To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於蘭桂坊嘅樓上自助餐自助餐通常食酒店嗰啲,但呢間係一間西餐廳提供嘅自助餐,質素比起酒店有過之而無不及。餐廳位於蘭桂坊,商業大廈高層,準時去到稍為要排隊入座,可見餐廳都好熱門。食物上呢間自助餐嘅前菜同埋冷盤絕對好過大部份酒店自助餐,款式多及質素好。方面有齊波士頓龍蝦及即開生蠔,但質素比酒店差少少,途中間中有蠔殻碎。熟食方面雖然比起酒店少款,但有即煮意粉同埋燒豬腩肉超好食,貴精不貴多,個場唔大拎嘢食唔使行咁遠,但座位間隔都足夠,非常推薦大家嘗試

平時都唔會評價,但真係好食所以都忍唔住走嚟食個review推薦啲野幾好食但坐咗成晚得3枱客😣香港餐廳真係難做八爪魚外脆內軟好好食,推薦!呢個生油甘魚就一般,可以唔使嗌龍蝦湯我見好多人推薦所以都有叫,整體ok但可能我期望太高,所以冇話特別驚艷牛扒叫咗日本和牛肉眼扒同澳洲M7牛柳兩隻都好食!我自己比較鍾意日本個隻🤩Medium Rare啱啱好最後仲嗌咗個甜品,但係冇影到相我嗌咗嘅係焦糖燉蛋,都好好食會下次再嚟試埋其他未試過嘅嘢!

My family and I had the weekend brunch at the Porterhouse this Sunday. I made an online reservation, specifically requesting sofa seats and mentioning it was for a birthday lunch.Unfortunately, we weren’t given the sofa seats, even though there being plenty of sofa seats available. Additionally, no birthday arrangements were made, while three other tables had birthday cakes provided by the restaurant.It seems our online request was overlooked, which is quite disappointing.Beyond the arrangements, the food did not meet our expectations considering the prices. I found it to be overpriced. There were no oysters, the soup was overly salty, and the rest of the dishes were just okay, not justifying the cost.Overall, I don’t think we’ll return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place.餐廳有3分2座位都係梳化位,我request梳化位,但就無安排,但餐廳根本唔full,有好多位吉。book嘅時候講咗係生日lunch,餐廳無任何安排,但見到有3枱客有安排生日蛋糕同播生日歌。我感覺我哋嘅booking完全被無視。食物方面,無生蠔,羊架無羊味,湯好咸,其他嘢都係一般,根本唔值呢個價錢。

在中環地鐵站步行上蘭桂坊的一段斜路, 預約了7時正左右, 樓下酒吧不算人多, 目測是內地人為主. 餐廳的商業大廈比較多層, 要等待一陣子才到達. 餐廳樓面頗高, 感覺很寛敞, 用餐過程都只佔餐廳的一半, 寧靜舒適的, 侍應部分是外籍人士. -1. 餐廳奉送的前菜 2. 番茄鴨胸肉醬闊條麵 $2683. 美國400日穀飼純種黑安格斯西冷牛扒 $3584. 忌廉波菜 $885. 白酒 ~$100-*鄰近沒有停車場.*服務態度比一般餐廳有禮, 每道菜會留意客人完成後才上下道菜, 很貼心的.*當晚有魔術表演, 不過事乎情況而到每枱客人面前表演.

<Porterhouse> 📍Central🔸 Respect to the chef 🧑🏻🍳 🔹 Dislike for the restaurant manager (Perhaps)Overall, the food is yummmmmmm!!! So, respect to the chef; the steaks are well handled. I recommend the “Lobster Roll.” The bread is fully filled with lobster and coated with butter and garlic. 😋However, the service still has room for improvement. I booked a small group for lunch, and the day before, the restaurant requested that we submit an Excel file for ordering. I thought this was a nice gesture, as we were also rushing for lunch, and it would enhance the efficiency of the kitchen.On the day of our visit, we arrived on time at 12:30. After our starters, we waited until 13:10 for the main course, which had not yet been served. When I asked the manager about it, she replied, “😒 OK ~ Main is coming in a few minutes.” Perhaps … with 10% discount we lose the service and attitude. While we did finish our lunch on time, we did not enjoy waiting and starving for 30 minutes.
