已經過咗嚟食好多次,竹炭豆腐真係冇得輸!竹炭豆腐係全晚嘅大明星,絕對係必點!塊豆腐外層炸得金黃酥脆,帶住一陣好淡好特別嘅竹炭香氣,咬落去完全唔油膩,仲要無半點燶味,火候控制得啱啱好。入面嘅豆腐嫩滑得像雲朵,一啖放入口即刻化開,食得我好滿足!老實講,如果唔係要留quota試其他菜,我一個人可以連嗑四五件,實在太正!真心建議各位嚟到三小漁,呢個竹炭豆腐係非試不可嘅招牌!炒花甲花甲份量略為少咗啲,對於大胃王嚟講可能覺得唔太夠喉。但味道中規中矩,算係OK。花甲新鮮,炒得入味,蒜香同辣味都幾惹味,唔會過鹹或者過濃,配飯食都幾啱。不過同竹炭豆腐比起來,呢碟花甲就顯得普通咗啲,無咁搶眼。冰鎮咕嚕肉係餐廳嘅打卡招牌菜,賣相同味道都畀足十分!菠蘿切成一粒粒大粒嘅形狀唔係細細粒,甜度啱啱好,酸酸甜甜好開胃。咕嚕肉一嚿嚿炸得超脆,外面裹住薄薄嘅粉漿,咬落去有種冰火交加嘅感覺,因為佢哋會將咕嚕肉冰鎮過,食落涼涼地但又唔會凍到牙痺。肉質嫩滑,肥瘦比例啱好,完全唔覺肥膩。影相打卡一流,食落更加過癮,推介畀鍾意酸甜口味嘅朋友!魷魚鬚表現中規中矩,無特別驚喜但都唔差。佢炸得幾香脆,魷魚本身新鮮,無嗰種韌到咬唔開嘅感覺。調味偏簡單,略為鹹香,作為小食嚟講合格有餘。不過同竹炭豆腐同咕嚕肉比,呢個魷魚鬚就無咁出彩,食完無乜深刻印象。餐廳員工都好Nice嘅位置都坐得舒服,佢哋仲有房間可以預訂,但係有低消大家要先問一問。呢間晚市長期都好爆棚!大家記得提前訂位啊,尤其是大時大節會分兩輪 continue reading

昨晚我朋友預訂咗10位,預定時間為1830時,幫我女兒慶祝生日,我大約1810時到達官塘三小魚餐廳,櫃檯有一位高高瘦瘦嘅女職員問我,有關定位嘅資料,我已經俾咗定位嘅姓名、人數、同埋訂位嘅時間給她,沒有辦法提供定位者嘅電話號碼,及後另外有一位女職員帶我入去預訂嘅餐枱,他即時喝止帶我入去嘅女職員,不准我進入,當時我非常之難堪我有一個問題想請教,點解你哋啲職員有兩個做法一個可以俾我進入,而另外一個完全沒有禮貌的高高瘦瘦的女職員就不比我到預定的餐枱,又沒有考慮俾我在其他位置等候,因為當時都有好多空置的餐枱,這一段痛苦嘅經驗使我明白點解香港嘅飲食業會如此低落?從此我和朋友都不會再來三小魚所有嘅餐廳!!!👎👎👎😡😡😡 continue reading
