古琴雅苑最近推出夏日嚐鮮套餐,有多款開胃菜,最近天氣熱,胃口不佳,一於試下!當中的烤北京填鴨師承北京「全聚德」,烤得皮脆肉嫩,師傅即席片鴨,特別有食慾一定要先食「一口酥」每隻鴨只有一小碟,加糖食口感特別酥脆,烤鴨配上清新的青瓜、京蔥及哈蜜瓜,配秘製的蜂蜜黃梅醬或者京醬,以餅皮包裹,口感豐富燒汁鐵板野菌牛肉 牛肉鮮味,燒汁加上洋蔥,令牛肉添甜味,鐵板保存到溫度,食落特別惹味和嫩滑。風味松子魚魚肉切好,炸得外脆內軟,酸甜醬汁,令胃口大開,加上松子,更添風味~店內環境寬敞,乾淨企理,職員細心又有禮,下次再嚟!

花雕醉雞同出面茶記差唔多。。。限時兩個鐘,食得比較趕。加上舉手好耐都冇員工主動回應你整體嚟講,服務質素差、環境淺窄、又嘈雜,咁嘅價錢,食茶記嘅質素,冇下次。佢哋一晚做兩場,所以啲員工都比較趕,根本唔會有時間幫你加到茶,或者睇到你舉手。中呢個價錢唔抵食。
