天氣開始凍就想食湯麵🍜蟹皇豬豬 $108碗麵份量好足,一嚟到就聞到好香嘅蟹味。面頭有啲蟹肉碎,幾塊五花腩片,湯底係落咗龍蝦牛油嘅高湯,質地有少少濃稠。麵底一律係扁陽春麵,好掛湯。棉花雞 $103高湯湯底帶少少冬菇香,比蟹皇豬豬嘅湯底更清。大大碗麵入面有幾塊魚皮、冬菇、雞肉,冬菇好香好入味,魚皮索曬啲湯汁,雞肉好爽,肉嘅纖維分明,但質地同平時嘅雞有啲唔同,應該落粉醃過嚟。市面上好似好少呢類型嘅中式麵館,每碗都好有特色,waiter都好殷勤幫你斟水,下次有機會想試下海龍皇~

呢間麵店嘅麵價錢雖然貴,平均要差唔多$100一碗,不過用料同湯底又真係非常好味,印象中冇乜其他地方食到咁好味嘅湯麵。第一碗叫做蟹皇豬豬,其實就係海鮮湯底配黑豚肉,佢又落啲蟹肉落去嘅,不過就唔係好食到,可能就係因為啲蟹肉所以令到個湯咁好味。另一碗就叫咗好頭好尾,其實我覺得應該叫牛頭牛尾啱啲,當然個名唔好聽啦,佢入面嘅牛係用咗牛尾牛脷同埋牛面豬登肉,所以就係好頭好味啦。個牛骨湯都幾香濃,同個麵都幾夾。

呢碗麵叫做好頭好尾,其實入面嘅配料就有牛面頰肉、燉牛舌同埋法式燴牛尾,所以就係牛嘅頭部同埋尾部組成,咁就叫口頭好味啦。牛面頰肉就比較煙韌,燉牛舌煮得好入味,肉質都好細嫩,法式燴牛尾都唔錯,不過呢三樣嘢都唔及過湯底正,果然係好湯好麵。呢碗叫做蟹皇豬豬,入面有藍蟹肉、日本黑豚五花腩片同埋炒豬肉碎,另外menu上面著名佢加咗龍蝦牛油同埋蝦子,不過呢兩樣嘢就唔係好食得出。啲碗麵同好頭好尾一樣,個湯都係超正,不得了。

天氣熱,最好梗係食碗麵,本來想食雲吞麵,但食神阿仔推介好湯好麵,佢話啲湯好正,咁一於試吓咁啱佢又做緊兩周年特別套餐,我們三個人,一於是一個套餐加一碗麵。記得打卡,仲會即場減$20優惠㗎。女士見到膠膠面,就諗起嘩養顏花膠,即刻叫碗試吓啦。套餐大碗麵,還有一碗蝦子冷麵,非常豐富!另外花膠麵真係好多花膠,個湯好好飲呀!濃湯,仲要熱辣辣,非常好味!侍應仲不停斟水,夏天食碗濃湯麵,飲吓水,坐吓,環境乾淨企理,下次一定會再嚟。

之前都喺大圍試過呢一間咁出名嘅好湯好麵,餐廳係用上等嘅材料自家熬製湯底,味道其實非常出色不過每一次都要令到我有選擇困難症🙈🙈好難選擇究竟揀邊一碗🙈🙈 今次就揀咗海龍王🙈佢個湯底非常清澈,而且一上嚟嘅時候就非常香,覺得佢嘅質素可以拍得住日本嘅拉麵,佢用嘅係陽春面,出邊好少地方都食到呢一隻,都好掛湯,而且餐廳係用新鮮嘅食材熬製而成嘅湯底,好似飲緊西式嘅海鮮湯,再加埋新鮮嘅食材!有魷魚大蝦🙈 兩樣都係我嘅最愛!整體成個面嘅發揮非常好,呢一個價錢嚟講,我亦都覺得唔算真係太貴,出邊食碗日本拉麵都差唔多呢一個價錢🙈
