餐廳位於機場博覽館旁邊,正好去聽音樂會,所以順便去試吓. 由於係酒店中菜廳,自然對佢有多D期待.餐廳樓底比較矮, 裝修中式. 被安排坐窗邊海境位, 位置幾好☺️侍應問咗要咩茶就行開去攞咗酸蕎頭 & XO醬. 茶一般啦🤔套餐有前菜,燉湯,鮮鮑魚,肉,菜,炒飯同甜品.前菜三品,叉燒最好食. 白玉瑤柱竹絲雞燉湯,足料好味. 鮑魚最差😅,嚇親. 安格斯牛,用粉醬包炸再煮,又係奇😓西芹炒雞,完全淡到好似無味咁. 上湯蘆筍,正常😉全晚最好食嘅就係鮑汁炒飯👍之後一個燉雪梨同埋椰汁紅豆糕都係正常😅如果山長水遠去,仲要五百蚊位,真心失望

正!跳出旺角嘈雜,今次我揀選咗一家食店大試特色。一落座,就叫咗招牌薑蔥炒蛋及經典豆鼓炆豬手,真係期待到不得了😋!首先講返個薑蔥炒蛋,蛋香味夠晒撲鼻,炒得金黃又唔老,流沙蛋黃入口即溶,嫩滑得嚟又帶啲薑辣,簡直係開胃過癮👍🏻!而嗰個豆鼓炆豬手就更加正,肉質鬆化唔膩,豆鼓味道恰到好處,唔使耐嚼,件件肉差啲溶係口,啱晒我嘅胃口!接住,就一試店家自家滷水,咬落去啲豬耳朵嘅質感鮮嫩脆口,又有响脆嘅嚼勁,滷水香味馥郁,真係聞落已經食指大動,臘味又夠晒醇厚,一啖啖都喜出望外!呢頓中飯真係物超所值,最後仲有龍眼肉蘸醬送上,清潤解膩,確保你食完唔會太悶口,令人回味無窮!香港嘅美食真係夠晒多元化,下次我還會再來嘗多次!🍽️💖

今日嘗咗間餐廳嘅客家小炒,一入口就覺得好有家鄉味!煮薯仔炖豬手,塊薯仔外皮滑溜溜嘅,吞落肚裏暖笠笠,仲有啲豬手肉滑過沙發,咬落去又唔會太淋,正到不得了!蒸肉餅嘅話,肉香四溢,入口即溶,係咁嘅天氣裏頭真係夠暖心,平平淡淡,竟然絲毫唔覺得沉悶。嚟個涼瓜排骨湯清清地一啖,好似可以洗涮晒所有嘅煩惱咁。排骨湯底滑溜溜,涼瓜熬到啱啱好,仲有股淡淡甜意。講真啊,咩藥材湯水都比唔上家傳湯水嘅靈魂!點少得客家咸豬肉呢個經典!佢哋炒得啱晒火候,豬肉冇一啲乾柴咁,啱啱好嘅嫩滑,配埋啲鹹香,食落嘅時候真係覺得好滿足。值得一讚嘅係,佢哋嘅咸豬肉不膩口,同埋健康細滑,一點都不會俾人食得太過。總之,呢件事,唔係浪得虛名。🤤👍🏻整體嚟講,啲菜烹調得宜,古味猶存又唔失時代感,再搭配埋間店懷舊嘅裝潢,真係食得出佢哋嘅用心同尊重傳統。下次想食黎一份暖笠笠嘅家常味,知道應該邊個打邊個飛喇! 🏠🍲👨🍳
