這間由泰國華僑經營的泰國菜,位於住所的旁邊,經常路過而沒有光顧,今天晚上便來這裏吃過晚餐。泰式豬頸肉炒芥蘭$78,豬頸肉不會太乾,芥蘭沒有苦澀味,味道適中,鑊氣十足。泰式鹽燒鯽魚$168 ,這裏鹽燒鯽魚的尺寸比其他泰國食肆為大,不過價錢沒有貴了,所以非常抵食。廚師以粗鹽包裹着鯽魚的外面,魚肚內面充滿了泰式香料,令到魚肉的鮮味更勝一籌,如果燒的時間短一點更好。芒果糯米飯$55,糯米飯分開黑白兩色,黑糯米硬度比較強,帶點嚼勁,白糯米煙煙韌韌,加上帶點甜美的芒果和椰漿,變成了今晚的終點。泰式柚子沙律$58,這裏的柚子沙律辣度頗高,鹹香味道十足,每家的有柚子沙律做法差不多,味道卻不同。芒果沙冰$30,甜美適中,冰凍解渴,夏天消暑佳品。生力啤酒$23 continue reading
