To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得又捱到星期五, 打算lunch出去食餐好少少慰勞自己個胃打開openrice, 隨手book左California Tower 呢間餐廳一個午餐閒閒地都250起跳最後點左燒銀鱈魚配三文魚丼盛惠$298, 另加1先上左個三文魚丼, 作為一個定食, 點解唔等埋個燒魚一齊上呢?再做少少擺盤, 會唔會好過茶記常餐咁乜都分開上?味道上都係咁, 普通三文魚, 唔會特別肥美, 份量偏少之後個燒銀鱈魚上埋黎明明係西京燒, 點解唔寫明係西京燒? 魚份量非常細份, 3啖就可以食完味道不過不失, 但明明係燒, 但魚皮做唔到少少脆身亦明明已經係同個三文魚丼分開上, 但燒魚上菜都唔係好熱而以Lunch set 名目去做午市, 其實咩叫Set? 以為最後會有杯野飲下, 原來都無唔知大家近年多唔多去老蘭果邊, 可以用十室九空去形容今時今日, 呢個價位大家唔係唔肯比, 但呢個性價比 + 呢個價位, 香港人已經唔多接受希望餐廳做番好少少...諗下點樣可以吸引到人回頭

今日係12/21打去問12/24有冇素食餐牌,一開始又話呢一兩日先知,再講就開始態度勁差話,我都唔知架,到時有位咪做囉😂見食物好吸引,想試下表素食日本菜,見要比$400蚊訂枱費,先打去問下。今日都21號 仲未出到menu仲要態度咁差。呢啲餐廳真係祝佢好生意!

我等咗好耐啦,終於去到試食這間素食放題。雖然價錢稍貴,不過第二位有半價優惠,但勝在環境非常之舒服,坐喺近玻璃窗位置就可以睇到少少海景,食物質素唔錯,而且每個菜式都好精緻,感受到廚師的用心製作食物,但係估唔到食完第一輪就已經好飽,食唔到第二輪😆😆😋最緊要主菜先選西瓜扒,因為限量版。而第二選是茄子。其他可以食完再叫有串燒及墨西哥卷,椰菜花天婦羅等等,每道菜都好有特色。要逢星期二,星期三同埋公眾假期嘅日子,在夜晚先至有供應素食放題,而其他日子就沒有了。最重要係免切餅費,抵讃👍🏻

🎂同閨蜜慶生梗係要食好啲😎去咗食Book marked左好耐嘅weekend brunch,由前菜到甜品,我哋食左差唔多3個鐘🤣除咗tempura🍤之比較失色,其他野食都唔錯,特別係主菜嘅A4和牛同蒜香松露焗龍蝦尾,超好味🤤龍蝦湯配鮑魚都幾好👍🏻女士食左一round基本上已經好飽,encore item我地淨係encore 左個和牛粒串燒,因為個和牛粒勁juicy,真係食飽都要encore🤣最驚喜嘅係,我book位明明無講低係慶祝生日,但上甜品時店員竟然點埋蠟燭嚟講生日快樂🤗我哋一致認為係我哋傾偈太大聲俾人發現咗🤣真係多謝晒🙏🏻Anyway,親愛的開心就好❤️
