一頭牛只能採取一份牛脷,顯得牛脷十分珍貴,而一份裡面柔軟可以作為烤牛脷的部位又更少,今次這份牛脷經過餐廳仔細醃製後,所烤出來的牛舌外面炭香酥脆,內裡多汁,就入口前光看經烤燒後的牛脷串,已著令人食口水直流。
