同朋友生日由我發板,一來大家都鍾意辣,二來未試過。唔算純四川菜,中間都夾雜d京滬菜式。四式冷盤-係冷盤類中任揀四款,有燻魚、糖醋排骨、醬泥白肉同青瓜海蜇,可以話全晚最好,燻魚同排骨都好夠味,又會乾“爭爭”,白肉同海蜇都可以。雞湯西洋菜-係部長推介的,與一般的上湯浸菜沒有分別,只多了幾舊豆腐’扑’,西洋菜都唔算老,都可以咬得入。口水雞隻主角唔係普通雞而係烏雞,冇肉又有味。水煮魚-本來叫水煮牛肉,因為就我改食魚,係失敗之作,魚肉好散,又好咸,最後食凈晒。糖醋班塊-又非常失敗之作,似生魚片多過似班塊,唔脆又唔熱,最後又係食凈。擔擔麵-係最最最失敗之作,係我食擔擔麵的經驗之中最難食的一碗,d麵好淋,非常差勁,d湯底同水煮魚d汁一樣。最後甜品係高力豆沙,一碟8粒細細個,之前d野唔好食,對佢都沒有太大期望,味道都ok,不過我最懷念係以前鹿鳴春d香蕉高力豆沙。大家一路食一路彈,好彩我冇俾佢o地丙o乍。

糖醋班塊-又非常失敗之作,似生魚片多過似班塊,唔脆又唔熱,最後又係食凈。
擔擔麵-係最最最失敗之作,係我食擔擔麵的經驗之中最難食的一碗,d麵好淋,非常差勁,d湯底同水煮魚d汁一樣。
最後甜品係高力豆沙,一碟8粒細細個,之前d野唔好食,對佢都沒有太大期望,味道都ok,不過我最懷念係以前鹿鳴春d香蕉高力豆沙。
大家一路食一路彈,好彩我冇俾佢o地丙o乍。

同朋友經過美麗華找地方食LUNCH﹐諗起呢度有一間“雲陽閣”未食過﹐於是就決定試下。入門口﹐首先見到專門斟八寶茶的長嘴茶煲﹐於是諗都無諗就叫兩客八寶茶。茶裡面D料都算足﹐但味道就並不特別出色﹐內地有不少的酒樓所調配的八寶茶都比雲陽閣好﹐價錢只是三分一﹐不過﹐始終係香港及中國之別﹐相比之實在不公平。但斟茶的那位人兄技術認真麻麻﹐斟幾次水檯布已經濕到一撻撻﹐呢D技術﹐距離“可以見人”仲有一段距離!請訓練一下斟八寶茶的技巧吧﹐自己人見到無所謂﹐如果被識貨的游客見到就真係失禮了。食物方面﹐胡椒炒豬肉味道很不錯﹐但豬肉略嫌太細太碎﹐大塊一點相信會更好。麻辣牛肉麵絕對夠麻﹗味道亦都幾好﹐但辣度應該係為遷就一般顧客﹐未到應有的辣度。整體上都算水準之作。可能已經有點飽﹐覺得生煎包水準一般﹐其實客觀地說﹐應該是不錯的。最後要了一個甜品﹐拔絲蘋果﹐做得唔錯﹐蘋果肉已熟透但並無話太“爛”﹐糖漿做得精彩﹐從冰水浸完出黎﹐真係做到脆皮的效果﹐清甜甘香﹐外脆內軟﹐正﹗不過$70有8件﹐兩個人食就真係太多﹐建議四個人食先好叫﹐就會每人兩件剛剛好。服務就...可以說是合格吧﹐我expect的﹐全部都有做到﹐但並唔Fr

食物十分好.但如果侍應只想招呼熟客和遊客,請在門口掛上'非熟客和遊客,不准進入'.我們一行三人,於月12日30晚吃了HK$400. 食物十分好, 份量亦合理. 但侍應服務態度則極差. 十點半前, 只招呼熟客和遊客, 我們的茶壺沒有水亦沒人理. 大概十點半, 當大部份食客走了, 有位類似部長的人, 立刻問我們要不要甜點(當時我們已經食完飯, 但桌面仍有很多東西, 因為沒有人收), 當我們說不要, 他即刻露出不悅神色轉頭走, 並沒有說什麼. 過了不久, 另一位女侍應以極速收拾我們桌面上的東西(像趕收工那般). 我問她是否打烊, 她很悔氣地說只是收銀埋數, 並說"等一陣你埋完單,咪慢慢坐到十一點半關門,都唔會有人理你." 態度和剛才對待熟客和遊客差天共地!雖然香港經濟已經復甦,但這樣持店大欺人,小心惡有惡報!

昨晚一行12人到此為Mother 慶祝生日, 地方幾好, 不過客人不多, 多數是外國人添.<br>以為菜式一定好辣, 不過原來好多都是不辣或少辣, 不知是否要就香港人呢! <br>點心類很普通, 冷盤如燈影牛肉, 夫妻肺片算幾辣. 本人覺得豆蘇桂魚, 香蘇鴨, 鍋巴都ok, 其他菜好普通, 總之不覺食四川菜, 都唔係好辣, 最後甜品叫了拔絲蘋果, 都幾特別不太甜.<br>最後一提是我地帶了生日蛋糕留在最後切, 佢地竟然唔收切餅費, 仲幫我地分好12 份, 此服務要讚呀.

一行八人七個女仔食左每人百二蚊.樣樣細細碟,味道全無驚喜. 燈影牛肉係乾支支牛肉軟但唔香口又唔惹味,燻魚最唔掂.水煮牛肉有少少麻但唔多辣. 用AE Card 送菜螃蟹($80),但用匯豐card 送野菇鍋巴($100),好辣的會幾失望,仲有佢地o既拔絲蘋果糖面太厚唔脆仲粘鬼住d 牙,食完都有d 失望!

Delicious spicy Sichuan food, the only originated restaurant in Hong Kong. We are keep tracking with their monthly specials, waiting for the surprises. Rarely disappointed. You should try " 水煮魚片, 麻辣子雞, 薑雞湯, 大刀金絲面." I think the waiters and waitress are friendly.

雖然食物中有分大, 中, 小辣, 但大辣o 既" 水煮肥牛" 都唔辣, 只係個樣嚇人, 連一班不太食辣o 既人都話唔覺辣, 反而最辣係送o 既果一碟泡菜, 其他食物水準唔錯, 價錢合理, 呢度仲有較少地方有得食o 既" 拔絲蘋果", 但一心想o 黎食辣o 既人會好失望.
