阿根廷扒房 紅磚環境儼如外國
呢度嘅深色木系、磚牆、吊扇打造出濃厚外國氣氛,一整排大玻璃窗更映透紅磚大館,相當浪漫。作為專業扒房,更有自家熟成櫃,每款牛扒至少熟成7-14日,牛扒特別軟嫩同重肉味㗎!扒房開店以嚟,最主打就係阿根廷肉眼扒(Rib Eye),因為當地牛扒較少肥膏,就算好厚切都完全唔韌。

星期日,搵到一間靚嘅餐廳食啲好嘢,好好享受吓放假的中午好開心😀只知道呢間食阿根廷菜,但原來環境好靚,坐高凳,望住對面大館的紅磚屋,幾寫意。坐定服務員先上麵包,和朋友各叫了一個lunch set($218/$298)🔹前菜:🌟芝士洋蔥餡餃:好大隻,外層脆卜卜,內好cheezy嘅芝士,有驚喜,推薦❤️🌟Steak Tartare:牛肉份量都多,配包👍🏻🔹主菜:🌟香煎比目魚:魚皮脆脆的,有魚油香,魚不算太大件但夠食,加青檸汁更開胃。雜菜帶一點點辣😋🌟Flat Iron牛翼板肉:嘩!一上枱不得了!因為成塊木板上😂😂有6款配搭嘅醬汁可選擇😎牛扒要了七成熟,仍有啲pink,肉嫰juicy👍🏻👍🏻🔹配菜:朋友食薯條,我食薯蓉,薯蓉加了松露真係好香😌🥰🔹汽水:薑啤+Tonic water🥃後來先知原來我有好些朋友都有來過。這裡環境、食物、氛圍感都很不錯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

大館附近一向多餐廳,今次週末來到一間阿根廷菜餐廳。侍應給我們安排窗邊位,望到大館,風景幾靚又寫意。還未點菜,店員就送上微溫的招牌麵包,枱面上有橄欖油和醋,可以自行添加。麵包鬆軟,又大有少許蒜蓉味,超好食。餐牌上前菜、主菜、配菜連飲品200多元就吃到,中上環區來說性價比很不錯。這次來是想吃牛扒的,於是點兩款不同價位的來試。前菜選了Melted Provolone Cheese是一個餃子型的炸物,入面芝士超級豐富,會拉絲的,外皮勁酥脆內裡又熱辣辣~Fugazetta Empanada, Provolone Cheese & Caramelized Onion也是餃子型的炸墨,但有肉餡和焦糖洋蔥,非常豐富的口感。兩個炸物都配有蕃茄莎莎醬,酸酸微微勁開胃。重頭戲都是吃牛扒,餐牌上有$290套餐的選擇,有三款牛扒,問店員推薦哪一款,他馬上推薦 Flat Iron 250g牛扒是用熱辣辣的鐵板上,另外配六款醬料,有芥末醬、香草醬、莎莎醬等等,牛扒選了五成熟,內裏肉質嫩滑,大粉紅色,外層鐵板煎得香脆又夠熱。另一款煮食就選了牛肉漢堡Dry Aged Beef Burguer,配料幾豐富,有波伏洛芝士、醃洋蔥、Chimichurri 蛋黃醬、生菜和番茄,口感充滿層次又新鮮好味。Garlic and Parsley Skinny Fries炸薯條極力推薦,大大兜又夠熱,有大蒜和香草碎,惹味香口,食到停唔到口。Field Green Salad新鮮爽口的沙律菜,最適合吃完鐵板牛扒,再轉換一下口味和口感。 continue reading

