九龍城如此多的泰國菜餐廳, 要在如此多對手中突圍而出並不容易, 要在菜式的烹調中突出自己的水準或風格, 才有被食客賞識的可能. 泰金國是一間沒有特別外表的餐廳, 就像一般家庭食肆一樣, 但其菜式的水平真的很好, 特別是烤物是會令人印象深刻的水平. 烤牛肉和烤雞翼是這裏的名物, 前者令我想起Soi29, 同樣是外皮焦香, 內裏嫩滑, 肉香和油香的平衡度好, 再加上自家製的泰式酸辣汁, 更能令牛肉香活潑起來. 後者外皮同樣香脆而且帶有小時候燒烤的蜜糖甜味, 雞肉熟透但不乾, 特別是轉彎位這些比較容易出事的地方也處理得很好. 生蝦刺身除了生蝦本身爽彈而沒有雪藏味, 將蝦頭炸過令蝦羔味道更突出, 而且整個蝦頭也香脆得可以咬下去當小食. 醉貓炒河同樣能夠媲美Soi29, 河粉入味而且保持原條狀, 沒有炒得細碎或糊化, 有鑊氣之餘也有辣勁, 火候出色, 難怪長期在門外也有等候的人龍.

一家人即慶黎九龍城食泰國菜首選一定係泰金國🩷🩷排左50分鐘入座,限時75分鐘黎到依到一定係食燒牛肉👍🏻超級好味! 配上醬汁極惹味醉貓炒金邊粉已經選擇左少辣,但仍然都係好辣,唔知點解無咩辣椒但真係好辣😂😂另外仲有蒜蓉包,烤得非常香脆👍🏻食完想再嗌多一籃已經賣晒了果時都只不過係20:30所以要食就要趁快嗌🤪🤪蝦餅超彈牙,無怪味,滿滿蝦肉炸得不油膩,沒有多餘的油😋食起上嚟口感好好,唔會成咀油

how come there is a long line outside every time i came here for dinner and people are so willing to wait to be seated and i think you know why. the entire street is empty and quiet and no other thai place is as popular as this one. food portion is satisfactory and they taste very good, although sometimes is is a bit salty for me. if you come over for lunch on weekdays the cp value is much higher with the set lunch!! would love to explore more thai restaurants in kowloon city but this is definitely my first choice so far !! ps: the floor is not too clean if you come late and it is actually a bit crowded haha

次次路過泰金國都見到長長嘅人龍,見到咁長龍就唔會想排隊寧願食第二間。今次終於趁放假約埋兩個朋友天未黑就走去食好在早去,太遲去到都唔知要排幾耐隊先食得。等到人齊先可以入座,掃QR code自助落單,用餐時間75分鐘,order滿$500先可以碌卡/電子支付。燒牛肉同飛天通菜果然好好食😋值得encore燒雞翼都燒得ok唔會好乾非常juicy 芒果沙冰叫左少甜都唔錯鮮蝦金邊粉就麻麻地😐個汁唔係好入味有啲失望

試咗必點燒牛肉,5成熟,好食😋😋😋😋但係覺得燒豬頸肉更好食,😋😋😋😋😋本來送嘅汁已經好惹味,另外點咗點生蝦嘅生蝦汁都好好味,有小小辣。除咗生蝦肉,佢嘅蝦頭都特別炸過可以一齊食,唔浪費又好味!點咗兩隻燒雞翼,但係燒雞翼燒到有d燶,芒果沙冰好大一杯,少甜已經足夠甜,仲點了芒果糯米飯,芒果好甜!糯米飯就稍微一般了晚飯時間等位大概等咗半個鐘,服務態度還好,手腳快,整體唔錯,會返轉頭再食嘅舖頭!
