⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🍴美食資訊🍴青森蘋果叉燒酥($42)作為呢間餐廳其中一個Gimmick 菜式,真係要點嚟試下😹首先外型已經好特別,你會覺得佢似樣甜品多過叉燒酥。綠色嘅酥皮用菠菜汁做成,叉燒肥瘦適中,混合左蘋果肉。既有酥皮香,叉燒肉香,亦有蘋果嘅微酸,係好新奇嘅味道👍😋值得試下。紅蝦多士($78)成隻紅蝦鋪係酥脆嘅多士上面😛成個賣相已經令人好想一啖食左佢。但係呢個蝦多士嘅特別之處,係佢居然配埋個醬汁😳個汁係用白蘭地,蕃茄同蝦膏煮成,食蝦多士前淋啲汁上去,即刻令到蝦嘅鮮味倍升🦐🦐🦐非常之惹味👍👍以致到食完個蝦多士之後,我仲留返啲汁,食蝦餃個陣點嚟食😚👍晶瑩蝦餃($46)蝦餃要好食嘅話,好簡單4隻字「皮薄餡靚」🍤🥟呢到就做到呢個要求,蝦肉大大舊又結實,係做得好好食嘅蝦餃。乾炒M7和牛河($168)呢個牛河我地一上枱都嘩左聲🤯因為佢居然係被牛肉包圍住🥩原本我地都諗住和牛少少,但個河粉就多多咁。但估唔到牛肉份量可以有咁多😳河粉夠彈,鋪滿芝麻好香口,而且炒得唔油膩,但略嫌有少少唔夠鑊氣。不過咁,牛肉嘅話就真係冇得彈👍肉味好濃,唔鞋唔韌,整體嚟講係碟好唔錯嘅牛河。雙色流沙煎堆仔($42)甜品點左煎堆仔,兩種味分別係朱古力同埋奶黃。兩款味都做到流心效果,而且煎堆亦做到酥得嚟又軟糯嘅口感。個人而言,朱古力口味比奶黃更勝一籌。龍井茶($28/位)選用英記茶莊嘅茶葉,味道淡淡嘅茶清香,唔苦澀。⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👑評分味道:4/5環境:5/5價錢:3/5份量:3/5服務:4/5會否推薦:會係中式嘅點心小菜中,融合左西式嘅原素。用緊西式嘅餐具,但飲住中式嘅茶,食住中式嘅點心👍而點心小菜嚟講,又唔係完全好傳統,加入左啲新原素令個外觀同味道,都比到驚喜比食客。店員服務亦都好好,係唔知點解我地食個陣,同埋夜晚晚市經過個陣,都冇乜食客咁😅但明明嘢食唔差架wo...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

點心雖然是傳統食物,可是當換上全新的造型,也可以像下午茶的甜點一樣打卡拍照!近年來在香港越來越多店家推出這樣的新派點心,像是飲茶與點心代表,而這次來到的是在公司附近的探花!店內的裝飾也算是用心,像是粉紅色系的梳化、英式茶杯、花花牆紙、轉角書櫃與及一棵紅葉樹等,雖然看起來有點不搭,但至少整體也算是非常整理,跟舊式茶樓完全不一樣。菜單上提供不少造型點心,另外也有其他主食、小食與甜品,選擇非常豐富。青森蘋果叉燒酥 $42/2件店家非常人氣的點心!叉燒酥的酥皮被做成青蘋果的模樣非常可愛!至於口感方面外皮不會太厚,叉燒內餡也算正常,味道上沒什麼特別。碧綠蟹肉羹金魚餃 $88/3造型滿分的一道點心!金魚造型逼真,在燈光下可以看到表面的魚鱗,而且上菜時還有碧綠色的蟹肉羹浸泡著,用來搭配金魚餃(好像是蝦餃)一流!黑虎掌花素餃 $38/3件晶瑩剔透的粉紅色花朵非常可愛,而裡面包裹著素粒餡料,包括被稱為黑虎掌的菇類。之後看探花的社文平台介紹,才知道原來這道食材以前是宮廷貢品!味道方面沒什麼驚喜,可點不可不點!鹹蛋黃竹炭蘿蔔絲酥餅 $38/2件 (沒有拍照) 黑色的外皮裡面包裹著滿滿的蘿蔔絲,有口感又好吃。不過現在看名字才發現有鹹蛋黃,好像是灑在酥餅上的,但記憶中完全沒有吃到。豬潤燒賣 $42/2件 (沒有拍照)沒什麼造型,但是豬潤非常好吃,厚身又軟嫩。至於燒賣沒什麼特別,其實豬潤跟燒賣一起或分開吃都可以。總結:有些點心價錢偏貴,但造型真的超IGable!不過味道也只是正常,所以來打卡一次就可以了!推薦度:🤍🤍🤍打卡度:🤍🤍🤍🤍

