特上刺身7點定食 $388刺身7款,由右邊開始(有些魚不認得):炙燒金目鯛、炙熱白身魚、鰹魚、大拖羅、鯛魚、白身魚、象拔蚌。炙燒的兩種魚都非常出色:金目鯛爽口鮮甜,刺身保留了魚皮,燒得香噴噴的;另一種白身魚油脂豐富,灸燒過後魚油香更突出,入口即溶,非常好吃,是今天的MVP。鰹魚是其中最不喜歡的,腥味較重,肉質偏實而「鞋口」。大拖羅肥美甘香,魚油香重;鯛魚爽彈結實,毫不油膩,喜歡那淡淡而獨特的鮮甜味。另一種白身魚的味道較淡,沒什麼印象點。象拔蚌爽脆鮮甜,好吃。整體刺身都非常新鮮,肉質充滿彈性(除了鰹魚個人不太喜歡之外),大多只有少量咬不開的筋位(多是近魚皮的部分),完全是可接受的範圍內。定食包括麵豉湯、沙拉、前菜(煎蛋)、餐飲和甜點,服務也好,很適合和朋友聚會。 continue reading

這家馳名的日本料理店近年搬進利園2期再開業,這是我第一次光顧。它保留了舊鋪的日式裝修風格,但新鋪的燈光更昏暗,顯得有情調。點了兩客午餐,先有前菜、沙律及面豉湯。前菜的冷凍豆角酸甜醒胃;沙律🥗有蟹肉絲,一點不馬虎;面豉湯有豚肉及白蘿蔔,鹹香動人。主菜選了以下兩款:香蔥吞拿魚腩丼($298)飯粒表面鋪滿大量吞拿魚腩蓉,充滿油脂的香氣,魚腩蓉微甜,飯粒軟熟可口。滑蛋鰻魚丼($238)鰻魚切成一口一件,擺放得整齊,入口鰻魚燒汁香濃惹味。底下炒蛋溫暖滑溜。甜品是迷你石板街蛋糕,甜度適中,再享用餐飲,十分滿足。食物保持舊鋪的水準。服務方面,店舖人手充足,服務態度良好。 continue reading

呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅居酒屋環境雅緻舒服,而且食物質素好好,特別係串燒👍炭火串燒定食 $288用炭火燒嘅串燒果然零舍不同,因為炭火嘅關係,食起嚟有炭香味,好香,好好味!我最鍾意蘆筍豚肉卷,啲蘆筍燒到啱啱好,加埋好香嘅豚肉,成件事好夾,令人好想食多串🙈炭火北海道十勝豚肉丼 $238佢嘅豚肉燒得非常香,加埋佢特製嘅醬汁,可以食到豚肉嘅鮮味,又可以送飯,佢上面舖左好多紫菜,夾埋d飯一齊食,超好味!呢間居酒屋無論環境定食物質素都好好,,值得去食👍 continue reading