⚜️終於等到阿妹生完,可以個個月都陪熊妹出嚟食嘢啦!📌同阿妹呢啲高級人士食飯,梗係揀返間高級餐廳先襯得起佢啦!熊妹聽聞中環有間阿根廷扒房《La Parrilla Steakhouse》lunch食牛扒好抵食!去到中環地段,仲要食牛扒,成件事仲唔夠高級🤪?📌《La Parrilla Steakhouse》位於雲咸街77號嘉兆商業大廈一樓,即係蘭桂坊再上再上。📌上到去一樓,一入門口就見到好多紅酒🍾琳琅滿目,牛扒配美酒當然係最佳配搭啦🍷!📌下午1:30上到去好多枱中環上班族食完個lunch準備走人,啱哂熊妹同阿妹黎到就可以大聲講大聲!🙈📌餐廳用上柔和的燈光配合歐陸式的扒房風格,環境好大好大,有幾張沙發6-8人大枱,好多張四人木枱同埋靠窗邊的四人高身吧枱位,枱與枱之間好闊落,感覺坐得好舒服。📌午餐Menu包Aperitivo + Mains + Sides + Soft Drink ,mains有烤雞🐥、長通粉🍝、牛肉漢堡包🍔等等選擇,如果想食牛扒🥩就$298一個餐,有Rump Steak, Hanger Steak, Flat Iron等等,另外再加錢可以食Ribeye, Fillet, Wagyu等等,話明牛肉排房真係唔係浪得虛名。Focaccia 自家製的香草麵包,有灑上香草同埋少少芝士碎,麵包咬落去非常鬆軟,可以點上橄欖油同埋黑醋🫗,歐陸式的食法,變成好開胃嘅餐前餐包。Steak Tartare前菜有得揀牛肉他他,當然係不二之選啦!生牛肉撈入蔥粒配料,質感好杰身,再點埋側邊嘅煙熏味蛋黃醬,放上一片好脆口的sour dough 上面一齊食,前菜已經可以初嘗鹹牛肉的味道,簡直食慾大增!Empanada de Pollo 另一款前菜點了Empanada de Pollo ,一個餃子形狀的雞肉餡餅望落去非常給睛。外皮焗到好酥脆,餡餅入邊有烤雞粒、蕃茄粒組成,可以點埋跟上的蕃茄莎莎調味🍅,酸酸甜甜,食落再開胃啲。Grilled Spatchcock Chicken,$218一大隻烤雞面頭鋪滿阿根廷菜嘅醬料chimichurri,用上紅辣椒🫑、蒜蓉🧄、橄欖油同檸檬汁組成,味道帶酸,椒香味重,唔夠酸仲有半個檸檬🍋可以加酸,呢款醬料配烤雞味道好特別,會愈食愈惹味。成大隻雞脾連雞胸位,雞肉焗得超嫩滑,無一part係鞋口,啖啖肉連chimichurri醬料食,連咀刁的阿妹都讚不絕口。Rump Steak 300g,$298來到扒房當然要試吓牛扒啦!點了medium 熟度,用上鐵板形式呈上,令望上去似medium rare的粉嫩紅牛肉烤熱多一陣♨️,變成medium 的熟度,外皮燒到朝趣的,變成脆皮嘅牛扒面,內裏粉嫩紅色嘅牛肉,灑上粗鹽同埋胡椒粒🧂,牛肉嘅鮮味已經好出,啖啖牛肉放入口好似食肉獸咁,食落完全無根無渣,真係好高級嘅牛扒享受😋。跟上仲有六碟多國嘅調味醬料,可以加一重醬料嘅味道。不過熊妹都係鍾意粗鹽胡椒粒,先可以食出真牛肉的味道。Garlic and Parsley Skinny Fries 牛扒拌菜當然配薯條喇。非常窩心💕嘅做法,用上一個小鐵鍋盛載的幼身薯條,可以保持薯條熱度脆度🔥,放涼咗變淋身。食落真係好香口,味道鹹鹹地點茄汁🥫,就算幾飽都會清哂去。Roasted Brussels Sprouts食咗咁多油膩嘢當然叫返碟蔬菜啦,伴菜竟然可以點小椰菜花🥬,唔係好多地方有得食到!切半的小椰菜有好多粒,食落好爽口好新鮮,食西餐最後食返啲蔬菜真係可以大減罪惡感。Coke ZeroTonic Water📌無論環境、氣氛、食物質素、味道、職員服務,都係無懈可擊嘅一餐高級牛扒餐,當然食到阿妹非常滿意,咁熊妹都大為安慰!😌 continue reading
