To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐都無食過放題,又去返放題首選大喜屋,估唔到無去幾個月,食物款式又有新款,有花膠、鮑魚飯、又有星級鐵板厚切鵝肝多士,連生啤stella都有,一直都知放題有得食Häagen-Dazs, 連新口味,macaron 都有丫,芒果、士多啤梨、同藍莓三款口味,真係食返幾杯都得👍今次自助區仲有小龍蝦,仲有辣酒東風螺,冷盤除左蝦又有煙三文魚,甘多款食物、飲品、甜品全部都值得一試,真係長期keep住水準真係得大喜屋❤️
