夜晚八點去到都要排成半個鐘先食到⏳牛小排牛板腱套餐🐄牛小排味道都係正正常常 小小嘅牛味牛板腱就好多肥膏(如圖) 肥到冇肉食 食落口就好油和牛like套餐🐄感覺上呢個餐嘅牛味係香啲而且佢個牛舌牛肩係爽口 木魚絲紫菜蛋飯就同牛角飯一樣白飯神偷咁其實食呢啲燒肉最重要係落個汁🥫反而蒜香醬油係幾出色 蒜香味真係幾香鹽味醬唔會過死鹹 BBQ醬正常迷你沙律就係得菜 加埋芝麻醬會好味啲🥗麵鼓湯都係正正常常泡菜唔太辣唔太酸的確燒緊肉嘅時候係真係無咩煙嘅🚭 continue reading

呢間日本過江龍主打一人燒肉,性價比高,所以成日都好多人排隊。見到新出左個SRF極黑和牛套餐幾抵,決定試試佢SRF究極。極黑和牛套餐 $108/ 150g套餐包左牛板楗,牛五花,牛脷。特別想講牛扳楗質素好好,有兩大塊,油脂分布好平均,食落勁嫩滑。另外好欣賞呢個餐既牛脷,食落去淋得黎有少少爽口,一啲都唔韌。(不過提醒呢個套餐嘅牛脷同一般跟餐加配既牛脷係唔同質素)另外食咗個普通牛五花豬五花套餐,+$29 配左牛脷。但係呢款牛脷就麻麻,有筋,比較韌。肉嘅質素都穩定發揮,豬五花油脂豐富,燒嘅時候10分搶火。套餐可以揀配泡菜或者沙律,飯係日本米可以揀份量,亦可以加錢轉冷麵或者加紫菜溫泉蛋。整體自由度好高,有平有貴,任君選擇。 continue reading

我係兩個人去食 我同我阿女 限時一個鐘 店入邊好多人 出邊都有啲人排緊隊 兩個人總共220港幣 我覺得都幾平㗎 牛肉粒溫泉蛋飯好好食!去到一定要試吓!有好多款調味料俾你揀 例如有BBQ醬 蒜香醬油 鹽味醬 等等 啲肉好嫩好食又唔會好油膩 如果驚太油膩就可以好似我咁嗌一份生菜 夾埋一齊好好食!份量有多有少 如果某一日好想食牛肉但係唔想食咁多可以嚟呢間嗌50g嘅牛肉 真係又好味又平 啲牛肉仲會帶住一啲蜜糖味 之後嗌咗個北海道牛奶甜品 口感似雪糕 牛奶味好重 覺得都唔錯 超滿足! continue reading
