Introduced by my family trying out this newly opened oriental restaurant. I was lucky enough coming with no queue. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Quite great service.Menu options were okay. Not a lot of small dishes/ appetisers for a light meal. Food took a while to be served. Beef filet sauteed with Hangzhou pepper and green soybean came freshly made. Whole dish was flavourful with appropriate portion. Beef filet was soft and juicy. Well coated with sauce but not oily. Love the slices of soy curd for some chewiness. Scallions gave a kick of freshness. Perfect to eat with rice.Once the stinky tofu with peppers was readied to be served in the kitchen, could literally smell the stink. It was served neat. Stronger fermented taste was burst out mouth when biting the tofu. Tofu absorbed all the fermented sauce. I was hoping more edamame to be served. Love the chilli and garlic. Jiangnan green tea cake was okay. Serving it hot with a crisp. Nutty and gooey from taro. Neither too sweet nor bland. Sadly no green tea flavour at all, just looking green. Overall, not a big wow especially with the price. Maybe I should have ordered their signatures next time.

呢晚嚟咗銅鑼灣新開嘅呢間浙江菜,餐廳明亮簡約,都有幾多特色嘅菜式,吸引唔少人嚟幫襯,平日夜晚都見到要等位🤨龍井烤雞呢個係店鋪嘅其中一個受歡迎嘅菜式,店員先上菜俾我地打卡,然後再幫忙處理,切開件上,方便食用🐥 烤雞外皮香脆,入面嘅雞肉夠晒嫩滑juicy😙 食落口仲有淡淡嘅龍井香味,不過再重啲就好啦🍵粉絲裹蝦見到幾乎每枱都嗌呢一個粉絲蝦煲,店員合先將倒上醬汁入煲仔,再蒸6分鐘,將粉絲同埋蝦仁煮熟,過程中香氣撲鼻🥰 粉絲嗦晒啲蝦嘅鮮味,真係好正,價格定位相宜。東坡仔排餐廳嘅設計好貼心,用上咗一個蠟燭,咁樣可以保持東坡肉排嘅溫度🤩 東坡肉排每件切到細細粒,近骨嘅肉真係特別嫩口🐷 加上用咗酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,一啲都唔肥膩。江南綠茶餅呢個係餐廳嘅新出品,真係一個抵食推介😜 $28有四件,每件都有綠茶整嘅脆皮,入面就有一層好軟綿綿嘅芋蓉,再加圓圈嘅周圍沾上咗芝麻,口感層次十足。呢間浙江菜都算幾抵食,菜式都唔係咁多餐廳會有得食,都算係呢間餐廳嘅一大優點👍🏻

綠茶是江南特色的中菜館,以淺木系為主調,空間感十足。穿過綠草林蔭的店面,加上亭台樓閣的建築特式,充滿中國色彩。門口有店員即席彈奏古箏,沁出詩情畫意的古典味道……龍井烤雞 (138元)烤雞外皮金香酥脆,木盤底部有龍井茶煙燻,茶葉清香慢慢透入烤雞之中。鮮嫩的雞肉,肉汁油潤,茶香伴隨雞肉的甘甜,令人一口接一口,讓人感受到江南的風味。江南茄子煲 (78元)茄子柔軟入味,搭配香濃的醬汁,加上惹味肉末,增添一份鹹香,十分開胃,拌飯一流。江南熏魚 (88元)熏魚是濃油赤醬的滋味,魚肉炸過兩次,口感外酥內嫩,讓人垂涎。表面沾滿焦糖色的光澤,魚肉鮮嫩,帶有一絲香甜,香脆蜜甜。櫻花蝦小土豆 (58元)小土豆炸至香脆可口,與櫻花蝦爆香後,香氣四溢的,辣味的刺激,入口更加開胃,適合喜愛辛辣的食客。雪糕厚多士誘惑 (68元)厚切的多士,外脆內軟,疊上一球雪糕,令人甜絲絲。多士帶蜂蜜香,雪糕慢慢溶化,入口蜜甜冰涼,甜入心扉,令人無法抗拒。

綠茶餐廳在大陸都挺有名氣的,是一間裝修挺不錯的餐廳,挺有古色古香的感覺的。香港店就可能是因為租太貴,所以就比較小,但也挺有中國風的,門口還會有店員即場彈古爭,真的完全想不到!龍井烤雞(138元)雞真的挺有驚喜的,燒得皮脆肉嫩,而且有很香的茶味,直接吃就很夠味了,重口味的可以配上辣椒粉!而且有別於平常烤雞會比較乾外,這裡的雞肉都很嫩和多汁,連雞肉也是!粉絲裹蝦(108元)來到再加上秘製醬汁來煮,一打開就是濃濃的蒜香,蝦仁剛剛好熟,肉質鮮嫩彈牙,粉絲吸飽湯汁,吃起來特別鮮甜,味道鹹甜,十分惹味。狀元芋頭煲(88元)賣相挺特別的,一片一片切得非常薄的,中間放了五花肉,燉煮得非常軟爛,芋頭接近入口即化的程度,每口都有肉香和芋香,味道鹹香惹味,是非常下飯的一道菜!東坡小牛肉(48元/件)用上煮東坡肉的煮法來煮牛小排,煮到肉質非常鬆化,用筷子就能輕易分開,吃起來濃濃的膠質,味道偏甜,但有濃濃牛肉香和牛肉本身的油香!挺特別的!
