由門口開始已看得出 好有心思既裝修(雖然大廈大堂一般),入到去有2個吊燈,同埋只接待我地一班人,分了2枱,令成件事高級左。不會有一些唔識既人,再加上播一d輕鬆既英文歌,整個感覺好好。朋友帶了好多酒上來,唔洗開瓶費,真係超抵。開始上菜了,食了前菜,再來個湯,之後再位上花膠鮑魚。頭幾樣已好好味。點知之後再上左幾道菜,全都係特色菜。廚師還會走出來同我地介紹菜式來由及食法,十分窩心。我最鍾意果個富貴烤雙方,同埋欖豉蒸魚。果個我地有人生日,切蛋糕,幫我地切埋。同埋主動介紹邊個位置影相好,看得出佢地好重視客人消費感受,值得比個Nice。 continue reading

同屋企人做冬, 今次再次幫襯, 之前食過一次花膠宴,今次廚師發辦, 絕對有驚喜!老人家尤其食得好開心 ,因為老闆和廚師懂得老人家口味和習慣, 所以每道兼都會因應佢哋嘅需要調教份量,味道和軟硬度, 絕對值得一讚! 老闆 招呼好好, 十分親切有禮貌, 廚師亦會經常出嚟介紹菜式,與大家分享煮餸心得 ,真係獲益良多! 菜式方面,雖然我唔係食家 ,但係睇到老人家食得咁開心,都知道唔係渣嘢! 我自己就好喜歡蟹粉炒年糕, 台式三杯鵝和沙薑煎焗龍躉腩! 由於老闆和表哥是熟朋友,老闆話因為係自己人嘅關係,所以先特別做呢個蟹粉炒年糕,因為實在太花時間整,以商業角度絕對唔化算😄 continue reading

平實的材料,但廚師的手工及用心製作令人驚喜不已。最欣賞係富貴烤雙方,鍋貼小棠菜,醬油黑松露流心蛋。每一款菜都運用新鮮或本地材料,經廚師用心挑選,食出不一樣的味道。富貴烤雙方,配有一般食肆的蜜汁火腿方,還有廚師用心脆炸三層的腐皮方,與包一起品嚐,層次立即升華,食完令人喜出望外。鍋貼小棠菜,用新鮮的鯪魚滑製作,非常彈牙,10分有驚喜。特別欣賞所有用的醬料,特別係麻辣醬,廚師自己用心製作,為每一道菜式添上了另一番味道。服務一流,地方舒服。 continue reading
