,牛肉用了洋蔥一起煮過,有一點像在吉野家的煮法,不同的是這個的牛肉較厚,就像平常家庭式炒牛肉的厚度及口感,味道算入味,飯吃起來比較硬身,大概是因為盛載飯的用具所致。這個飯還有一個湯送,但這個湯毫無味道可言。

看到店舖有推廣藥膳土煮雞 ($10),這一個是藥膳湯來的,但藥味並不重,喝起來帶一點甘味,迎合餐廳名字,雞吃起來不算特別幼嫩,但也不過不失的說。

整體這間食店的質素也是非常一般,這個時候筆者總會說,為什麼將軍澳區不能多開一兩間好吃的食店供選擇呢?不過這一間食店也有可取次處,它們是提供五穀米的健康食品,可能主打要吃得健康,所以跟筆者的重口味是有一點出入,各花各眼吧,另外這裹還有壽司供應,但以這幾款食物的質素很難再說服筆者去光顧。
Other Info. : 有時候在想這些餐廳是否要寫出來?看完過後大家不要揍筆者,因筆者真的不是那種只寫好吃的,寫出來大家自行判斷。