聖誕期間,當你突然有飯局但又未book位,呢個時候你腦入面只會諗到一個選擇 ~ 食中餐,果然真係仲有位,感恩呢間餐廳係新派中菜,主打精緻點心,亦都有中西合璧既fusion 菜,一入餐廳門口就有個書架,入面亦都有好多花既擺設,喇叭係D字頭喇叭,餐具亦都好靚,非常講究青蘋果叉燒酥賣相好似個青蘋果咁,酥皮好鬆脆,但個餡就唔係好食到有蘋果肉,味道就係一個普通叉燒酥鹹蛋黃竹炭蘿蔔絲酥餅用上竹炭粉將個酥皮變成黑色,底部有d芝麻,面頭撒上鹹蛋黃碎,蘿蔔餡料亦都好足,酥脆內軟酸辣土豆絲唔止酸辣咁簡單,仲有麻,食落都幾辣下,土豆絲好爽脆,刺激又開胃拔絲咕嚕肉咕嚕肉外層被糖漿包圍,外層微微脆口,入面啖啖肉,個肉一d都唔膻,味道不錯芝麻雞半隻芝麻雞整得好脆呀,芝麻既香味再加埋雞皮既油香,真係好難忍到口唔食埋塊皮,肉質都仲好嫩,好食乾煸黑毛豬肉崧芥蘭無諗過芥蘭會係咁樣呈獻,師傅真係好花機,只保留芥蘭最嫩個part,又嫩又甜,黑毛豬肉崧可以再煮得乾身d生炒M7和牛飯炒飯炒得夠乾身,但我就覺得M7和牛係個炒飯入面唔係好突出,可能切得太細粒,感覺同普通牛肉差唔多整體環境舒服,食物賣相同質素都不錯,連茶葉都係來自英記茶莊,待應亦都好smart好有禮貌,最開心既係個日佢無限時,可以一邊同朋友慢慢傾慢慢食真係好難得

Cannot taste what was ingredients of the colouring. We asked the manager and he wasn't able to answer as well.Baked barbequed pork with aomori apple puffWe expected there's"creativity" with the taste: maybe there's apple flavour in it?So we ordered.It's not what we expected. Despite the delicate appearance, it's just normal barbequed pork with flaky pastry.The branch was chocolate biscuit and Mint. It's edible.Green tea custard bunThere's no taste of green tea at all. Guesd it's only colouring. The filling was hot melting custard.Scallop and baby green dumplingsIt's as what it mentioned. Tastes good. Shrimp and seeweed spring rollCrunchy spring roll with shrimp rolled inside, accompanied by salad sauce.Assorted meat and crab dumplings filled with brothIt's very pale in taste, but that prooves that they didn't add lots of flavourings and it's more natural.The meat is big, yet it's not something surprising. Carabinero dumplingsThe shrimp tastes like medium rare done, with lobster soup underneath, while the dumplings is fully cooked. The combination is interesting. LongingIt's one of the best dishes. The taste is really refreshing.Shrimp dumplings in spinach tofu broth with crab meat.The appearance is very delicate. The taste was not outstanding but it's interesting enough.Diced sarcodon aspratus mushroom dumplingsIt's vegetarian food. Taste good.Overall speaking, the service is really nice, the manager is welcoming and attentive to customers' needs, we appreciate that.However the food is more or less the same as traditional ones in terms of taste. It's all about fancy appearance, if you enjoyed taking photos with food, it's a great experience. However if you look for creativity in taste, you might be disappointed.

在app預訂很方便,十二點到達,已有一半客入坐。入到去,店長悉心安排座位,還給座椅擺袋,很貼心。點心紙形式下單,點心選擇很多,亦有很多特色創新的,青森蘋果叉燒酥,黑白炸豆腐,鹹蛋黃竹炭蘿蔔絲都叫了。另外,豬潤嘅菜式都唔少,我也叫了豬潤腸粉,豬潤很新鮮,米底皮也很滑爽口不太淋,豉油分開上,少少甜釣到豬潤嘅鮮味。黑白豆腐炸得很香口,外脆內滑,用玻璃杯盛載,豆腐一口一口食,食極停唔到口。叉燒酥蘋果造型,顏色吸引,酥皮鬆化,叉燒餡不太黏身,不太甜,平衡度很高。總括而言,探花的出品高質素,價錢稍高
