To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日Lunch 可選擇的點心比較少,炒腸粉及蒸腸粉也說只有週末才供應。點了數個點心後,可能坐下已是1:30,五分鐘後告知有一半點的已沽清,要重新再在不多選擇的點心中再選!整體味道是可以的,但選擇真不多。待應說晚餐到八月底有七一折,叫我們再來😆

昨午去吃 Lunch, 見有花膠蛇羹,滿心高興,以為翠亨邨跟國金軒同是美麗華集團,出品一定有保證,便叫了4人份量的蛇羹(HKD 1,080)。誰知一大湯碗蛇羹(不是一窩),正名應該是陳皮金菇筍絲羹,陳皮多到似飲苦茶,全份蛇羹,切功很到家蛇肉鴨肉絲,花膠絲都是幼幼幼幼條,金菇和筍絲最多,味道很似素蛇羹。這種陳皮苦蛇羹,真的不懂欣賞,HKD1080, 是否值得此價錢?而豉油雞和燒鵝,仍能保持水準。

極有問題的酒樓,作為中環的高尚餐廳貼錢買難受的店在星期五中午一點到翠亨村飲茶,我們點了蝦蛟,雪山叉烧包,叉烧酥,薑醋,蟹肉伊面,老板炒钣,清炒時蔬等食物。 我地在1點就交點心紙比待應生,但在相隔15分鐘後仲要分段地比告知所點的點心沒有。 第一個知會的是雪山叉烧包,再隔10分鍾就知會鵝肝天鵝酥沒有,隨後再分別告知叉烧酥沒有。 好離譜擠牙膏式被告知很多點心沒有,我地同待應生反映什麼都賣曬, 佢就怪我們下單遲。 😡有無攪錯中午一點正價飲茶都比怪責下單遲,最後我地被迫中午飲茶改成點小菜 及炒飯。 請問管理層怎樣培訓員工?正午飲茶就沒有點心供應是否快要結業,最後埋單都要千幾蚊。

上網睇到餐牌落訂,$900一位,寫住兩隻蟹,7:30去到,一行七個人,餐牌係同上網完全唔一樣。7:30準時去到吹足一個鐘,四五個阿叔阿姐講過話跟,過咗一個鐘一碟菜都冇上到嚟,跟到一個鐘都未上到一隻蟹,飲一個鐘嘅茶,蒸一隻蟹究竟需要幾耐?喺翠亨村中環呢度係要一個鐘,60分鐘。一個鐘之後攞啲涼菜上嚟,啲涼菜其實係之前整好咗個喎,可能見我哋一行後生,周圍全部阿叔阿伯就出咗俾佢哋先。上菜嗰陣個侍應阿叔開始講說話,叫我哋有得食好食。上菜嗰陣時態度極差,大大力抌落嚟, 垃圾餐廳,唔識開餐廳,唔該去返庇護工場入筷子。唔想做咪唔好接囉。有錢想晒又想受氣就去試吓,全部侍應係唔會有服務係,唔會同你講唔好意思,從來未試過食到咁樣,簡直真係香港服務業代表。
