估唔到牛頭角都有高質Omakase食。呢間「菊月町」之前已經知道有鐵板燒又有壽司。於是乎就Book咗今晚去試吓正唔正。放工去到7:00pm已經有兩枱客,店面都算大,估計應付午市寫字樓客。夜晚主要有鐵板燒同埋Omakase ,唔鍾意都仲有散叫食物,都算全面。今晚食嘅「焰月」主要係Omakase為主,冇鐵板燒食,但總共都有20品料理。坐低先奉上茶同小食。有支豆、鱈魚亁、螢光魷魚乾。師傅就先準備材料。水雲配長芋、迷你蟹、蕃茄沙律柚子酸汁華蓮蠔鮫鰈二食 (刺身配肝醬、火炙魚腩)螢光魷魚二食 (刺身、天婦羅)香葱池魚蓉煙燻拖羅深海池魚金目鯛北寄貝鰈魚白海膽吞拿魚油拖羅蓉手卷自家魚湯厚燒玉子、抹茶蕨餅、蜜瓜最有記憶點係個煙燻拖羅,將大拖羅用醬油漬、再煙熏,之後用火槍燒,夾埋中拖羅,用紫蘇、沙甸魚乾薄脆、紫菜包買一齊食。味道複雜,大有濃濃嘅煙熏味,之後又有大拖羅油香。紫蘇又減低左油膩咁,魚亁同埋紫菜又有質感上一對比。另外值得一提嘅係個拖羅蓉手卷,師傅用醬油、蔥花、Wasabi等調味再加入火炙魚油。油香十足。 continue reading
