放工約了友人食飯,友人推介小包包,主打fusion漢堡,中西合壁有特色,呢間之前聽過但未食過,趁今次試下先,平日大約19:00去到,唔太多人,但越夜就越多人。門面個LOGO好得意,小小的店子,裝潢骨致帶點型格,暖色燈光感覺好WARM,店員態度親切笑容可掬,主動介紹主打食物等。餐牌,揀了人氣之選。SEAWEED POPPERS 紫菜炸墨魚脆脆,$98,面層炸紫菜香脆惹味,手打墨魚丸大粒,口感彈牙有鮮味,配上黑蒜醬食更美味。PORK BELLY BAO 招牌豬腩包,$98。份量十足,刈包微熱軟熟,微甜,豬腩肉大件肥厚,肉質軟腍香口,配上大蔥紫蘇葉沙律、芝麻醬及茄汁更惹味,十分豐富。GREEN TEA ICE-CREAM BAO 綠茶雪糕包,$48,小小的一個,個包不論味道及口感都好似炸饅頭,外脆內軟,綠茶雪糕,綠茶味濃郁,味道不俗。SALTED ICE-CREAM BAO 鹽味雪糕包,$48,友人的。食物味道不俗,有創意,服務態度值得一讚!價格略貴了少許,下次有機再戰。

嘩,今日來到呢間餐廳,真係一個意外嘅驚喜😍!一坐低就忍唔住要點嗰個四小食加兩個主角包包再加兩個甜包嘅套餐,份量啱啱好,非常啱我呢啲唔鐘意浪費嘅人!第一啖咬落去嗰個叉燒包,哇,那個肉嫩得滑唔溜手,叉燒味道又濃郁得嚟,度得好啊!外面脆卜卜嘅麵包同肉嘅腍合,真係絕配!配上小小酸酸甜甜嘅菜泡,咪講咗,舌頭跳起舞嚟喇🤤!仲有呢,甜品包真係厲害得滯,跟Messina合作出嚟嘅味道,重口味簡直係咩嘢來一百下都唔厭!整體嚟講,氣氛到服務都一流,我保證你黎食過之後,會令你夜晚瞓唔著覺,諗住聽日點樣再食返一次🌟!Pretty awesome嘅食物體驗呀!

近日,我來到了一間富有特色的餐廳,這裡巧妙地將中國傳統饅頭與漢堡相结合,創造出獨特的美食。首先是照燒炸雞煲,這款菜品確實令人眼前一亮。饅頭代替了漢堡的面包,咬下口,外脆內軟,口感十分獨特。炸雞經過精心烹飪,外皮酥脆,肉質嫩滑,配上照燒汁的香甜,令人回味無窮。饅頭和炸雞的搭配十分巧妙,既保留了中式饅頭的風味,又融入了西式漢堡的口感,創造出令人驚喜的美味。除了照燒炸雞煲,這間餐廳還有許多令人垂涎的菜品。煎餃子外皮金黃酥脆,內餡肉汁充盈,吃起來口口生津。墨魚脆脆口感新穎,香脆可口,是一道美味的開胃菜。黑松露薯條則是將高級食材黑松露與普通薯條相結合,散發出令人陶醉的香味。不過,這間餐廳也有一些可以改進的地方。例如,上菜速度可以再快一些,以確保顧客的用餐體驗更加完美,特別是上環店基本只有午市,來吃飯基本都要趕時間回公司。

呢間餐廳比較有心思,包包都是比較有特色,咬落去汁到多,我覺得個包都幾豐富入面有很多料,咬個陣要小心成個手都係,仲有會爆開,個口要好大,可以的話用刀叉食就比較優雅
